THE DEATH OF CAMPBELL CALIFORNIA RESIDENT FRANCIS CARPENITO MAY NOT HAVE BEEN AN ACCIDENT. BEFORE HE DIED, HE TOLD OTHERS THAT SANTA CLARA COUNTY SHERIFF DEPUTIES DID NOT WANT HIM TO TESTIFY IN COURT PROCEEDINGS AND WERE TRYING TO KILL HIM...

Attorney Karleen Navarro’s negligence in following Habeas Corpus procedures regarding the Robert Moss homicide coverup may be contributing factor leading to death of Frank Carpenito DOCKET C1882458. Before his death, Campbell California resident Francis Carpenito had told people that he was being stalked by Santa Clara County Sheriff deputies, who did not want him to testify in court. Carpenito alleged that deputies tried to kill him by running him off the road, then fabricated felony evasive driving charges in Judge Socrates Manoukian's court room.

Frank Carpentino died in a suspicious car crash which occurred
right before he was scheduled to go to trial...

"On 24 July 2007 John requested a hearing from the City of Santa Clara regarding a wrongful arrest/kidnapping by Officer Pablo Lopez. About 5 days later; John was unsuccessfully ambushed outside of his house by two vehicles full of assailants who posed an active threat on the way home from the Oasis Nightclub on Sunday morning 29 July 2007. Two Sunnyvale DPS Officers responded and one of them said "someone must be mad at you". The same Officers came to the Oasis Nightclub the next night to provide support because John suspected someone from the club at the time..."
