The insistence on delay during this SIP order; constantly moving goalposts and lack of urgency is not only causing small business owners to lose their livelihoods -- but it also exposes an obvious pattern and practice of negligent behavior that has led to my own financial destruction -- and others as well...Local government did not care as I was being forcefully sent down into financial destruction while a years-long siege on my residence raged on...As I did not fall down into a hole; I was literally thrown down into it...And when I asked for help; I got none...Therefore; they have a moral obligation to finally share the financial pain they have inflicted upon me and so many others as of late with GHC finally compensating me first (since I am first in line and have been waiting for so long) then others as well disaffected by so many years of unrestrained police misconduct that was so carefully covered up by CA AG Xavier Beccera etc ~ and/or the disastrous results of the SIP order etc etc etc..At present government is leading from behind; totally insulated from the impact of their grossly negligent actions; as their salaries and pensions might not ever be paid by the same people they are impoverishing...Their approach towards resolving my situation and resultant lack of execution (other than allowing police-involved executions to continue) towards compensation other than their own compensation is the main cause of this continued collective hardship; showing respect for the financial needs; dignity and civil liberties of all Americans...Because there is not that much difference between being told to not go to the beach and/or being kept out of a nightclub you patronized for over a decade without incident after being attacked at the door...

But if GHC is also experiencing financial hardship due to the current situation of rampant police misconduct with so many fuck up cops screwing people over; I am willing to ask for an extension on this proceeding and/or take an IOU on my compensation because I have been struggling for many years now so I can probably hold on a bit longer if needed...And I am also working on protest music right now that has been in the works for many years (that I don't need a permit to create Gavin) and therefore will likely be made less angry and/or effective if I get compensated too soon...I don't want to compromise it's quality as it will be difficult to be angry once I am eventually; inevitably compensated...

"Other than that; any lawyers out there who care to help me push my case through the system are welcome to help me out; today is the 6 month cutoff date; so I am submitting an amended complaint in a new claim form bringing up this questionable prosecutorial misconduct...In a nutshell; Sunnyvale POS/DPS/SCPD refused to do anything about several active threats that existed outside my residence for many years (some of them police-sponsored active threats) then after submitting a claim form for the illegal ejection from a private business of public accommodations that Sunnyvale POS/DPS refused to take action on (The Oasis Nightclub which is now closed) the City of Sunnyvale retaliated with a non-issue by targeting my 94-year old Father for more prosecutorial harassment; this time threatening prosecution for a government-sanctioned green garbage can with a 19 MPH sign painted on it that I got permission from the City of Sunnyvale for many years ago; and the City of Santa Clara; as all of the signage on my street is there due to my valiant efforts...

Adding to this; a safety cone that helps remind people to slow down on our street and protects my cats from getting run over easily was sighted as being a problem by Sunnyvale Public Works after me suggesting to other Public Works employees about making the street safer...This Public Works employee wrote a letter telling me he can steal my safety cones any time he wants...I understand that these City of Sunnyvale employees thought they were 'just doing their jobs'; but they were also unaware of the many conflicts of interest involved as well...

In other words; it's the usual tying my hands and leaving a festering problem in a grossly negligent manner; as a bicyclist had been run over and killed on Dunford Way last summer (which brought a million cop cars yet no obligatory obsessive media coverage (only orders to make the street less safe -- Question: Why did the local TV news media ignore this story; helping to cover it up?)...Therefore attempting to get me to move the safety cone (as small and insignificant as it seems to some who view themselves as being 'in control' of this Silicon Valley mess) was actually a HUGE deal in more ways than one...As safety cones are safe; Department of Public Safety!

Not only due to the various aforementioned reasons; but also due to the fact that the City of Sunnyvale has a history of messing with the elderly to get their way...For instance; one of the two brothers who used to own the Corn Palace parcel said that the City of Sunnyvale was so intent on developing his land (which they are finally developing right as the demand for housing is decreasing exponentially) that the City of Sunnyvale allegedly gave him a heart attack (or almost did; I cannot remember exactly) the main point being the City of Sunnyvale sometimes has no respect for their elderly population; willing to abuse their prosecutorial harassment on frail stroke victims like my 94-year old Dad just to retaliate against me...

And the Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety went against their core mission of "public safety" by telling me to remove a government-sanctioned green garbage can with 19 MPH written on the side of it (when Dunford Way is actually Santa Clara jurisdiction) and POS/DPS standing behind Sunnyvale Public Works didn't help things...And these actions caused an immense amount of emotional distress for the entire family at the time...So all it did was make things worse...

But government in general is an 'Emotional Distress Machine' (EDM) of sorts; so good luck getting our EDM-infested government to care about the turmoil they cause within people's lives without the help of a good lawyer who knows how to twist their insurance companies' arm the right way...Like I said before; for many years Sunnyvale DPS took zero action about active threats existing outside my residence (causing my financial fall) and sometimes they were police-sponsored active threats ~ then turned around and wanted to talk about a safety cone and a green garbage can reminding people to slow down to 19 MPH after many late-1990s meetings with the the City of Santa Clara's Traffic Engineering Department...

THE BAD SIDE IS: MY SISTER IS ONLY REACTING TO MALICIOUS; SLANDEROUS; DEFAMATORY JUDGEMENTS PASSED ON BY CORRUPT LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL WHO NOT ONLY REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT MY HOUSE BEING UNDER SIEGE FOR SEVERAL YEARS; BUT ALSO SEVERAL ASSAULTS WITHOUT ARRESTS MADE;  AND VARIOUS UNCIVIL CIVIL RIGHTS VIOLATIONS ETC ETC ETC AS WELL...THE 'GOOD' SIDE IS THE ABOVE SCREENSHOT IS PROOF THAT SLANDEROUS AND DEFAMATORY ACTIONS ON THE PART OF LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT HAVE WORKED TO DESTROY MY GOOD REPUTATION NOT ONLY WITHIN MY OWN FAMILY -- BUT ALSO LONG-TIME FRIENDS; SOMETHING THE CCP DOES QUITE OFTEN...BUT THE TRUTH IS: MICHAEL FINLEYS' FATHER WAS ALLEGEDLY A NARCISSIST WHO LEFT HIS FAMILY HIGH AND DRY WHEN MICHAEL WAS A KID; MAKING MICHAEL OFTEN SEE HIS FATHER IN PEOPLE WHO ARE AROUND HIM...ALMOST EVERYTHING MICHAEL ACCUSES ME OF IS WHAT HIS FATHER WAS ALLEGEDLY LIKE...AND MICHAELS'S MOTHER ALLEGEDLY THREW HIM AGAINST THE WALL RIGHT AFTER HE WAS BORN; AND HE IS ALSO A LONG-TIME HEROIN ADDICT AS WELL PERHAPS DUE TO THIS EARLY TRAUMA...AND MY PSYCHOLOGY CLASSES TAUGHT ME THAT IT IS NORMAL TO BE A BIT OF A LONER AFTER LOSING A PARENT OF THE OPPOSITE SEX...BUT THIS IS NOW A STRENGTH MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE; MAKING ME TOUGHER AND LESS EMOTIONALLY NEEDY THAN MOST...AND MICHAEL ALSO TOLD ME THAT HE ALLEGEDLY STRANGLED HIS LONG-TIME GIRLFRIEND JENNY AT THE END OF THEIR RELATIONSHIP TOO MANY YEARS AGO...WHEN I HAVE NOT ONLY NEVER LAID A HAND ON ANY WOMAN IN VIOLENCE; BUT ALSO LEFT THE MINUTE SOME EX-GIRLFRIENDS OF MINE GOT VIOLENT ON ME...IF ANYTHING; I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TOO NICE TO WOMEN TO THE POINT WHERE THEY TOOK ME FOR GRANTED AND PLAYED GAMES WITH MY EMOTIONS...AND MY SISTER IS A PSYCHOPATHIC CUNT...AND SURE I'M A BIT OF A CLOWN; AND A JOKER SMOKER AND MIDNIGHT TOKER TOO...I ALSO HAVE AN OLD RECORDING OF MICHAEL MAKING CRIMINAL THREATS BACK DURING THE EARLY 2000s AFTER OUR LAST ARGUMENT MANY YEARS BACK...AND THE SAD TRUTH THAT I DO NOT LIKE ADMITING (EVEN THOUGH IT HAS EVERYTHING TO DO WITH MICHAELS' ATTITUDE TOWARDS ME) IS THAT FOR MANY YEARS MICHAEL HAS THOUGHT ABOUT COMMITTING SUICIDE EVERY DAY OF HIS LIFE...SO ANYONE WHO ACTUALLY LIKES THEMSELVES TRIGGERS HIM AND MAKES HIM LASH OUT...AND THE OTHER UNDENIABLE TRUTH IS: GOVERNMENT PERSONNEL OFTEN HAVE GOVERNMENT-SANCTIONED NARCISSISTIC PERSONALITY DISORDER THAT NEEDS TO BE ELIMINATED ASAP; MISTER MANOUKIAN...AND YES I TOOK MUSHROOMS BACK WHEN I WAS 18 YEARS OLD; SO I KNOW ALL ABOUT MY SUBCONSCIOUS MIND AND WHAT REALLY BOTHERS ME...ADDING TO ALL OF THIS; MICHAEL WAS A VERY SELFISH CHILD WHO AT ONE POINT WOULD NOT LET ANYONE ELSE SIT ON HIS TOY PONY ACCORDING TO HIS DECEASED BROTHER JIMMY...AND IF I AM SO DAMN SELF-CENTERED; WHY IS THIS BLOG POST AIMED AT NOT ONLY HELPING MYSELF; BUT ALSO HELPING OTHERS AS WELL WHO MAY BE IN THE SAME POSITION? For some reason it was easier for me to get over the deaths of my Mother and Brother ~ than it is for me to overcome the situation I have found myself in lately -- with the overarching; multifarious judicial malfeasance; prosecutorial and/or police misconduct and/or gross negligence that I have experienced in the last few years...Just remember the "Great Depression" was ultimately solved with money...

These are 'good' examples of what Michael Finley is talking about...I was inspired by Michaels' "Richard Dickman" character (Michael pretends to be something he is not some of the time - he's frequently on opiates) Therefore; sometimes when I write as "High Commander Johnny Roper" I play that role just for fun (it's loosely based upon John Lennon wearing a fatigue jacket with military patches on the sleeve; a semi-militaristic protest leader to piss off the 'powers who used to be') And Johnny Roper will be my eventual AKA stage name when and/or if I eventually sing in a band -- it is a mixture of my real name John given by my Mom and Dad ~ and my other copyrighted AKA name Lik Roper -- a name I am slowly growing out of (BTW: the name "Lik Roper" came from the band name "Public Property" and means absolutely NOTHING) And sometimes I act like a dickhead drill Sargent just to be funny on Facebook...So Michael Finley is being played by his own stupid shit that triggers him (in my own theory) due to the inherent similarities between his own Father and the occasional Johnny Roper character blatherings...But Michael has always been sorta like my stupid little brother by default being in a band with his older brother Jimmy for so long; so this is nothing new I suppose...

Law enforcement first poisoned my sister with their false narrative ~ along with many others ~ through their insults and defamation; eventually causing my equally slanderous sister to poison Michael Finley; and ultimately kill any chances of us making music together ever again...This is a classic case of passed-down defamation of character and slander; plain and simple...There was little hope of us making any new music anyway due to Michaels' extreme dysfunction caused by his various life experiences; but we had another chance -- and that chance was destroyed by law enforcement and eventually my own sister...

After the death of my brother in 1999; I had a heightened sense of sanctity for life in general...Then in the years after as my life was being purposefully CRUSHED by local government (very likely due to my wildly successful activism as a political dissident during the post-911 anti-activist years) I saw zero sanctity for my own life by corrupt law enforcement etc...Even some long-time neighbors...So it seems that I can get over death easier than a lack of sanctity for life...That will never leave me...I see how government and law enforcement really feels about me; and they don't seem to give a rat's ass...And I had no idea there was such hatred living so close by to me within some neighbors...Which leaves me with a warm feeling indeed (what if I was African-American?) But let's be real; this all happened during a liberal "destroy the man!" era due to thousands of years of perceived female repression and/or male domination (let's face it; the vagina has ruled the world forever; and I tend to believe that sheer population numbers are causing a bit of a drawback from this trend; perhaps as a subconscious reaction to that said overpopulation -- but this is only a wild theory) And now that this evil anti-male era of perceived female powerlessness and overcompensation and/or "crushing the man" is now officially over (yeah right); it is being slowly replaced by a new unity consciousness -- the good side of the Covid-19 situation -- as all bad situations have a good side (while some angry females won't let up on it like the female publisher of the SJ Mercury News for instance -- perhaps suffering from a similar lack of sanctity for her life) That said; we also need to back things up a bit and acknowledge that this very publicly announced gender-based liberal discrimination against men -- sanctioned by often angry liberal democratic women -- as being just what it is: yet another form of unnecessary discrimination that needs to be wiped off the face of the earth yesterday...And with the massive erosion of rights that has ensued as of late due to Covid-19; most people are very likely going to focus upon freedom and/or natural law-based constitutional rights granted by their creator; and hold onto them more tightly than ever as we come out of this era of fear and repression (because they are unalienable rights no living being can deny any of us) which I believe will inevitably lead to women being more aggressive sexually etc ~ while still respecting the unalienable rights of men more with this new perspective on life and/or freedom in general...Wanting ultimate freedom without any moderation or regulation of their free expression from government or any other external source as freedom spreads it's wings once again and flies off into the sunset of these divisive trends...That said; breach of peace laws allowing people to get a sufficient amount of sleep are necessary and will never go out of style...

THE BOTTOM LINE IS: SUNNYVALE PUBLIC WORKS WAS WORRIED ABOUT A SAFETY CONE IN THE STREET WHICH LIES RIGHT NEAR THE SAFETY CONE SEEN ABOVE WARNING WALKERS OF A DANGEROUS SIDEWALK...WHY DOESN'T SUNNYVALE PUBLIC SAFETY AND/OR PUBLIC WORKS CARE EQUALLY ABOUT PEDESTRIANS AND HOW COULD THEY HAVE NOT SEEN THIS OTHER SAFETY CONE; WHICH ESSENTIALLY GOES AGAINST THE CORE MISSION OF PUBLIC SAFETY AND/OR PUBLIC WORKS? OTHER POINTS TO CONSIDER: 1) This illegal police-sponsored siege upon my residence came during a time when my family was mourning the untimely death of my brother Carl on Christmas Eve 1999; and after my brother (who actually cared about me unlike the City of Sunnyvale) left me life insurance money allowing me to finally not worry about finances for once in my life -- even though I kept working during this time because I simply love my job...I mainly need to reattain the quality of life that was so forcefully and purposefully taken away from me by police misconduct and resultant gross negligence during the years long RPF siege on my residence -- 2) My Father had a stroke at the end of this years-long siege making me question how much local officials actually care about the elderly; and my father was also hospitalized right after the untimely death of Precious Cat; who Jake Paolinetti and/or the RPF are very likely responsible for killing...But zero action was taken by POS/DPS/SCPD to determine the veracity of these claims -- Dad also needs a Life Alert button that my sister can easily afford but will not buy for some reason; including a room air conditioner to keep him cool during hot weather 3) Precious Cats's little Sister Baby Cat is experiencing periodontal disease and needs medical attention ASAP...I have experienced enough needless death of my cats in the last few years (1 - 2 - 3) mainly due to the aforementioned gross negligence on the part of the City of Sunnyvale and/or WTF/POS/DPS/SCPD...So get off your asses and compensate me ASAP GHC!
