My residence was allowed to to be put under siege for years without any help from Sunnyvale POS/DPS/SCPD; who could have easily brought an end to the disturbances. Tons of prior knowledge; misdemeanor assault; obstruction of justice; trespassing; vandalism; non-coincidental stalking and harassment; hate crimes etc etc etc...A literal laundry list of bullshit that needs to be officially addressed...

GHC failed to provide explanation for why they made fraudulent claims regarding the July 2014 investigation that apparently never occurred...If they fail to respond a lawsuit will eventually be filed against GHC for this negligent action which helped to cover up the 2012 illegal ejection from a private business of public accommodation...

This explains part of the reason why I was so egregiously discriminated against by law enforcement etc for so long without justice...Because men and women are treated differently by police and/or in court rooms...Period. (Note: I pondered the possibility of potential gender-based conflicts of interest; but it probably doesn't matter who reviews this case ~ male or female; there is still a possibility of a potential conflict of interest either way...There are no easy answers)...

Attempting to get the State of California to fix their broken system regarding their unconstitutional 'denial of service' law...Either the law should be rescinded ~ or an online business code system needs to be created so patrons can know what exactly is expected of them before they drive all the way out to a nightclub and find they cannot enter for various unknown reasons...

The State of California has a unique opportunity to push the reset button on this situation with so many nightclubs now closed and waiting to reopen...
