FIRST EMAIL MESSAGE TO ANNA ESCHOO:

"Now that Anna Eschoo is on this email list; I wanted to discuss some federal issues that have affected and/or disaffected my case...And like judges who take time to make informed decisions about important issues; I laid of for a few days to allow ideas to well up and add to the complexity of the case...

The most important federal issue I tend to think is the usage of US Military helicopters in that late 1990s and again during the Bush administration era to harass and/or stalk and/or intimidate and/or coerce me...The first helicopter flew directly over my residence the same morning that I published information that I found information online about "EBE" a recovered Roswell alien...

The amazing and truly inspired wisdom quote: "The rising middle fingers of true deepened democracy answer to NO ONE..." came from that incident...

Needless to say; this intimidation attempt failed miserably as this was a similar helicopter that I once guarded (while in the Civil Air Patrol) at an all-night bivouac at the Palo Alto Airport back during middle school...Got any other stupid ideas?

Then the second questionable helicopter incident occurred the day before Porter Goss quit his job at the CIA; right around the time a person who will remain anonymous told me all about crooked cop Don Paolinetti and how he had been reprimanded a million times and was probably a desk officer due to this...The helicopter flew right up to Jim Finley's apartment window and peered inside (as neighbors stood outside aghast)...

Once again; this did not intimidate me even though someone tried real hard to do so...And once again; Porter Goss quit his job at the CIA the very next day after the Palo Alto incident...What actually happened here Anna? And who was behind it? This was one of the last times I saw my guitar player friend Jim...

Another issue is how I got my voting rights violated by Sunnyvale POS/DPS on a voting day (see link below) and then missed several years of voting at my old high school where I had just brought everyone together for a wildly successful community meeting regarding the fate of the Peterson field...


In other words; they retaliated against a very powerful activist like what used to happen all the time back in the 1970s...Bottom line is I was instrumental in bringing the Full Circle Farm to this neighborhood; and all of the ensuing small farm plots at schools all over this region as well...You're welcome...


And it shouldn't matter more that an African-American was denied the ability to vote than a Caucasian and/or illegally ejected from a private business of public accommodation for that matter; as that would be racist and discriminatory...And it would also lack equal deference...Adding to this Caucasians are actually a minority in many regions of the US; therefore Caucasians very likely need increased protections as a new protected class and/or race due to this imbalance...

It also appears that an attempt to "head me of at the pass" was made my Sunnyvale POS/DPS when I submitted a self-created amended complaint to the Sunnyvale City Clerk's office...But no local official will admit to this as a cover up; therefore a higher authority is needed to substantiate the veracity of these claims...

Every effort I made to bring this to the attention of Sunnyvale POS/DPS was ignored; and a police briefing was actually held one morning about the videos I made to expose the people involved (See links above and below) I honestly believe that I hold the world record for uncivil rights violations; and the only reason nothing has been done is due to my race; class and gender...

Because although Democrats don't usually like to admit it; the Democratic party has largely devolved into racism; sexism and class-based discrimination (and Silicon Valley is the epicenter of this discrimination btw) and discriminatory Democratic tendencies often occur in response to Republicans on the other side doing similar actions...But the truth is; two wrongs do not make a right...

"Democrats have the right to do this I suppose; but it also violates the rights of some in the process; which is wrong...It is WRONG to violate rights; therefore something needs to be done to right this wrongful situation...Because it is the right thing to do...Unalienable rights wrong no one..."

But all POS/DPS did (Odle was cool actually) was ask me to change the wording on the You Tube videos ?!?...Videos that were eventually deleted compromising my case -- probably because I am a low income white male or something ~ as if I was an Indian woman (for instance) the videos would have been acted upon and arrests would have been made...And this EGREGIOUSLY violated my First Amendment rights in the process and also allowed these non-coincidental disturbances to continue on for many years into the future unabated...

(Note: Sunnyvale POS/DPS should have questioned the RPF Familia suspects instead of questioning me; as the RPF could have been quickly 'scared straight' in this process much like police actions that halted noisy rock bands John used to play in that coincidentally kept people awake at night back when John was in high school...Which would have made the RPF shit Major Bricks and stopped their non-coincidental night time disturbances...And since Major Bricks was not utilized; it gave the RPF free reign to continue their stalking/harassment/menacing campaign that was now sponsored by Sunnyvale POS/DPS by default since they refused to take affirmative actions to stop these illegal behaviors)...

Adding to all of this; this years-long non-coincidental stalking; harassment; menacing; vandalism (etc) campaign happened in the years after my brother had died in a head-on collision coming home on Christmas Eve...

So it's like if Kobe Bryant's family was suddenly shook out of their mourning and sent into full on survival mode as a cops' son and his conspiratorial friends tormented them nearly to death outside their residence in the years after these untimely deaths; screaming death threats at 3 am outside the Bryant residence...

Exactly; the suspects would be arrested and held responsible for what they did; and very likely THROWN IN PRISON FOR IT...SO WHY WERE THESE FUCKING IDIOTS ALLOWED TO CONTINUE STALKING ME WITHOUT ANY INTERDICTION OR ARRESTS MADE?!?


I had a revelation the other day that the practice of Democrats protecting only some individuals (women; teens; elderly etc -- everyone except me in other words) is not unlike the ancient Egyptians practicing polytheism as opposed to monotheism...And every now and then someone needs to come along and re-establish the old "Akashic record" and set things straight...And this is one of those "Akhenaten" moments...

And I know that lawmakers like Anna Eschoo cannot legally help out people like me; as she can do only so much...But then again the State of California openly states on their web site they cannot help any California citizens with legal issues as they continue to provide legal representation to illegal immigrants...

So why not help me out Anna? 

I don't know why it took me so long to think of this...In retrospect; between the female SJ Mercury News publisher constantly gushing about women's issues as if women are not protected more than men in this region (women are obviously protected better than men in this region as of now and many other regions as well -- therefore other than equal pay; for all intents and purposes women have it better than men now) and many other similar issues; it's high time for men to even the score...

And besides; let's be real: all women generally care about is money anyway -- as men have been treated like wallets forever by many women; so that is nothing new whatsoever (the #metoo movement takes this wallet-man thing to another level altogether) And Santa Clara Mayor Lisa Gillmor's recent op ed piece in the SJ Mercury News last week; ridiculously suggesting that Measure C is all about women's rights (yeah right what a joke that lady is...Lisa Gillmor will do ANYTHING to remain in power) takes all of this gender bias to another level...It is absolutely unbelievable that Lisa Gillmor would try to turn this into a gender issue to try and distract from her city's racist tendencies...And this also shows an obvious and open public bias against men that also reared it's ugly head in the Dominic Caserta case as well...Then when you add in people saying Anna Eschoo is all about helping "the children"; when many adults are struggling and need help here in the Silicon Valley...This Silicon Valley reality Anna Eschoo is overseeing is getting nightmarish for too many people...

Women and children first is an old adage; and a great Van Halen album no doubt; but it needs to be tempered with the reality of the presence of others who need help too in this god awful overpriced Silicon Valley region..."

Note: 1) Between the very public dialogue regarding the highly unbalanced over-protection of women and children and minorities published regularly in the San Jose Mercury News etc; 2) combined with a very public animus towards males (especially low income white males as Lee Bagly's discovery process revealed ~ as opposed to the protection of all) and/or; 3) the half-truthed alleged "white entitlement" public narrative that the Democratic party who runs this Silicon Valley shit show is making an integral part of their 2020 campaigns; 4) and this public dialogue of discrimination foments hatred towards these compartmentalized individuals; 5) adding to this; some used to say that racism (and/or sexism and/or class-ism) was taught to children by their parents at home; but now their TVs and computer are teaching this hateful dialogue to them regardless of preexisting hate crime laws; 6) and part of this has something to do with the pervasive and forced computer mono culture being set up here in the Silicon Valley that makes anyone who is not adhering to the Nazi lockstep geek tech culture seem strange or out of place as diversity of lifestyles all but disappears from Silicon Valley...

I've been telling the world for a long time now about the deep corruption that lies within the City of Santa Clara; so it is good to finally see that truth come out for all to see...Good ladies like Anna Eschoo are too often overshadowed by the antics of evil cunts like Mayor Lisa Gillmor and other women who do not deserve their high positions...

Then after appealing this fraudulent claim using H&R Block; CTFB/IRS refused to back down from it; causing me to lose all faith in this agency and/or government in general and ignore all further correspondence...The burden of proof is on the CFTB and/or IRS to name these non-existent employees and/or back down and finally admit fault...The Trump administration actually sent me a lower IRS tax bill; but I lost the document...So I should probably call the IRS and wait on the phone for 4 hours to get a new one sent out...Ok forget it...I have too many other things to do than be dicked around by the IRS some more...I gave up long ago...

Moving right along; part of my problem here in Silicon Valley is overpopulation; to the point where so many immigrants are being let in that the semi-indigenous population is being ignored and/or forgotten (unless they have money)...

Just look at the roads here in Silicon Valley at around 6 pm and imagine anyone actually representing all of those people...It simply cannot be done and that is why I am here talking to you about all of this...

Democrats are quite often like negligent parents who want to have too many children they cannot possible take care of just to make lots of tax money from all of the slaves who spend all of their money every month on bills and will end up broke when they are older due to overpriced housing etc...While the national debt soars...

In other words; we are all headed to financial ruin -- not just Silicon Valley renters -- while Tom Steyers and Michael Bloomberg and Donald Trump all live high on the hog with billions of dollars in the bank...

And my boss recently got a court order to take 1/4 of my measly roughly $400 paycheck taking monies I do not owe to them...Anyone who makes under $14,000 per year cannot be taxed at this point in time and I owed only about $50 max per year to the State of California anyway according to H&R Block during taxable years...So the State of California probably owes me some money back; but I say let's just compensate me for 20 years of police misconduct and uncivil rights violations and that will take care of this pervasive little money problem...

Last November I originally put myself on sale asking a mere $500,000 from George Hills Company to compensate for all of this overarching uncivil injurious malfeasance that I experienced over time...While the Black Womans' Book Club got $11 million for one incident ~ I experienced several illegal ejections from private businesses of public accommodation; but with violence and obstruction of justice etc (see link below)...

But after the IMMENSE emotional distress caused by the City of Sunnyvale regarding public safety in this neighborhood (see WE ARE BIRDLAND STRONG! post below) the sale is now off and I am going up your ante to $1,000,000 dollars...Because I'm worth it...And also because YOU CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH!

Furthermore; Democrats probably wonder why they have other people similar to me who have been treated like less than human trash living in RVs and tents...How many homeless people receive tax bills from Gavin Newsom? (If so don't wonder why there is such a huge homeless problem)...

And it gets worse; after not voting for about 6 years; I finally voted to legalize marijuana for recreational use in the State of California in the old teachers' lounge at my old high school...Which was beyond amazing because it was right by the teacher's parking lot where Dan Smith once sold me a joint right in front of the auto shop teacher who was sitting in his car eating or something and told the vice-principal who got us both in trouble...

But the down side is; I thought Proposition 64 was just about recreational pot ~ therefore making Proposition 64 misleading in more ways than one since the State of California promised not to adversely disaffect Proposition 215 patients (see link below) I was a medical pot patient for about 10 years but now I am not...

And pot prices skyrocketed under Gavin Newsom due to the mass disaffection caused by Newsom and Browns' newly formed black market (they own that shit and their pot price gouging is no less horrendous than BIG PHARMA price gouging) where roughly 80,000 registered medial pot patients at the time (in Santa Clara County alone; an old estimate) were then expected to cease and desist growing and selling pot that was feeding their dogs and cats and kids etc even though the State of California promised not to adversely affect Proposition 215 users...Thank God Bernie Sanders promises to break up this log jam from the federal level...

(Question: Why isn't glyphosate found in California wines an issue as well?)

Gavin Newsom is turning into a nightmare from hell; while I used to think he could be president...Luckily there is no fucking way Newsom will win over middle America if and when he ever runs for president with all the things he has done to ruin this state and all of the good jobs he has destroyed...I actually think Newsom is quite evil...


Adding to this; my H&R Block agent got sick and went into the hospital and many of my tax files got lost after this...Similar to my old accountant Eleanor Burnett (EB) who once lived in Sunnyvale  then suddenly moved out of state without notice and took all of my files with her (?!?) leaving me and many other clients in the lurch (I spoke to a neighbor who told me EB's clients kept coming by the house asking similar questions as me)...

And I am one of those people who figures that all good things happen for a good reason so...


The net result of this stinking God damned bullshitter's hog pile of dense overarching multifarious government malfeasance and discrimination and cover ups and justice obstruction and defamation and slander and uncivil injury and violence and coercion and intimidation and a little more violence etc etc etc was the anarchic recreation of John and Yoko's "Nutopia"; a dimensional state of being here in California that does not require fleeing the country to Argentina or whatever where Madonna lives to flee American tax thieves...

As you cannot just arrest and/or fine your way out of this situation; and I would rather be DEAD than sit in a jail cell after all of this...So no more federal games! It's high time to finally do the right thing and compensate me financially so I can get on with my life...Because we can do better than this and it's the right thing to do...
