NEIGHBORHOOD COPWATCH / LIST OF STALKERS

This is a semi-complete list of stalkers and harassers who violently attacked and menaced and vandalized my residence etc during a multi-year campaign of hatred and violence allowed to continue by gross negligence and/or failure to take necessary actions to stop the disturbances from occurring...I started a blog after Sunnyvale POS/DPS followed me into the public hearing that I arranged at the Peterson Cafeteria; showing obvious desperation regarding my noble act...it is absolutely INCREDIBLE the extents localities go to in trying to control dissent; but in this case all it did was backfire on them and cause me to start a blog that documented the events occurring at the time...It largely consists of hearsay evidence as I did not realize the importance of gathering physical (video etc) evidence at the time...And even when I finally did gather physical evidence; it was ultimately ignored to guide the narrative of the case and allow some very uncivil rights violations to occur...

But now that I have taken each post and stacked them up in general order of occurrence; I can see what occurred even more clearly than ever before...And it looks a whole lot like there are up to 20 different individuals who were involved in this vicious stalking; harassment; menacing; vandalism campaign...

"and it's funny how history repeats itself, because the kids in this neighborhood are apparently up to the same old thing; last weekend my elderly room mate caught some kids playing ding dong ditch-it by waiting for them to come back again...(he shined his flashlight right in the kids' face as he caught him in the act up on our porch, and then the kid went back towards doon court with some other kid)...

last night the same thing happened again, so my roommate went out and waited for them to come back, and one car looked like a possibly darkish colored RAV-4 or SUV looking thing with a tire cover on the spare that was disheveled - and the other car that came after was what looked like a station wagon...(they yelled some shit at him as he past, but he couldn't really hear it because he is hard of hearing)..."

This shows how a senior citizen who eventually had a stroke possibly related to the years long siege on his property was disaffected by official police negligence; as well as me...It all amounts to stalking; stalking and even more stalking...

"last night as i fell asleep i heard the word FAGGOT! being yelled from a passing car - and while i personally am a heterosexual, i don't normally mind people admitting their sexual preferences to me, as our society has firmly established homosexuality as an acceptable thing (who knows; maybe it was one of those latent homosexual gang members headed off to some hot prison sex with their homo/homies or something) but disturbing the peace by yelling out that you're a faggot at 11:30 pm is totally unacceptable - why don't you just get a bullhorn and go out on the corner of el camino real somewhere and yell "I'M A FAGGOT!" or something? that would be much more appropriate...i know it's liberating to 'come out', but let's show some restraint next time, please - thank you..."

This shows the beginning of a clear pattern of hate crime-related behavior going as far back as 2007; a precursor to the July 2007 ambush attack likely perpetuated by the RPF; and the various subsequent disturbances and attacks that occurred later...It also shows how I immediately turned it around on them by suggesting they were announcing their sexual orientation...That said; it's ok to be gay...Just don't announce it outside my window at 11:30 PM...Fair enough? Stop projecting yourself on others...

See number 29 below; this shows Jake Paolinetti yelling "faggot" from a large truck; strongly suggesting he was involved in the initial night time disturbance where "faggot" was yelled out of the blue outside my residence a few weeks before the conspiratorial night time ambush attack that occurred in July of 2007...

This is yet another semi-smoking gun; about two weeks before the ambush attack there were people screaming "Faggot" outside my window at night; then when I finally figured out who was making these disturbances after about 2 years of independent investigation; police refused to do anything about it and even stood behind these violent little teenage homophobes...Adding to this; Jake Paolinetti was on a baseball team taking showers with his jocko buddies at the time...

This ambush attempt occurred a few days after requesting a public hearing from the City of Santa Clara for a false arrest violation that occurred about one year prior to this...And the RPF was likely responsible for this late night ambush attack..Who the fuck else? So yeah; it looks a whole lot like I was allowed to be stalked and harassed and menaced and almost killed and no one took it seriously enough to do anything about it...Intelligence agencies have been sitting by idly refusing to gather data evidence that could bring justice likely due to my activist state...

9) Monday, January 07, 2008 / 'MYSTERY' HONKER #3 REVEALED @ https://neighborhood-copwatch.blogspot.com/2008/01/mystery-honker-3-revealed.html > These are other stalkers who I finally caught using surveillance technology...It turns out two brothers involved in this lived on Lillick Avenue...I went to their apartment manager and screamed at him telling about what his residents were doing; and they eventually moved out of that apartment (while a SCPD officer sat in his vehicle just across Lawrence Expressway; watching me do this...it was probably that freak Pablo Lopez; and I suspect these people were put up to this for some reason...They looked a whole like immigrants who barely spoke English when I spoke to them; so I have absolutely NO IDEA why these idiots were involved in this kind of behavior other than wild speculation...Something to do with Dennys' perhaps?

16) Tuesday, April 8, 2014 / INCIDENT #EV-98-112345 / MISTER STRUBLE @ http://addendumblog1.blogspot.com/2014/04/incident-ev-98-112345-mister-struble.html > I heard later on the developer was totally pissed off and wanted to know who put out the flyers! - shortly after this council meeting, these deadly pigeon spikes (www.likroper.com/IMG_0265.gif) ended up near my house, and their installation was allegedly expedited by the sunnyvale city council (or so i was later told by a Sunnyvale city worker) since then both the Sunnyvale and Santa Clara Police Departments have resisted arresting 4 different people who physically attacked me!?


I have been harassed by both police departments for everything and nothing about 10+ times, and even bloodied up (exhibit J / www.likroper.com/policebrutality101.gif - exhibit K / www.likroper.com/policebrutality102.gif) and wrongfully arrested for feeding ducks of all things after the various neighborhood attacks occurred (see the SUPERBIRDLAND! archives - NEIGHBORHOOD COPWATCH section), but without a legal leg to stand on the government has backed off, likely fearing a major civil rights lawsuit... 

LRE NOTE: I had a very strong hunch there would be some sort of political retaliation directed at me during this Republican-dominated Bush era...The problem is; Sunnyvale supposedly has a Republican-free city council!? I suspect much of the aforementioned occurred because; a) I played a key role in halting development out in the Peterson Middle School field - b) I helped (democratic) Santa Clara Mayor Patricia Mahan lose her campaign for county supervisor (too damn bad!) and - c) More than anything else; the teachers (Clinton/Gore) were forcibly removed from the classroom (THIS JUST IN: I met a lady who claims to have been threatened as well by Mister Olenak while walking her dog down at the Peterson field, and she is willing to testify about this in court...Psychological testing is required for those who cause harm to themselves or others, so why aren't my various attackers and/or the cops who illegally roughed me up given psychological testing for their various violent acts?)...

A few weeks before I was wrongfully shot at by the Sunnyvale police after exercising and picking up litter in the neighborhood as usual (go to: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xzXCvv9g9eI&list=UU13_WfEgp0MBd6w_RqN1oug&index=26); a Latino male Sunnyvale police officer responded to a call regarding John. John had apparently found an unsoiled Playskool kiddy toilet in the bushes along Teal Drive while cleaning up litter in the neighborhood; then returned the kiddy toilet over the fence to the day care center where it seemed to belong (which it did not). John explained what happened; then even showed the officer "evidence" of his litter gathering by opening his garbage can and showing the litter John had collected to the officer. (note: Johns' father witnessed this entire event) The officer then told John that John was doing a good deed for cleaning up litter; and told John that the event would be recorded on a small green piece of paper. Where is this green piece of paper; and what does it say? And a short time after this a SWAT team was sent to my residence for picking up litter Sunnyvale POS/DPS already knew about...And in the meantime; this was raging on in the background with no help from Sunnyvale DPS and/or SCPD > THE REVOLVING DOOR OF VIOLENT STALKING AND HARASSMENT @ http://likroper.com/TRDOVSAH3.wmv 

18) Friday, February 8, 2013 / MISTER BAKER @ http://addendumblog1.blogspot.com/2013/02/mister-baker.html > This is a good example of how police should have done their jobs as all SCPD Officer Don Paolinetti had to do was talk to his sons and their friends about why they were stalking me...But as far as I know Don Paolinetti never did this and the stalking and harassment continued unabated...Although; at one point in time Jake was reduced to riding a scooter around town after all of this went down and right before the Paolinetti Familia moved out of their residence...Maybe that was a form of punishment...

I then called police and they responded promptly. John then gave the officers a piece of paper with the photo seen below; which they took with them in order to find the suspects in question. (although they did not give John an event number for this particular incident; causing John to call the next morning and retrieve an event number from a desk officer -- a desk officer who was a bit surprised John did not receive an event number -- the event number of this particular incident is: EV13-166-206)...This incident should have overturned the June 2011 decision; proving who was actually involved in the non-coicidental stalking and harassment that was occurring at the time...

After my windshield first got shot at by the RPF and was quickly fixed because at the time I had life insurance money left by my brother (money that disappeared as the extended RPF siege caused me to do all kinds of things I would not have done otherwise) I received and email from someone named "Jide Nowak" (perhaps a Santa Clara city employee?) asking how I fixed my windshield so quickly after it was shot at...Who the fuck was this person and what the hell did he have to do with it?

32) Wednesday, June 24, 2015 / THANKS FOR NOTHING / PART II -- MOTION FOR EXPUNGEMENT AND/OR FACTUAL INNOCENCE @ https://addendumblog1.blogspot.com/2015/06/thanks-for-nothing-part-ii-motion-for.html > This shows how Mister Struble was initially restrained by DPS Officer Discher; who held court right out in the street like police can when Discher told Mister Struble to go around the block the other way after corroborating my story and/or admitting to attacking me...Mister Olenak made criminal threats that he later carried out when he viciously attacked me one morning; and POS/SCPD Officers Lopez and Seagrave were negligent in failing to act upon these initially threats...Local police allowed me to be attacked SEVERAL TIMES; but the minute I defended myself they threatened me with arrest...In other words; as various people attacked me as I gathered video evidence -- police refused to make any arrests regrardless of this physical video evidence...But when I finally confronted my stalkers and got surrounded by them and finally fought back; I was threatened with arrest...

SCCDA Jeff Rosen made a public appearance regarding San Jose State students who harassed a black man and did things worthy of arrest and incarceration; yet nothing was done to these offending students in question...And Jeff Rosen even suggested that those college students should not have gotten into trouble for what they have done because it may affect their futures based upon their bad records...How about just don't do stupid things to begin with to avoid future trouble? The bottom line is this is an obvious form of class-based discrimination as lower income individuals get incarcerated for the exact same thing others are let go for...This supposed "smart justice" is actually just dumb justice and Jeff Rosen is the head dumbass in charge...

After a multi-year siege leaving me broke and desperate for help the IRS kicked into gear and started some extra-legal harassment to make my life even worse...As Gavin Newsom claims the federal government is terrorizing illegal immigrants by denying them food stamps; democrats openly terrorize low income citizens like me with overinflated tax bills they refuse to back down from; thinking they are God or above the law somehow...All I can say is shove it IRS...If this is how things are done in this shitty country then the IRS can go back to Hell where they came from...Or better yet Mars or a Moon base with the help of the USSF like I recently suggested...

Here's a Facebook message I recently sent to Mike Bloomberg: 
"I have had ideas for awhile about making taxation more automatic and less noticeable at the same time by taking small increments here and there from all monetary transactions and creating a multi-tiered federal excise tax at the cash register that can be no more than .03 cents on the dollar...This is actually an old idea my ex-accountant Eleanor Burnett thought of back in the 1960s but was rebuffed by the IRS...And Ralph Nader came up with a similar idea...I think it was .001 percent of every transaction or something...For instance; all stock sales and purchases and a tiered system of taxation so the more you buy the less you get taxed to encourage spending...This way there would be an increased and constant automated flow of money into the federal government so there would be no more waiting for me to go to HR Block and challenge the government's fraudulent claim that I had and/or have several employees that I never had in order to overcharge and price gouge me; causing me to totally give up and ignore all communications from CFTB which will not back down from these fraudulent claims...For instance...Between cleaning up the police profession and making taxation less of a royal pain in the neck that could do alot to make government less despised in general...And I suppose a concern that will arise out of all of this is what to do with the remaining IRS employees?
