MY DECLARATION OF NUTOPIAN INDEPENDENCE...

At My Residence, February 27, 2019:

The unanimous Declaration of My United State of Nutopian Independence, When in the Course of Inhuman Events it becomes necessary for one person to dissolve the political bands which have connected them to others, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of humankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to that Nutopian separation...

I hold these truths to be self-evident, that all people are created differently, but that they are still endowed by their Creator with certain Unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. And that to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among The People, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, -- That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the My Right to alter or to abolish it, and/or to institute new self-Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect My Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that humankind is more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which I am accustomed. But when a long train of Pattern and Practice abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is My sacred right, it is My duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for My future security. 

Such has been the patient sufferance of Me; and such is now the necessity which constrains Me to alter these former Systems of Government. The history of the present United States Government is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over my Civil Rights and/or Unalienable Rights. To prove this, let my Facts be submitted to a candid world.

1) You have refused My Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good. 2) You have refused to enforce Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till their Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, they have utterly neglected to attend to Me. 3) You have also refused to enforce and/or pass Laws for the accommodation of large districts of racially diverse people which include Me, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to you and formidable to tyrants only. 4) You have called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with your measures. 5) You have dissolved investigations repeatedly (George Hills Company etc), for opposing with manly firmness your invasions on My rights. 6) You have refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to realize that you have also caused Me to miss My opportunity to vote -- as others were elected and others were allowed to vote; whereby the Legislative powers, wholly capable of self-Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; I am remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within. 7) You have endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturally protecting United States citizens; repeatedly refusing to help Me, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Civil Injury Settlement Funds. 8) You have obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing My Assent to Laws for mandating fair and decent Judiciary powers. 9) You have closed various court rooms like the Superior Court of California in Sunnyvale and made Judges dependent on unrestrained emotional demagoguery and group think Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their exorbitant salaries. 10) You have erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass Me, and degrade their substance. 11) You have kept among Me, in times of peace, Standing Armies of Police-sponsored street gangs with the Consent of Sunnyvale POS/DPS and/or SCPD. 12) You have affected to render the Military independent of and superior to My unrestrained; unstoppable and unlimited Civil power. 13) You have combined with others to subject Me to egregious harassment/stalking/menacing etc from nearby city jurisdictions, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving your Ass over to Acts of pretensive Legislation: 

A) For Quartering large bodies of Police-sponsored angry, violent and hateful teenage street gangs etc in my territory: B) For protecting them and others (Struble Familia; Olenak Familia, Rebholtz/Paolinetti Familias etc) by a mock Trial, from punishment for all illegalities which they committed on the Inhabitants of this residence and/or Me: C) For cutting off my Tirade with all parts of your world by deleting My You Tube evidence videos: D) For imposing Taxes on Me without My Consent and/or for the I.R.S. stating I have 4 employees when I clearly DO NOT (fraudulent claims) etc etc etc: E) For depriving Me in many cases, of the benefits of fair Trial by Jury by ignoring damning evidence submitted by Me: F) For transporting Me to the SCPD Police Station to be tried for non-existent offenses after being threatened by Mister Olenak and then later viciously attacked by Mister Olenak and others as well: G) For abolishing the free System of important Bill of Rights and/or Constitutional Laws etc in a neighboring District via the highly questionable 911 'inside job' incident (USA Patriot Act etc), establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same bullshit of "absolute rule" into the rest of the "Free" World: H) For taking away our Scooters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our once fair Governments: I) For suspending my George Hills Company investigation, and/or declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for Me in all cases whatsoever. J) You all have abdicated Government here, by declaring that I am out of your Protection and therefore waging War against Me. K) You have plundered my finances, ravaged my life in general, burnt your bridges, and/or destroyed my life in the process. L) You are at this time transporting Armies of Police Officers to complete the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, therefore local District Attorneys letting killer cops off their various hooks are totally unworthy of being the Heads of our now uncivilized nation -- as civilization largely relies upon civility. M) You have constrained my fellow Citizens and/or Marijuana users etc -- taken Captive on the highways etc -- to bear Arms against their Country, in order to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, and/or to fall themselves by their Hands. N) You have excited domestic insurrections among us and/or Me, and have endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Police Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished and arbitary destruction of life for some ages, sexes and conditions -- depending upon which POS officers are involved. -- In every stage of these Oppressions I have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Trumpian Prick whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people. Nor have I been wanting in attentions to our Washington DC brethren. I have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over Me. I have also reminded them of the circumstances of My financial settlement here. I have fruitlessly appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and I have also conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, has inevitably interrupted our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to My LOUD VOICE of justice and of consanguinity. I must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which announces our Separation, and hold them, as I hold the rest of inhumankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

I, therefore, the Representatives of the United States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Court of the United States for the rectitude of My intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these United States, solemnly publish and declare, That these United States are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that I am Absolved from all Allegiance to the United States Government, and that all political connection between me and the United States of America, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as a Free and Independent person, I have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, Smoke Weed; Ride Scooters -- and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent people definitely have the right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, I pledge to you My Life, My Lost Fortunes and My sacred Honor...

Goodbye and Good Riddance, once sorta United States of America...I just live here so leave me the fuck alone and stay the fuck away from me Motherfuckers...I will not: Be folded; spindled; mutilated; harassed; stalked; constrained; contradicted; touched; spoken to; contacted directly and/or indirectly and/or psychically and/or through US Mail and/or otherwise; looked at; talked shit about; pointed a gun at; fucked with; have My civil rights violated etc etc etc...I think you get My point...
