Attorney Karleen Navarro’s negligence in following Habeas Corpus procedures regarding the Robert Moss homicide coverup may be contributing factor leading to death of Frank Carpenito DOCKET C1882458. Before his death, Campbell California resident Francis Carpenito had told people that he was being stalked by Santa Clara County Sheriff deputies, who did not want him to testify in court. Carpenito alleged that deputies tried to kill him by running him off the road, then fabricated felony evasive driving charges in Judge Socrates Manoukian's court room.   

Frank Carpentino died in a suspicious car crash which occurred 

right before he was scheduled to go to trial...

Accredited police accountability experts allege that attorney Karleen Navarro deliberately withheld expert witness testimony and evidence showing the same group of renegade deputies has been engaging in this same type of conduct for years.Navarro deliberately stonewalled witnesses, attorneys, advocacy groups and private investigators working for the public interest regarding the Markham Plaza Attacks and she failed to follow Habeas Corpus procedures pertaining to the Homicide of Markham Plaza resident: Robert Moss...

Note: This all sounds a bit too familiar to me...All I can say is good luck trying to intimidate me with this kind of crap; I have every James Bond movie and even some of the Jason Bourne series...And an ACLU app too...So I'm well trained for this kind of situation...All this kind of stuff does is charge me up and make me that much more determined to seek justice and compensation; it does not back me off one iota...So if someone wants me to be afraid; it's not working...It looks more like the people who killed Frank were afraid of something they had done and did not want to face it...Now it's time for these deputies to face the fact that justice will not be denied...

This same kind of thing happened to me in July 2007; but I was too fast -- and I not only witnessed the ambush suspects; but successfully evaded them -- then slowly rooted out the fuckers who were involved in the years after only to find the police carefully protecting them; likely as payback for my ultra-successful activism...And some of those same fuckers still live in this neighborhood...When a cop is ambushed; all the stops are pulled out to investigate and find the killers...But when the exact same thing happened to me; Sunnyvale POS/DPS did nothing to bring the suspects to justice...So I refuse to back down until justice is MINE...

Don't wait for the San Jose Mercury News to report this story; because the main editor is the brother of a Santa Clara County deputy sheriff; so most of the news that comes out of that newspaper is biased towards protecting cops instead of the people those same cops were sworn to protect and serve...And now that so many others are standing in line for compensation after Governor Newsom shut down the State of California; I am first in line and plan on submitting yet another claim to George Hills Company (GHC) in May to finally get through to those idiots and receive much needed compensation for my various uncivil rights abuses and violations... 

It also appears there is a very clear overarching pattern and practice of illegal behavior (stalking; harassment etc) on the part of local law enforcement who allegedly resort to such virulent actions against those they were sworn to protect and serve... 

In the end; I think GHC will finally understand and compensate me at this point in time now that so many others have joined my "I'm broke now so I guess I'll just stay at home" club...I strongly feel that GHC will finally "get it" after so many years suffering from acute cranial/posterior syndrome...And if not I promise to sue GHC along with the State of California etc along with all other entities involved for sponsoring the abuse and cover ups and for facilitating the illegal ejections from private businesses of public accommodation among many other things...

UPDATE / 22 APRIL 2020: "Attorney Bill Robinson from sixth district appellate program helped detective Carroll murder Campbell resident Frank Carpenito and attorney Brian Curtis McComas is covering for him. He was in Manoukians Court and said Carroll was stalking him. They did not want him to testify. Detective Carroll and deputy Joshua Hogan murdered Francis Carpenito as soon as the case moved to master trial calendar. Joshua Hogan tried to run him off the road and kill him Then railroaded him on felony evasion charges. Then they ran him off the road and DID KILL HIM when case was going to trial. Before he died, Francis Carpenito was telling people Detective Carroll was following him around and he was being stalked. He said they are trying to kill him..." -- Anonymous
