Drafted in response to 8 December 2020 CWC correspondence in regards to claim #3003337 filed 4 December 2020 against the City of Sunnyvale -- This is an important and much-needed intervention in relation to substantial axiomatic ineptitude not only on the part of GHC who not only effectively worked to obstruct justice in the mishandling of the 7-year long RPF situation (which was ultimately met with malicious slander and defamation regarding the mental health of the claimant whose residence was under seige for roughly 7 years by an unchecked local police-sponsored illegal non-coincidental stalking / harassment / menacing / vandalism spree conducted by the "RPF" and/or "Rebholtz/Paonlinetti Familias")...
Police-sponsored through the usage of SCPD Officer Don Paolinetti's vehicles used in the years long seige; but also due to Sunnyvale DPSs' equally axiomatic gross negligence not only in their obvious non feasance likely inspired by SCCDA Jeff Rosen's Dumb Justice that effectiveley works to obstruct justice and illegally represent defendants within the government system in a discriminatory way (State of CA providing legal assistance illegal immigrants but not CA residents etc etc etc )...The RPF situation is what GHC failed to investigate and bring justice to as a supposedly impartial third party; still actionable on a pattern and practice basis...
The mishandling and/or gross mischaracterization of these aforementioned events is inexusable; misusing the courts to further put said claimant at risk and bringing about new questions about who else Manoukian's Kangaroo court legally skewered through the denial of due process rights and/or failure to allow relevant evidence mandated by law via government statutes...

(Note: all of this could not have occurred without the presence of SCCDA Rosen's Dumb Obstruction of Justice -- As if the same thing happened to a Black; Mexican; or Asian family it would be prosecuted..This racist liberal blind side must be ackowledged and repaired ASAP without question or more bad government excuses...)
1) The main point is there is no John C. Clefstad; therfore any supposed investigation performed by CWC in December 2020 should now be considered entirely non-substantive...Similar to George Hills Company's (GHC) years of justice obstruction allowing RPF criminals to run free without needed prosecution to restrain their illegal non-coincidental activities...Also included in the 4 December 2020 submission were clear instructions to wait until a certain date before automatically rejecting claimant's submission as addendums to the case were added to bring about a greater perspective on 'truth' as we know it; much like the Van Halen M&M rider agreement designed to find if anyone had actually reviewed the rider...The truth is; CWC not only misnamed the claimant; but also obviously performed no real investigation regarding the 4 December 2020 submitted claim...2) Adding to this; on 8 April 2021 in response to including the Fremont City Council to an email thread involving normal political discourse regarding potential new noise abatement laws in Fremont; what appeared to be a Sunnyvale DPS SWAT team allegedly raided Lee Bagley's trailer thereafter...
Whether or not Lee Bagley actually did anything wrong to cause this raid; this questionable law enforcement over-reacton can be seen as an intimidation attempt of sorts directed towards legal counsel...In other words self-representative "Johnny Dough" acting as legal counsel for "John Doe" and/or and/or "J.A.C."...And this all occurred during a TV media onslaught regarding blacks being abused by police'; perhaps purposefully lessening the axiomatically equal plight of whites during this seemingly purposeful racially blind sided moment...This raid can also be somewhat seen as a form of class-based discrimination in that an actual lawyer would never bring about this kind of over-the-top DPS response...
NOTE: The main concern here is the fragile alliance shared by J.A.C. and Lee Bagley after the City of Sunnyvale recently compensated Lee without including John as a pattern and practice partner -- has likely been destroyed with this latest DPS action...As Lee will inevitably blame J.A.C. for the latest incident in question -- SEE: DIVIDE AND CONQUER...
2) Another main point is DPS retaliated against a journalist attempting to bring attention to an angry Mister Olenak; allowed to run free like a wild dog after attacking J.A.C. one morning during the early 2000s; and emboldened by corrupt SCPD Officers Gabriele Seagrave and/or Pablo Lopez who both had malicious gender-based and/or race-based reasons to discriminate against J.A.C. due to axiomatic systemic anti-white racism supported by liberal government policies ridiculously selectively enforcing non-discrimination laws (!?!)

Instead of restraining Mister Olenak who was acting up due to the City of Santa Clara's negligence and malicious prosecutorial actions; DPS instead went against their core mission of public safety by focusing on a safety cone which obviously bolsters public safety in some way (public safety cone)...And with school starting once again soon; safety cones will be needed to calm traffic -- so DPS should find something better to do than essentially harass oblivious 94 year old men who have nothing to do with the safety cones in question...But this grossly negligent attitude is what also has led to the needless death of countless pedestrians here in Silicon Valley...A grossly negligent attitude that needed to be reverse yesterday; and this is my latest intervention to end this heartless and corrupt practice...

Like wild rapid dogs allowed to run loose; several active threats were allowed to exist unabated outside the claimants residence including Mister Olenak; KJ Doug Ward; Tom Foley; Jake Paolinetti etc -- exhibiting prison yard-like behavior not even alllowed to exist on the grounds of correctional institutions...
3) Sunnyvale Animal Control (S.A.C.) is the focus of number 3 in that 2 out of 3 of J.A.C.'s cats were suspiously killed back in 2021; not only with no help from police in investigating the causes of death (Why would a hungry wild animal not consume it's prey?); but also due to S.A.C.'s promise to return Cali Cat to John her owner; which never happened...Causing about 8 months of deep depression due to this grossly negligent handling of J.A.C.'s precious cats...Remember the supposed "Great Depression' was not cured with BIG PHARMA drugs; IT WAS CURED WITH MONEY...

4) Going back in time to May 2020; J.A.C. submitted a claim to the City of Sunnyvale as part of an ongoing pattern and practice independent investigation conducted by J.A.C. ~ thereafter leading to the BLM protests (in other words: riots) that obviously occurred in direct response to this submitted claim as a way to not only poison potential jurists who may have otherwise sided with J.A.C. on this matter if not for misleading BLM claims that "police only help out white people"...But also to start a "violent liberal insurrection" that eventually made it's way to the US Capitol steps...Question: Why does it seem worse to some that the supposed "people's house" at the US Capitol was under seige; when the exact same kind of thing occurred over a number of years at J.A.C.'s residence withouth equal justice under law and/or equal deferrence and/or equal fucking everything?!! WTF!?! I've got news for you all; POS/DPS is full of worthless supposed "heroes" who selectively enforce based upon class; race and gender...
They are better at putting out fires than being good police officers; as they do double duty...Therefore I suggest some DPS members be relegated to only fire duties and/or vice versa depending upon their particular strengths; as being a good police officer is one of the most difficult jobs in the world; and especially right now due to external BLM/Antifa etc pressures...

SEE ALSO: A) "I got my first Moderna shot two weeks (and one day) ago. Redacted got his the day after. I'm sharing this to see if anyone else has had a similar experience. It's been up and down. Very sore shoulder for 2-3 days, as expected. The day after (aside from my shoulder) I felt fine. The next day, I started feeling fatigued and slightly feverish late afternoon, as did Redacted. The next day (Monday) I was fine. Tuesday I had a really busy day and was tired. Wednesday extreme fatigue and achy, general malaise set in for the next three days. Over the weekend (a week after shot) I was ok, just a little tired. Bad allergies, too, so that could also be why. Monday, ten days after the shot, I was at the gallery taking down the show and I got hit hard. I was starting to feel dizzy and slightly nauseated, but I tried to push through it, as I had a lot to do. Around 5pm I felt absolutely horrible. I called Redacted and asked him if he could bring me more water. There was nowhere to go and I couldn't stand (or sit) any longer so I lay down on the hard floor. Everything was spinning and my head hurt and I felt like I was going to throw up. I couldn't move. Finally I was able to get up and drive home, after Redacted brought me water. Around midnight or so I started to feel better. I've been pretty fatigued since, but it could also be allergies (or a combination?) The next day, Redacted started to feel like that, but it passed. Today, though, exactly two weeks after his first shot, it hit him. The exact same thing as me: fast onset, miserable upset stomach and dizziness, headache, no vomiting, only dry heaving. Could do nothing but lie down. Redacted's starting to feel better now, about 7 hours later, which is how long it lasted for me, too..." -- ANONYMOUS I --- B) "Long story… on Mother’s Day 05/09 around 3:30AM I woke up with an extremely loud ringing in both my ears which also caused me to be instantly nauseated. This unfortunately lasted for almost 12 days straight. I was unable to concentrate on anything. I couldn’t really listen to music, watch TV, work on a computer or play on my phone. I was just sick to my stomach 24/7 and the loud ringing was relentless. -- I was initially put on all sorts of nausea medications none of which worked. It was only when the ringing would subside a bit in the afternoon /evenings or when I would sleep (which was a lot) is when I had some relief. I dropped 20 pounds in a couple weeks as I was unable to eat most anything. After a 911 ambulance call, 3 ER visits, countless blood tests, CT scan, MRI and EKG’s etc I was told I am perfectly healthy and they couldn’t pinpoint the issue but it was slowly getting better. About the 12th day it seemed that the ringing was getting very minimal and my appetite returned. I started feeling somewhat normal again. I finally had an audiologist and an ENT appointment and found out I was not the only person going through this. The audiologist and my PCP as well determined I had an adverse affect to my 1st Phizer vaccine shot which I had a week before this all started. Needless to say I was advised by multiple health care specialists to NOT get my 2nd dose. So, that appointment was canceled. -- I am by no means an anti-vaxxer. Christina is fully vaccinated as is my mother. I was told that unfortunately due to the urgency this vaccine should have had 5-7 years extensive testing but was done in a few months and we are slowly starting to see reports of tinnitus, ear aches, sterility, anxiety etc. It seems it has worked it’s way through my system but had left me with a small amount of hearing damage and a slight case of tinnitus which only really bothers me if I am in a super quiet place or at night when trying to sleep. I’m learning to deal with it. My sleep cycle right now is severely messed up and I have been given some sleep aids to help. 6) In retrospect: due to roughly 20 years of on and off DPS/SCPD police misconduct and the added civil rights violation regarding the 8 April 2021 Lee Bagley incident; J.A.C.'s initial on sale compensation price of $499,999.99 has been bumped up to $599,999.99...Because civil rights for all should matter as much as all of the lives they aim to protect...And like I said before: equal justice under law and/or equal deferrence and/or equal fucking everything should be our main goal here...
