MESSAGE TO CALIFORNIA GOVERNOR GAVIN NEWSOM ABOUT 'DENIAL OF SERVICE' LAW

"With all of the bars and nightclubs now closed here in the State of California; there is a unique opportunity to 'hit the reset button' so to speak on illegal ejections from private businesses of public accommodation. These ejections have been largely facilitated by the State of Californias' loosely enforced "denial of service" law requiring business codes for all small businesses; determining the conduct of their patrons.

And since the Oasis Nightclub (for instance) did not create a valid business code like Sunken Gardens has -- instead relying largely upon arbitrary discriminatory judgements by ex-owner Jerry Grimes -- my civil rights were egregiously violated 3 times. And there are likely many other business entities who similarly lack sound business codes here in California. Therefore this is a perfect time to contact the relatively small amount of businesses of public accommodation that will actually be left here in the State of California (after Newsoms' class-based discrimination scorched earth policies shut them all down in favor of large corporations) and tell them of this preexisting business code requirement to effectively ward off any illegal ejections in the future with affirmative action.

I was discriminated against based upon what I feel is my low income white male status (emboldened by equally racially discriminatory law enforcement practices) whereas others may be equally discriminated against in the future due to the current Covid-19 situation; which could give rise to arbitrary discrimination against Asians and/or others who will inevitably become media targets based upon unforeseen future situations that will inevitably arise. 911 caused discrimination against Islamic people; the Mexican border situation often causes discrimination against Latinos; democrats often cause discrimination against Caucasians and males in general etc etc etc.

And like I said before; legal help will likely be needed to create these new business codes to keep them within legal boundaries in order to avoid unforeseen problems later on. They must be drafted very carefully with attention to detail. And now is the time to get on this and finally fix the mess that has caused so much trouble in my life and the lives of others as well; as part of an agreement based upon the financial compensation that I will inevitably eventually collect for the various illegal ejections from private businesses of public accommodation that I have experienced over time; along with a laundry list of other highly offensive offenses that I have experienced.

Part of fixing this mess also includes increased training for police officers; making law enforcement realize they are equally responsible for enforcing both criminal and civil law; and that they can and will be held responsible for civil rights violations; like POS/DPS Officers Ochoa and Smith caused so irresponsibly using the color of law to eject me from private business of public accommodation back in 2012. And this initial irresponsible act caused a chain-reaction of illegal activities that effectively violated my inalienable and/or civil rights..." Note: The Red Hen incident proved this is clearly a bipartisan issue that can affect anyone at any given time depending upon particular circumstances...

Adding to all of this; since small businesses generally have less foot traffic than larger businesses; they need to be quickly re-opened ASAP so they can get their share of the federal stimulus dollars that are being released at this time...
