MESSAGE TO THE SANTA CLARA AND/OR SUNNYVALE CITY COUNCILS
AND SANTA CLARA CITY ATTORNEY: 

"Adding to this; When I was in the holding cell at the Santa Clara Police station (after being wrongfully arrested and/or kidnapped and/or sexually molested by Officer Pablo Lopez for feeding ducks with permission of ex-Mayor Judy Nadler at a City Council meeting) I was knocking on the window of the cell desperately asking to be let out.

Then when I got home and was watching TV later that night; there was a program on TV depicting the exact same thing that I had done that day -- a man knocking on his cell window desperately asking to be let out. So this suggests the NSA spy complex was also focused on me -- as well as others.

Also; in the process of getting violently attacked by so many people with no arrests made (Mister Olenak; Tom Foley etc) I ended up with a nervous twitch in one of my eyes that would not go away. Then around this same time; I believe ABC network was running shows depicting a supposed terrorist as having a twitch in his eye while being questioned in court. Yet another example of the nosey NSA spy complex gone awry.

I eventually got rid of the eye twitch after going to Bogart's lounge and playing drums on jam night with a bunch of black dudes I knew from singing karaoke at the old Acapulco Restaurant. I finally saw how bad it was that blacks have been historically treated (because it was happening to me too at the time) so I really identified with their struggles.

One of the guys had a joint to smoke out back in the alley; and after I took a hit my eye twitch suddenly went away. It was at that point that I realized marijuana did in fact have some kind of medicinal value; so I went out and got my medical recommendation shortly after that and have been medical ever since.

Also; the very same week I was wrongfully arrested was the exact same week Daryl Hannah was arrested down in LA for activism as well; so I tend to think my wrongful arrest was part of a "sweep" of sorts going on during the Bush administration -- much like what ICE is doing right now as well. And my Sunnyvale City Council meeting appearances also brought attention to me -- then bogus local dissent clauses were probably utilized as a lousy excuse to monitor my private movements.

But then again Democrats and Republicans both often use children (for instance) to deny adults of their civil rights as well. Playing the child card is about as dirty and low down as you can get; causing prison beatings and other forms of torture etc -- so therefore Democrats are just as bad in their own way. Regardless; like it or not before I leave this planet MY government is finally going to answer back to all of this government-sponsored bullshit. I want to hear all of your lousy excuses for allowing rights violations to occur to innocent law abiding dissenters like me.

For all intents and purposes; I have already won this case. I have blown your crooked police misconduct out of the water and into smithereens. All of your lousy arguments and stupid legitimizations have been found to be bogus and unfounded. But I also understand that you will make it as difficult as possible for me to collect settlement monies which I am due. I have been taken advantage of and had my civil rights violated for about 18 years now because MY government is essentially a bunch of dirty bastards who will stop at nothing to protect their wrongdoings. I also heard from an anonymous source (likely CIA) that the Bush administration granted the Santa Clara Police Department surveillance capabilities that gave them access to high resolution satellites allowing them to (for instance) look into my bedroom window. One time right after I called a Senator to bring attention to this situation (Senator Boxer I believe); a Santa Clara cop suddenly pulled up on the street right next to the Jack in the Box drive thru I was waiting in and "mean mugged" me. It was as if their surveillance was so deep that he knew I called a Senator to blow the whistle on them; and this was his was his lame way of trying to coerce and/or intimidate me. Needless to say; it didn't work..."

Then there was the time right after the 911 inside job attacks...I happened to sing the song "School's Out" by Alice Cooper one night at the Acapulco Restaurant; then rode my bike home to find a Sunnyvale Fire engine parked out in front of my old junior high school down the street at 2 in the morning?!? (in front of the Patrick Henry property > in other words: the "give me liberty or give me death" dude) They were obviously ridiculously reacting to the lyrics "my school's been blown to pieces". And with ex-FBI agent Robert Hanssen being involved in karaoke right before the 911 incident ; KARAOKE WAS SUDDENLY DANGEROUS LIKE IT (music) WAS BACK IN THE 1970S! COOL! So I sung School's Out every week for about a year just to be a dick; and just because I could. What a bunch of paranoid shit THAT was...WHAT A FUCKING JOKE! WHAT THE FUCK!?!

This suggests that at least some people who work for Sunnyvale DPS are perhaps mentally ill and/or paranoid for imagining such nonsense and using it as an excuse to over react. BUSTED! Nothing gets by me and I remember everything...

Why would the F.B.I investigate military personnel unless they had good reason to believe they were somehow involved in the 911 attacks? 3) And why did an outlaw gang of local police officers who were part of a S.W.A.T. team conspire and/or use the color of law to violate Johns' unalienable rights and/or civil rights? Wrongfully arresting a government-sanctioned duck feeder and/or shooting at someone who cleaned up litter? 4) And lastly; we are all expected to not swear around children and/or government personnel. 27 DEC 2017 MESSAGE TO THE SCUSD AND/OR THE SUNNYVALE CITY COUNCIL (etc):

"Greetings. I am John the unelected; unafraid; unapologetic and self-appointed Mayor of Southwest Sunnyvale who usurps power for the protection of all inhabitants of the Birdland neighborhood. I am not only the main activist who stopped the largely unwanted building development in the Peterson field during the early 2000s (the developer spent roughly $250,000+ dollars on a preliminary plan that I CRUSHED with neighborhood opposition - causing my residence to be put under siege for nearly a decade by police-sponsored forces) but I have also been heavily involved for nearly a decade regarding the lack of utilization of the predatory bird boxes installed by the State of California adjacent to the farm.

The main problem here is: instead of controlling the indigenous California Ground Squirrel population naturally using predatory birds; the SCUSD is still allowing dangerous poisons to be applied to the field adjacent to and/or up slope from the new SCUSD farm. 

Full Circle Farm actually lost their organic certification due to this poison application by the SCUSD -- in a sense sabotaging Full Circle Farm and sadly helping to cause the farm to fail due to this SCUSD action. Luckily the SCUSD decided to take over the farm, but...

Dogs walked at the Peterson field have been falling sick as well from the application of poison -- and this poison has also been applied up slope from the farm right by Dunford Way; violating organic standards. It is not known whether the SCUSD desires to create an organic farm; but all I know is the Full Circle Farm was a beautiful and bucolic; biologically diverse entity that I was instrumental in bringing to the Birdland neighborhood. But now it is more like a barren ground squirrel graveyard wasteland that makes me sick to see. The entire Santa Clara Valley is essentially a California ground squirrel graveyard; but the killing has to stop at some point as ground squirrels are a keystone species that countless other species rely upon...

...Adding to this; I cleaned up the neighborhood all around the farm for nearly a decade; but now as I said before it makes me sick to even pass by it on the street. Bags of garbage I used to regularly clean up are now sitting overflowing at the street entrance to the field; and trash now lines the farm field. The beautiful Full Circle Farm dream is over; rudely awakened by psychopathic SCUSD inhumanity.

I understand there are psychopathic personality types out there who do not care about this situation. In other words; Republicans and/or certain law enforcement personnel etc -- roughly 50% percent of the population is  psychopathic and the political divide clearly displays this striking difference. Yes; Republicans are generally psychopaths -- and/or anyone who harms without conscience.

This is my theory: there is a delicate balance as psychopathic personality types tend to flourish during times of lower population levels; and empathetic personality types tend to flourish during higher population levels -- for obvious reasons. But I am also a known em path who does not tolerate cruelty in any shape or form -- not when it is directed at me and/or any Birdland neighborhood resident; human or otherwise. Note: Organic farming methods must be mandated by SCUSD trustees to ensure the production of non-toxic food sources garnered from the new SCUSD farm.

ANTI-COMPETITIVE PRACTICES AND LIVE MUSIC

I've been thinking again as usual...after hearing the striking difference between Cheap Trick and Foreigners' sound at Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View last summer; it's obvious to me now that this kind of anti-competitive practice should not be allowed because it is largely based upon Anti-competitive Practices. This was largely due to Cheap Trick getting a relatively smaller percentage of the Public Address and/or PA volume -- and Foreigner getting 100% PA as headliners usually do. 

Mainly because opening acts can 'top out' the show too early and make the headlining acts look bad later. And not only is this a common practice that has been going on for many years now; but volume inequality reduces product quality for consumers of this live music. This in turn reduces consumer protection and creates a state of unfair competition between musical acts as well. Whether the product is laundry detergent or live music; consumers desire quality products and need equal competition between competing business entities.

The FTC takes action to stop and prevent unfair business practices that are likely to reduce competition (and lead to higher prices) in other areas of business -- regarding reduced quality or levels of service, or less innovation. Anticompetitive practices include activities like price fixing, group boycotts, and exclusionary exclusive dealing contracts or trade association rules, and are generally grouped into two types: The FTC generally pursues anticompetitive conduct as violations of Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act, which bans “unfair methods of competition” and “unfair or deceptive acts or practices.” 

NOTE: 1) Whether it is Microsoft in the 1990s retaliating against and/or strong-arming competitors using their big bucks and/or 2) Apple keeping printed publications with a relatively lower spending budget out of their Apple stores and/or selling iphones that not only facilitate the theft of copyrighted musical materials; but also continue to massively disrupt the printed publication industry and/or 3) Foreigner keeping Cheap Tricks' PA level down -- it all amounts to different forms of anti-competitive practices.

Adding to this; Right after Bam Magazine stopped publishing in 1999 (which was originally created and owned by Dennis Erokan) Google not only copied and/or stole Bam Magazines' entire business model (in other words; free content driven by advertising dollars) but they also hired Bams' ex-advertising executive Annie!?!

When John got to play drums for the band Jetboy years back on a tour of the southern United States opening for the band Stryper; Jetboy was allowed only a percentage of the PA. The Stryper stage manager would come walking up with a flashlight and shine his light on the master volume dial as a reminder to turn down the volume to 50%. 

Jetboy Soundman Tommy would creep it down as the Stryper Stage Manager walked up; then creep it back up as he walked away. But cutting the PA not only reduced competition between bands; as it also reduced the quality of the live musical product received by consumers. 

It made the drums sound like John was hitting chairs sometimes and therefore sort of ruined his experience as an arena concert drummer -- making him want to start singing just so he could actually be heard. And it is still hard for John to believe that a Christian band like Stryper did such an evil thing; but they did. What would Jesus think of all this Stryper PA percentage stuff?

Note: There are many implications of an uneven playing field when it comes to concert PA volume and/or headlining act ego protection. Listeners can get a bad impression of opening acts and be turned off when they could have otherwise been impressed -- and this can lead to substandard record sales and/or subsequent loss of recording contracts, catering food and/or groupies etc.

BONE BASH 2017!

ENDANGERED WILDLIFE HABITAT DESTROYED @ MISSION COLLEGE IN SANTA CLARA CALIFORNIA

WILDLIFE HABITAT @ MISSION COLLEGE IN SANTA CLARA / Mission College in Santa Clara once had a substantial population of ground squirrels, western burrowing owls and jackrabbits (etc). During the 1990s a teacher at Mission  College led an effort to permanently protect the habitat surrounding the college, because when the college was first built it was the only structure for miles around, but now it is surrounded by semiconductor campus buildings. (see photos below)

Fences were constructed and native vegetation was planted at Mission College to provide wildlife habitat. It was once a thriving ecosystem; but now it has been all but destroyed -- along with the Mission College web page regarding the presence of Western Burrowing Owls. > http://missioncollege.org/gen_info/owls.html

Western Burrowing Owls were seen by local observers living on and around the Peterson Middle School property as well back in 2009, and there is documented evidence of burrowing owls recently residing at one of the Raynor Park kiddie playgrounds as well (reconstruction of the playground was delayed by the City of Sunnyvale due to the presence of burrowing owls on the property). Adding to this; John found nesting material which he kept as evidence; and what appears to be an owl feather left behind from two separate abandoned owl nests he stumbled upon after a large industrial storage container by the Peterson track was moved when the Full Circle Farm first entered onto the parcel. Western Burrowing Owls have not been seen in the Birdland neighborhood since then.

The parcel of land seen above was originally supposed to be part of Mission College's protected habitat. John used to deliver BAM Magazine to Mission College and drove by this spot repeatedly. One week it was a thriving spot for various wildlife -- the next week it was bull dozed to make way for a semiconductor campus!?! 

John brought this up at a Santa Clara City Council meeting regarding the 1333 Lawrence Expressway property, and John was told the council footage featuring him made the local TV news -- and apparently somebody got fined $$$ for destroying endangered species habitat!?! Regardless; roughly a decade later this same once protected habitat has now been PAVED OVER and developed!?! 

And all of this sound science regarding California Ground Squirrels being a keystone species was all but ignored during the last Democratic presidential administration...

"16 MAY 2017 UPDATE / BREAKING NEWS: The Full Circle Farm in Sunnyvale has become financially insolvent as of late; therefore unable to continue on as it was -- but the good news is the Santa Clara Unifed School District (SCUSD) has decided to officially take over management duties of the farm due to its' obvious educational/scientific etc purposes.

But the SCUSD has unfortunately also decided the various farm animals need to be removed and relocated elsewhere -- through a Yahoo Birdland Neighbors newsgroup discussion group that I was eliminated from many years ago (a civil rights violation; as private web sites of public accommodation = private businesses of public accommodation) for exposing local police misconduct; when I was one of the main people who spearheaded the effort to bring about the farm with a massive 10,000 piece self-funded neighborhood flyering effort.

I can understand moving some of the larger animals due to their need for more space; but the chickens and ducks and turkeys need to stay right where they are.

I heard it through 'the grapevine' (in other words; various covert neighborhood intelligence sources) that one old man who lives near the field complained about a rooster crowing; and that was part of the reason this knee jerk decision to remove the chickens etc occurred (while I complained for a decade about noise and harassment and stalking at my place of residence with no official action taken to stop it by the City of Sunnyvale).

"But! what about the hoards of noisy, messy soccer folks who are allowed to speed through and/or clog our once quiet neighborhood with speeding traffic etc; leaving litter all over the place down at the Patrick Henry field (littering carries a $1000 dollar fine) on what would otherwise be nice quiet weekends and/or weeknights? Generating loud soccer crowd noise when some adjacent neighbors would perhaps like to sleep in or just have some peace and quiet? Chickens are obviously not the main problem here; people are. So don't be a chicken! Stand up for the birds of Birdland Neighborhood!

These free range birds are not only more free than most non-free range children (who quite often have their rights violated when they are being held against their will by their paranoid TV watching parents); but they are also more free and live a better life than about 99.9% of the chickens on this earth. So let us fully appreciate; protect and save this vestige of chicken freedom; and allow it to affect our own freedoms in a positive way. Because freedom is not free until chickens are free as well...

THE BOTTOM LINE: Unless these said chickens can be guaranteed a quality of life as good or better than what they have already experienced (happy free range chickens roaming about instead of being in cramped cages) I am asking you to email the SCUSD Board of Trustees and OPPOSE THE SCUSD ORDER TO REMOVE THE CHICKENS (etc) FROM FULL CIRCLE FARM!

QUESTION: Why was it ok to build a huge looming (Apple Spaceship) structure right next to residential units in Cupertino -- but not have a few chickens running around out in the Peterson field? Money couldn't have anything to do with it, could it?..." 

Note: The free range chickens that roamed at Full Circle Farm are perhaps the most heart warming and greatly missed part of the farm. An old man named Mr. Smith walked his dogs at the Peterson field property for about 50 years (until the death of his last dog who developed cancer in his snout after sniffing around the edges of poisoned ground squirrel burrows at the Peterson field). Mr. Smith has seen all of the changes that have occurred in the Birdland neighborhood over the years; and he absolutely loved feeding the free range chickens the organic feed I gave to him. I used to occasionally feed those chickens as well. It is good to hear chickens are coming back to the Peterson field; I hope some get to run free...But it seems kind of ridiculous that I was going out of my way to purchase organic chicken feed to avoid releasing trace elements of dangerous non-organic chemicals into the environment; when the SCUSD was about to reverse this process and dose the field with yet another dangerous pesticide application.
