this latest blow up of the incident in Minneapolis is working to cover

(Essentially amounting to 'poisoning the jury pool' so anyone and everyone who reviews my case will have the George Floyd situation propaganda in the back of their heads perhaps assuming things about racial inequality that are not totally correct...)
The bottom line is; a very thorough court discovery process conducted by an African-American lawyer in the Bagly v. City of Sunnyvale case brought out the fact that low income white males are discriminated against in this region more than any other race/gender/class...Explaining exactly why I have been experiencing so many problems in the past receiving fair treatment...
In this particular region; if you are black you can get a lawyer much faster (you see it all the time on TV) but there is no money in whites being wronged so whites don't get much help on this end unless they pay big money for it -- money many whites simply do not have due to disparity that affects all people at different times...

Perceived racism against blacks and other perceived minorities (when whites are now a minoritiy in some regions) along with perceived sexism against women (when the main sexism now is against men ever since the male-bashing 90s -- borne of dysfunction within the white house) added to a very real increasingly wide financial chasm between classes ~ in turn very likely causes more actual racism/sexism and classsism against whites (even though as I said; many whites are struggling financially)...So it's very simple; it's very complicated...And it's very circular...Making AI censorship in turn very racist (and sexist etc) as well..."

Note: Much of this race/gender/class defamation is perpetuated by the mainstream media who generally only gets half of the truth most of the time...And that media is also largely owned by George Soros who is paying the largely unemployed protestors to wreak havoc on our country (when mass unemployment is a recipe for disaster); which is essentially an ad hoc army like ISIS was; causing chaos...Therefore; there should be some liability on the part of George Soros...Immigrants like Soros should not be able to pay people to destroy our country for his own political agenda...
In retrospect; we shouldn't allow uninformed kids like Taylor Swift and/or the SJ Mercury News publisher and/or crazy old rich white men like George Soros to foment hatred against their own kind without knowing the real back story regarding the truth surrounding universal racism and sexism and classism experienced by all people at one point or another in their lives...If anything; George Soros paying people to 'burn the nation down' and/or CA governor Gavin Newsom keeping his winery open while shutting down countless other businesses are both great examples of white privilege...But we don't hear much about that side of things...
Either way; whether you are black or white or orange or male or female or rich or poor or the self-proclaimed queen of the fucking universe living in a tent and/or a mansion; class-based discrimination can and will very likely affect you at one point or another too...And when you are overcharged for being rich and/or poor; it's the exact same thing in reverse...The only time it may be appropriate is when you overcharge George Soros for the damage$ caused by his angry left-wing ad hoc army ground troops run by Auntie Fa and Grampa George who need to cease and desist ASAP...
What I find quite interesting is that the current violent protests occurring all over the United States right now are like but a macrocosm of what occurred at my residence by the RPF etc over a decade or so of time...So hopefully this latest madness drives home my point that what was allowed to occur at my residence for so long is not only wrong; but it is also non-coincidental; abhorrent; despicable and totally illegal...

UPDATE 5 JUNE 2020 / Civil Rights and the United States Constitution: When protestors get violent then they are essentially being uncivil...And since civil rights and/or civilization in general is largely based upon the inherent need for civil behavior and/or civility; then protestors who get violent and/or advocate violence in general have no civil rights at this point in time until their violent behavior ceases and desists...As protestors relinquish their own rights in the process of violating the rights of others...the problem is; when one violates the rights and/or property rights of others within most liberal regions; our judiciary quite often historically unfortunately also inevitably violates the constitutional property rights of the various victims of this incivility as well with court-ordered inabilities to protect their own property as the constitution so obviously allows for very obvious reasons (cops show up and leave and tie your hands ~ leaving property owners vulnerable ~ I know all about this shit) Two wrongs do not always make a right; but sometimes justice lies within a justified cause...But sometimes I get the feeling that many people largely do not get these points; as many protestors are quite often involved in uncivil and/or violent protest as a means to an end...violence that can and will inevitable end their freedoms unless they cease and desist such uncivil behavior unworthy of civil rights protections...

CLASS/RACE/GENDER: Living in the SF bay area is not only perilous for low income individuals as the cost of living has increased exponentially until just recently (leaving many homeless and desperate with little or no pension); but it can also be unfair as well for whites who live under a dark shroud of racial injustice caused by half-truthed liberal lies conversely covering up their racial peril while causing it; and males in general in the SF bay area are also subjugated and highly regulated as well (and/or sexually repressed and/or oppressed ~ while homosexuality is practically encouraged) unlike females who are inordinately protected in the SF bay area region and/or encouraged to expand their constitutional freedoms ~ while men are publicly encouraged to curtail their unalienable rights (other than recently when everyone no matter what their class race or gender were asked to curtail their constitutional rights without the needed constitutional suspension)...Adding to all of this; the local mainstream media is equally biased as well on all three of the major points listed above ~ in turn increasing the chances of overt class/racial/gender bias to exist; and thus also therefore increasing the chances of the appearance of and/or the blatant unabashed existence of perverted jurisprudence for any jurist reviewing this case and/or any other case with defendants and/or plaintiffs possessing similar class-based and/or race-based and/or gender-based characteristics...
Other low income white males I know who had their lives either ruined or adversely affected and/or disaffected by police misconduct who also live in the Silicon Valley/South Bay area are: 1) Lee Bagly who was sent to prison by one judge after another judge had set him free for the exact same thing and later received a $150,000 dollar settlement; 2) Daniel Adams (Squirrel) is a homeless man who bought a used car that happened to have a bullet in it wrapped in a receipt from another state that police found but still held Daniel responsible for even though the bullet was not his -- causing Daniels' Father to disown him and move out of the area and Daniel to lose his vehicle; 3) Andy Ostachuk was pulled over for allegedly making an illegal right of left turn ~ then chased down at gun point once pulled over; 4) Cary Andrew Crittenden is a homeless journalist who exposed judicial malfeasance and police misconduct and was later essentially sent to prison for it; and 5) James Patrick Finley was incarcerated for riding his bicycle with no light then incarcerated with no medical attention during a time when his kidneys were failing; and 6) I had two SWAT teams called to my house that put my life at risk; one time for feeding ducks the ex-Mayor of Santa Clara gave me permission to do at a city council meeting; and another time for picking up litter DPS knew I was picking up...And these are just the stories that I know about; as there are likely many more similar truths to be told...All that is needed is two individual accounts to establish a pattern and practice lawsuit; while this is 6 accounts...So anyone thinking that whites are treated better in general by law enforcement is wrong; as the truth is most civil rights violations are class-based and all about lack of money; not race...
