Attorney Karleen Navarro’s negligence in following Habeas Corpus procedures regarding the Robert Moss homicide coverup may be contributing factor leading to death of Frank Carpenito DOCKET C1882458. Before his death, Campbell California resident Francis Carpenito had told people that he was being stalked by Santa Clara County Sheriff deputies, who did not want him to testify in court. Carpenito alleged that deputies tried to kill him by running him off the road, then fabricated felony evasive driving charges in Judge Socrates Manoukian's court room.   

Frank Carpentino died in a suspicious car crash which occurred 

right before he was scheduled to go to trial...

Don't wait for the San Jose Mercury News to report this story; because the main editor is the brother of a Santa Clara County deputy sheriff; so most of the news that comes out of that newspaper is biased towards protecting cops instead of the people those same cops were sworn to protect and serve...And now that so many others are standing in line for compensation after Governor Newsom shut down the State of California; I am first in line and plan on submitting yet another claim to George Hills Company (GHC) in May to finally get through to those idiots and receive much needed compensation for my various uncivil rights abuses and violations... 

It also appears there is a very clear overarching pattern and practice of illegal behavior (stalking; harassment etc) on the part of local law enforcement who allegedly resort to such virulent actions against those they were sworn to protect and serve... 

In the end; I think GHC will finally understand and compensate me at this point in time now that so many others have joined my "I'm broke now so I guess I'll just stay at home" club...I strongly feel that GHC will finally "get it" after so many years suffering from acute cranial/posterior syndrome...And if not I promise to sue GHC along with the State of California etc along with all other entities involved for sponsoring the abuse and cover ups and for facilitating the illegal ejections from private businesses of public accommodation among many other things...

Detective Carroll and deputy Joshua Hogan murdered Francis Carpenito as soon as the case moved to master trial calendar. Adding to all of this; my DoD buddy told me about how crooked Officer Paolinetti was; that Officer Paolinetti had been reprimanded numerous times and was still on the job (doing paperwork at home...And this is probably why POS/DPS refused to intervene when a neighbor down the street tried to get POS/DPS to stop a wild party happening at the old Paolinetti residence on Bluebird Avenue...Because Don Paolinetti was likely already in trouble doing desk work; so they didn't want him to get into even more trouble...That's my guess)...

And my DoD buddy also complimented me on my intelligence; saying I was not crazy like the cops were suggesting ~ but instead very intelligent and onto something with my independent research (see link below) I was offered to go to a school for genius kids in elementary school (which I declined) and later could have graduated early from high school when I had 108.5 out of 210 credits at the end of my sophomore year needed to graduate...I was clearly on a mission; and the mission was accomplished when I toured the southern United States and played in arenas with a band who had played with the biggest band in the world GNR...

Main points; the City of Sunnyvale called Lee Bagly to his deposition hearing one morning without warning after I had explained to the city council that both of our cases needed to be combined for increased compensations -- ignoring me in the process as usual -- then giving what essentially amounted to hush money to an allegedly mentally ill Lee Bagly; who went from promising to have his lawyer help me out to resolve my case ~ to the city council pulling this slimy move which caused Lee Bagly to disappear and probably go on a shopping spree instead of helping me out...Lee blocked my text messages the very same day he got compensated...

And Lee had musical recordings that my deceased guitar player friend Jim Finley gave to Lee for me to play drums over; as Jimmy probably knew his time was short...Lee is sitting on them now...

So Lee Bagly really is a freaky dude; totally turning on someone he promised to help...And the last time I saw Lee Bagly at his trailer court; he charged at me like he was going to attack me causing me to leave...

The bottom line is those who are a harm to themselves or others are considered to be 'mentally ill' and in need of help...So why was I considered to be mentally ill instead of Tom Foley or Mister Olenak or Jake Paolinetti etc etc etc? "Since I added Senator Eschoo to this email thread it seems Sunnyvale POS/DPS are putting on a good show changing the narrative and convincing the world that they are actually aggressive when dealing with criminal threats ~ even though they have never helped me out one iota with this...Good job? Hmmm....

Other than that; last week when I picked up the vehicle that Great America Towing Company (GATC) had stolen (and/or towed) from a Sunnyvale parking lot using an opportunistic technique of laying in wait as opposed to warning drivers when they exit their vehicles (which would obviously be way less lucrative for all involved)...

I spoke to the person processing my paperwork commenting about how people probably get pretty angry when they come down here and get their vehicles back...And he agreed...He told me that earlier that very same day GATC had towed a vehicle that had been totaled; and the vehicles' owner ended up making criminal gun threats when the insurance company would not let him get his rims back...

So GATC called SJPD; who allegedly "showed up two hours later" then left without attempting to apprehend the suspect who made these criminal threats...

Which I found to be quite unusual compared to SJPDs' usual aggressive approach when it comes to dealing with this kind of thing...I heard years ago that to avoid high speed chases SJPD would just let suspects think they got away then apprehend them at their homes the next morning...

So SJPD could have done that; but I am not sure how this all ended up...

Let's be honest; I get that Sunnyvale POS/DPS is feeling scared that I am bringing their gross negligence to the attention of a US Senator and many others...I totally get that...What else are they gonna do? Cops are not as brave as you think...They are just as scared as anyone else; they just put up a good front...

And the settlement monies Sunnyvale POS/DPS are eventually going to cough up for the roughly 20 years of police misconduct I experienced at their hands is not going to go down without a fight...I totally get that...

To add balance; Sunnyvale POS/DPS was also just finally doing their jobs too like they should have done for me long before this occurred...So it's good to see POS/DPS finally actually apprehending those who attempt to intimidate using criminal threats; but it would help if they did the same for me...Is that too much to ask?

I know many Sunnyvale cops hate my guts for speaking out so freely and fearlessly over the years; causing them to refuse to help me out many times and getting them into trouble too...I totally get that...They're "butt hurt" as 'they' say...Cops don't like getting in trouble; they like to get people in trouble...I absolutely totally get that...

But regardless of being "butt hurt" over my expressive candor (a term the US military often uses) cops have to help me out anyway...I know it sucks; but that's just too bad...Cops even have to help out people like me who they quite often despise...Because as cops write bad things down about others on their police reports and ruin the good reputations of many; those who had their reputations ruined by cops often end up writing bad things about those same crooked cops...

I kinda goes around in a circle of karma like that as the universe ignores nothing...

And speaking of the UPS shooter possibly being under the influence of drugs and that is why they were angry: I've got news for you dumb ass cops; the hippies who surrounded the White House and tried to levitate the Pentagon back in the 1970s were high as a kite and had every reason to hate their government at the time; and many still have good reason to despise...So much for that angle POS/DPS...What else are you gonna say?
