"Here is an attached video from July 2019 created in the months before Sunnyvale DPS ordered the 19 MPH green garbage can to be removed...According to my neighbor Bobby Martinez Junior: Bobby witnessed a man face down in the street "gurgling blood" as DPS stood by and did not provide assistance to this victim...A victim who later died from his injuries...Then no increased signage other than a cardboard sign was installed in response to the needless death of this bicyclist -- if for nothing else to stop another incident like this from occurring and/or to honor the life of the victim...But DPS took no further action after leaving the scene...This shows a deep disdain for human life...

 QUESTION: WHERE WAS NBC BAY AREA WHEN THIS OCCURRED?

I told my neighbor yesterday when we were discussing the TWO SUCCESSFUL PETITIONS FOR SPEED HUMPS ON MY STREET that the City of Santa Clara killed (When Cupertino just installed them for safety reasons without asking any residents on Voss Road for instance) One speed hump would have been right where Cali Cat was killed...That is; if Cali Cat was killed accidentally...

But it all gets back to human lives don't even seem to matter so why am I expecting government to care about my cats? That is a big stretch for many lesser folks...They put a big show on TV occasionally to make it look like society at large actually cares about animals; then the same old crap occurs...But once again; with animal cruelty now a federal felony (signed by Trump) this puts all of this into an entirely new perspective...

In other words; local law enforcement (and/or animal control) just got a new job; so they can no longer just scoop up dead cats and dogs and assume they deserved it or it happened by accident or whatever...It is now a VERY SERIOUS matter whether anyone likes it or not and/or whether or not Seagrave had any pets in his and/or her lifetime as life experience is what often determines an officers' response...

Adding to all of this; the Santa Clara Traffic engineer at the time personally went to Mister Olenak's house and allowed that old POS to kill the entire speed hump plan since it needed an ok from directly adjacent homeowners like Mister Olenak...Mister Olenak is like an old gangster that the City of Santa Clara has repeatedly relied upon to do their dirty work...Everything from the mob style sit down hearings like the Louis Amadeo Junior administrative hearing ~ to killing speed hump plans...

Louis Amadeo Junior made a good call; but he also did not have Mister Olenak arrested when Mister Olenak blurted out his admission to attacking me in court -- along with Seagrave and Lopez who I gave a Nazi salute to and left in response to it all...Only to be followed home by some City of Santa Clara freak who I saw on my street after who was stalking me ...I guess they thought I was "fleeing the scene" or something (haha what a fucking JOKE!) while they taunted my highly impressionable Dad with the highly dysfunctional Olenak family -- while Mister Olenak had threatened my father with assault the morning he viciously attacked me like an angry pig...

Mister Olenak was not arrested for this attack; and he was later maliciously used as a "witness to duck feeding" -- THAT THE EX-MAYOR OF SANTA CLARA JUDY NADLER GAVE ME PERMISSION TO FEED AT A CITY COUNCIL MEETING! WITH COUNCIL FOOTAGE LATER DESTROYED WHEN I REQUESTED IT!

I also told my neighbor yesterday we would need about ten people to get run over in this neighborhood before they would do nothing about it; like 'they' do up in SF all of the time (See: Gross Negligence) Then 'they' would have meetings or something as even more people got run over -- then eventually decide to do nothing about it if some other psychopathic POS like Mister Olenak complained about it...This is the "vibrant neighborhoods" democrats like to talk about all the time...Happy little death zones for our family members...

Then 'they' wouldn't choose a simple cost-effective plan like mine; 'they' would instead find some expensive multi-million dollar contractor to essentially do the same thing you could largely accomplish with speed humps..."

After hearing from a neighbor about what they had read online on a neighborhood social networking site about yet another cat being found dead in the neighborhood possibly from being attacked by an animal ~ and also after 2 of my cats had been recently found dead in what I still think are suspicious circumstances -- Cali Cat (see photo) was found dead yesterday near my house in front of the Martinez family residence...I was home all day but for some reason did not hear the doorbell when neighbors came by about 1 pm to tell me about it...I may have been in the backyard not sure...Either way I was worried sick about her all day with a gut level feeling that something was wrong about Cali's sudden absence; and I was right...But I didn't find out until after 11 pm when I finally read the text message from Bobby Martinez...

If I had heard that doorbell I would have not trusted Sunnyvale Animal Control and likely hastily buried Cali in the backyard like Meesha; so in a sense luckily my neighbor Bobby Martinez (one of my best friends in the past few years and the person who sold me my first drum set) and another concerned neighbor who knew Cali; called animal control who is holding Cali until next week...

And I also called a Sunnyvale City Council member who is running for a new strong mayor position (that I'm pretty sure happened due to my political theater stating that I am the "Self-appointed Mayor of Southwest Sunnyvale") and left some messages last night explaining my situation to him; and to press animal control to give Cali and autopsy to find out what actually killed her...

Since animal cruelty is now a federal felony; I also asked for a criminal investigation offering video surveillance footage etc...Because 3 dead cats in 3 weeks is no coincidence...For instance; the screenshot seen below from some unknown spineless neighbor/hater person of interest who likely lives in the Birdland neighborhood:

And I still have to tell the neighbors who took care of Cali until they had a baby leaving me to take care of her; but I loved and/or love her so much that it was not a problem...At one point in time I had too many cats to take on another one; so Cali sorta belonged to them for awhile...I got a call many years back from a lady who lived on Bluebird Avenue who said I could keep Cali if I wanted; and she told me that no one knew who Cali belonged to...She also told me Cali's name -- Cali was a beautiful Calico Cat...Cali was also an outside cat so I fed her whenever she wanted food...I remember her meowing to me from across the street once long ago...She wanted attention and to be fed because the food the neighbors were putting out for her at the time kept being eaten by possums and raccoons...

I think she was lonely and wanted a friend too so I was always there for her...But after many years of relative loneliness and being a solitary cat; Cali finally found another cat friend who was a true soul mate buddy cat of hers...She is a much younger kitty who I will not discuss for obvious reasons; since Cali is the 4th cat of mine who has died suspiciously -- including Missy Cat who had her back broken on Xmas day a few years back; clearly seen on video surveillance and Sunnyvale DPS showed up roughly 2 MONTHS after the day Missy died...

Other than that; Cali was very elegant and beautiful and gentle and kind; and a lap cat when she wanted to be...Just for a minute or two but still...Cali was also a true survivor too until now...She seemed invincible to the dangers of this neighborhood...

And Cali never went to the veterinarian that I know of other than being fixed before I started taking care of her; Cali was as healthy as a horse all the time and never got sick even once...And she never had any vaccinations either and I think she was better off because of it...Cali was truly a special cat who was loved and appreciated by countless neighbors who have been walking by in the last few months especially...She was truly a one-of-a-kind cat...

There were people who would sit on the bricks outside my house and pet Cali and let her sit in their lap...So Cali got tons of affection and attention beyond my constant attention too before she was gone...And I also let Cali run into the house in the morning whenever she wanted to...She just wanted to know that it was her territory; so she would just take a quick tour and run right back out the front door...

And the day before Cali died a little girl who came by to see Cali with her parents which she does all the time -- she's an adorable little girl who calls Cali on her play phone at night to say hello and good night to Cali; and she doesn't know Cali is gone now...Not sure how this sensitive situation is going to be handled...How do you tell a little girl that her favorite kitty is dead?

Friday night after taking 2 of my cats into the house to keep them safe due to what the neighbor told me; Cali ran across the street to the safe place she usually sleeps so I left her outside and went to sleep...She was anywhere from 15 to 17 years old and never spent a day in any house and was always outside; so why would anything happen to her this particular night? What were the chances of it?

I know many of you think this was probably an accident but if I was suspicious before about 2 cats being suddenly gone; then I am more suspicious than ever now...I want this to be an accident since nothing can be done to bring her back...I do not want this to have been done on purpose by some animal abuser; but there is evidence that I have gathered other than video evidence recently that may provide a clue as to who is behind all of this...And if it was some careless driver than I will be ramping up my independent traffic calming efforts to make sure this does not happen again...

Including the solar light that was taken apart near my front door the night Baby Cat disappeared; and persons of interest who were around my residence and moved a safety cone near where Meesha was found the day before Meesha was found dead among other things...The coyote theory is viable; but again no coyotes have been seen on surveillance footage by me yet...The investigation is ongoing and I will keep you all posted as it progresses -- I plan on calling the FBI and pulling out all the stops...So if this was done on purpose; I will make sure whatever human shit is responsible for this regrets it and receives some kind of equal cruel and unusual punishment for this for this cruel and unusual; felonious act...

I  woke up this morning to the doorbell and a lady telling me one of my  cats was dead...I found Meesha in the street and it looks like she got hit by a car but I am not totally sure and I don't trust animal control enough now to call them because they will just deem it an accident and take her away...When this looks like it could have been done to make it look like an accident...Either way she needs to be buried in the backyard where she spent so much of her time during her roughly 13 years and not thrown in the trash by animal control...Sunnyvale DPS even said that dogs are family members; so that should include cats too...

Meesha showed up one Christmas morning a few years after my brother was killed in a head on collision on Christmas eve; so I immediately made her part of the family...She was a feral cat with a clipped ear and I never found out where she came from or how old she really was but she was a loyal friend to the end...And with Baby Cat gone; Meesha was coming out to the front yard more to keep Baby Cat's sister Molly company because I think she sensed something was wrong...Needless to say things are looking more suspicious than ever now and I don't know who to blame or who to go to for help when human life is not even currently being cared about enough in this overcrowded region...Meesha was the sweetest cat and she got along with all the other cats and I miss her and love her with all my heart...And just when things seemed bad they got worse...And there was a safety cone moved around yesterday very near to the spot where I found Meesha; so I will be checking surveillance footage to get footage of any possible person(s) of interest...My gut level feeling is that two suspicious cat deaths in two weeks is no accident...

 Note: The day after writing this; one of my cats disappeared and Sunnyvale DPS animal control found the body and disposed of it; even though Baby Cat was/is considered to be a family member...And I have tried repeatedly to get them to retrieve her body and see exactly how she died; but they refuse to do so...They insist a wild animal killed Baby Cat ~ but surveillance footage so far refutes this claim -- Then a few weeks later yet another cat of mine was found dead outside my residence as well...Question: why didn't the Mayor of San Jose receive a restraining order for being stalked and harassed and having his residence vandalized like I did?

"Throughout the last two decades various fraudulent claims have been leveled against John. These fraudulent claims range from slanderous and defamatory allegations and/or outright lies -- to lies by omission -- to ridiculous exaggerations etc. And in most cases this can be proven. Citing the recent spate of harassment allegations featured in the media as of late; John felt compelled to set the record straight once and for all:

1) Mr. Struble initially corroborated his guilt to Sunnyvale DPS Officer Discher; but somehow either "one hand was unaware of what the other hand was doing" (in other words; Beninger never spoke to Discher and/or vice versa) and/or Beninger knew that John had a negligence case against Sunnyvale DPS and twisted it in favor of the Struble Familia. In a deposition; Mrs. Struble fabricated a story about John beating up Mr. Struble in the street -- but Mr. Struble never exited his vehicle during this incident -- he returned to work unscathed then corroborated the story on the phone. Officer Discher then ordered Mr. Struble to drive around the block to avoid driving by Johns' residence; an order Mr. Struble ultimately ignored (failing to obey a police officer). John called Sunnyvale DPS non-emergency line and told them about this; but no action way taken. Either way; Sunnyvale DPS Chief Williams quit shortly after this; commencing a roughly 17 year campaign of lies and deceit..."

QUESTION: 1) Since rookie DPS Officer Discher initially restrained Mister Struble by holding court right out in the street and getting Mister Struble to admit to his wrongdoing -- telling Mister Struble to avoid driving by John's house back in 1998; 2) Why couldn't DPS/SCPD and/or SCPD Officer Don Paolinetti and/or SCPD Officers Lopez and Seagrave and/or DPS Officer Odle etc have similarly restrained the RPF [and/or Mister Olenak who put bleach in duck food ~ equaling animal cruelty; illegal threats of violence later carried out etc] 3) like DPS Officer Discher did to Mister Struble and or Mister Baker did long ago? ANSWER: Because police used to do their jobs differently...

Furthermore; 1) SCPD was instead obsessed with duck feeding John received official permission to do from now ex-Mayor Judy Nadler at a Santa Clara City Council meeting etc and/or 2) whose negligent misconductive police actions essentially led to fomenting selective neighborhood hatred against John for a noble duty John was officially sanctioned to accomplish by the fucking ex-Queen of Santa Clara...Adding to this; the council footage/evidence was later destroyed by the City of Santa Clara leaving only text showing I attended the city council meeting...

Once again; why didn't WTF/POS/DPS/SCPD restrain the RPF etc as part of their normal CYA protocol; since failing to cover their asses often ends up amounting to inevitable adjudication and fair compensation?

BABY CAT: MISSING SINCE 2 SEPTEMBER 2020

Here is one of my Facebook posts from yesterday: "I woke up at around 7 am today (2 September 2020) and went outside my front door to find one of my cats missing; and a piece of wood along one of the front walkways in the middle of the walkway plus a solar garden light detached from the base lying about a foot and a half away...After putting the solar light back on I tried to kick it to get it to do the same thing but you need to actually hold the base and pull out the light in order to separate them; therefore I am almost completely certain that it was done on purpose...And my cat is still missing...I checked surveillance footage and can't seem to see anything because I went through it too quick; but I have a gut level feeling someone did this on purpose and is trying to send an overt message...I'll check it more tomorrow...Because if someone wants to get away with something they do not leave obvious clues like the wood in the middle of the walkway...Therefore I suspect foul play even though she is very difficult to catch at night; making it all the more strange...And she could show up in the morning too so we'll see but she never strays from her pattern like this...And predatory wildlife is a possibility; but none of the other cats seemed stressed out or doing anything much different -- so again if she truly is gone like I think she is; then this was perhaps done on purpose to send a message and threaten me somehow...And if she is gone I let her sit on my chest while I fell asleep for a couple hours last Monday night and did the same every week for the last few months and last winter she got to sit with me all the time...So she knows I love her...But she is very skittish and if she was kidnapped like I think she was -- if she is still alive then she is likely very stressed out right now...Now I have to try and go to sleep..."

NOTE: THE SOLAR LIGHT CAN BE DUSTED FOR FINGER PRINTS

BTW: Baby Cat is still missing and the solar light and it's base should likely be checked for fingerprints...I passed on photos of Baby Cat to an SCPD Officer yesterday; and I still have to contact Sunnyvale DPS again...And Baby Cat needs special food to maintain her urinary tract health -- and also has a bad tooth that needs medical attention...So if she is still alive she needs to be brought back home ASAP because her sister misses her and is acting depressed...This might be solved without surveillance evidence even though I am still reviewing the footage...GPS smart phone locations of vehicles in the area could be checked to see who was there that night assuming the culprits were equally sloppy with the solar light as they were with their GPS...The bottom line is many people in this neighborhood love Baby Cat; including actual babies in carriages; so this mystery needs to be solved soon because #CATLIVESMATTER!

Innocent victims of the selective nature of the well-meaning BLM argument are animals; and whether or not Baby Cat was a victim of human/animal cruelty; when animals are not treated well this often turns into the abuse of humans as well -- since there is such a close connection between cruelty against animals ~ and cruelty against humans...Because in the end: “The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way its animals are treated.” -- Mahatma Gandhi

UPDATE / 11 SEP 2020: I spoke to some neighbors who think Baby Cat may have been a victim of a coyote because someone said they saw a dead black and white cat on Wednesday morning in the dirt down the street by the corner...So I called Sunnyvale Animal Control to confirm if they gathered a cat who looked like Baby Cat and who was a victim of predation; but they did not have any answers and referred me to another agency...And this all occurred after DPS non-emergency neglected to tell me about contacting animal control when I called them 3 Sep 2020...

 

They apparently gave Baby Cats' body to Silicon Valley animal control and now it looks like they mishandled her body and she is gone...Which will end up as yet another claim against the City of Sunnyvale within 6 months because this is yet more unnecessary emotional distress that I do not need to be feeling right now at this crucial time when closure is so important...The last claim I filed mentioned her medical condition; which they obviously did not care about...And now Baby Cat is dead and gone...

 

It also occurred to me that if Sunnyvale Animal Control picked up a dead cat on Wednesday that appeared to be attacked by a coyote; why was nothing done to alert the media to try and protect local outdoor pets? Like I said; I called DPS non-emergency Wednesday night and the attendant was very kind; but he should have brought up animal control too...And if animal control does this all the time; do they take photos of the animal found for future ID purposes of the pet owners? And do they keep the body until they find the owner for ID? If not they should because animal cruelty is now a federal felony that is taken very seriously...

 

(In other words; if animal control actually thought a coyote ate my cat; why wasn't it on the news? And since the DPS chief even once said that dogs are 'part of the family'; then why aren't cats treated with more respect? And is there any discrimination in the way a dead dog and a dead cat are treated?) 

In retrospect; I totally get that half the world has very little respect for animals and/or animal rights in general -- let alone human rights...I wouldn't be filing claims against the City of Sunnyvale if human rights in general were an issue society actually cared about...And since the greatness of a nation is measured by the way they treat their animals -- and/or since animal cruelty is so closely connected to human cruelty (in that those who abuse animals tend to abuse people as well) it is of paramount importance that the mass of inhumanity in general becomes increasingly humane towards animals and/or their own kind...As there is no other greater goal for inhumanity...

 

13 SEP 2020 -- When Boo Cat died a few years ago I let him sit on my lap every night all night until he finally went...And Baby Cat would always sit with us...Then after Boo was gone I kept sitting with Baby Cat almost every night on my chest -- her favorite spot...So she really got lots of attention...I was like Gulliver and she wanted to stand on top of my chest and rule over me because she loved doing that...But then the shutdown happened and it was safe and quiet outside all night and day so I just let them both out front and people out walking during Covid (and there were many) would stop and either look at and/or unsuccessfully try to pet Baby Cat...There is one particular little baby girl in a baby carriage who liked Baby Cat...So that kitty got a lot of attention...She liked being looked at by kids walking home from school and it was obvious a long time ago...Then I started playing bass more and more since I was off work and wanting to make good of the bad...And since Monday night was not a bass guitar night that has been Baby Cat's Gulliver night for the last few months; but she always ran to to front door after and went out...So at least she got ultimate freedom for the last few months of her life...But she would often sit in a sort of vulnerable spot on the sidewalk where people would walk right by and/or over her so that made me nervous but she insisted on sitting there anyway...All it takes is one person...I suppose the good side of all of this is baby Cat went from being a very scared feral cat born under my neighbor's deck; stealing food and being chased off by my Dad who grew to love her ~ to overcoming her fears and allowing herself to actually be petted now and again by an occasional total stranger like a nice neighbor lady friend of mine who finally petted Baby Cat a few days before she was gone...And Baby Cat got to live around all of the ducks who visit too...Overall she had a wonderful life and got lots of love...But other than that; my theory is the fires have driven animals out of the mountains and down into the valley; so if she was caught by a coyote that theory pretty much explains it...
