The above "FRIENDLY RETALIATION AGAINST A JOURNALIST?" video is further proof of a total disconnection from important issues that matter most; and also coming one month after possibly two of my cats were possibly been hit by cars (Meesha and Cali) as the cause of their deaths is undetermined at this point in time...Whether or not these cats were hit by cars; it is still a major quality of life issue to have vehicles traveling at safe speeds at all times in this neighborhood...Adding to this; the City of Santa Clara promised to beef up traffic calming many years ago in the late 1990s but never accomplished this...Amounting to a fraudulent claim...

Mister Olenak is clearly acting as a government-sponsored public nuisance in more ways than one...He has not only been and/or still is being utilized to impede much-needed traffic calming efforts (first by SCPD ~ now by POS DPS) but he also is showing proof of defamation of character and/or slander on the part of SCPD Officers Seagrave and Lopez; when those who are a harm to themselves or others need psychological testing...People like Mister Olenak...And Mister Olenak is also displaying disorderly conduct as well; and he seems to be having mental health episodes on a regular basis...Making some officer-involved shootings seem almost necessary and justified sometimes...

 QUESTION: Why wasn't the RPF deemed to be a public nuisance etc as well?

On 23 October 2020 I found a message from a phone call by a Sunnyvale DPS Officer who had obviously read my blog post about Mister Olenak creating a road hazard...Perhaps realizing that this new development of Mister Olenak consciously creating a road hazard -- coupled with highly questionable past actions on the part of Mister Olenak -- could affect the outcome of my eventual and/or inevitable rock-solid unbeatable lawsuit against the City of Sunnyvale (Which included voting rights violations)...Therefore; I believe it was the usual attempt to spin and/or control the safety cone narrative...The DPS Officer was courteous in the phone message; but I still wonder if any procedural protocols were technically violated in calling this way...It is beyond frustrating to have spent so much time on this issue; yet still have cops go on matter of factly about other municipal code violations other than speeding...

That is why I am thinking about getting county sheriffs to take over the investigation and process the animal cruelty evidence I have; because after all of these cat deaths; police seem to refuse to be part of the solution and only want to help out Mister Olenak as usual...While a (redacted) was shut down by SCPD on Saturday night with a contingency plan I encouraged the development of...What's that about safety cones DPS? Either way it all adds up to negligence in the end as more important issues are ignored for lesser issues...

The City of Cupertino has by far superior traffic calming methods and policies; truly caring about their neighborhoods...I have been a distribution driver for almost 40 years and I can attest to this...While Sunnyvale and Santa Clara -- and especially San Jose -- lag far behind Cupertino on this issue; with San Jose being one of the worst...While The Mercury News encourages the City of Cupertino to make a similar mess in their city...

And with vehicular-related deaths being just as numerous as gun-related deaths; while local democrats are more concerned with the gun issue than the vehicle issue -- all I can say is: Houston we have a problem here...

As so many pedestrians were and still are being run over on SF bay area region streets; many leaders still more often than not unknowingly distract us all with the gun issue which is a by far lesser issue; and especially comparatively here in this SF region of a zillion dangerous cars and way less guns per capita... 

FURTHERMORE...

A) "It is the duty of sheriffs, as well as the district attorney to enforce state laws. The Alameda county sheriff has a statutory duty to enforce the laws of the state and maintain public order and safety. Los Angeles Free Press, Inc. v. City of Los Angeles, 88 Cal.Rptr. 605, 611 (1970). The Attorney General is mandated by the California constitution to "see that the laws of the State are uniformly and adequately enforced," and to oversee the offices of the district attorneys and sheriffs towards this ends. Discrimination and/or unethical selective enforcement -- In other words; you need to pull the safety cones from Laurelwood Elementary crosswalk as well...But WHAT ABOUT THE CHILDREN?!? And anywhere else they may be...There is also my neighbors who are a Gold Star military family and who also support safety cone usage...And vehicles on Dunford Way violate municipal codes on a regular basis; and safety cones work towards stemming these municipal code violations...

So DPS needs to get the City of Santa Clara to stop these on and off rampant speeding violations that are causing other lesser technical violations regarding safety cones...Santa Clara has a history of ignoring constituents in regards to traffic calming issues; and Sunnyvale is not much better at this task...

And Mayor Lisa Gillmor has been seen laughing about traffic problems she helped create within the City of Santa Clara as well...But this is partially good since Dunford is within the City of Santa Clara jurisdiction and ultimately Santa Clara's responsibility; and apparently this city doesn't mind the safety cones...Officer Schmidt knows about these noble efforts and does not seem concerned...

B) The speed limit for a blind intersection is 15 mph. An intersection is considered “blind” if there are no stop signs at any corner and you cannot see for 100 feet in either direction during the last 100 feet before crossing. If your view is blocked, move slowly forward until you can see. Note: Dunford Way @ Thunderbird Avenue is technically a blind intersection...

C) Dunford Way @ Thunderbird was also designated as being a 19 MPH speed limit by the City of Santa Clara Traffic Engineering with the help of Chris Fernandez during the late 1990s; assuming it would bring about a desired average speed limit...

D) Laurelwood Elementary School (my old elementary school) has safety cones in front within the crosswalk; and this is where I got the idea from...So removing my safety cones that are part of an important connected "path to school" that I and so many other once took and still take to Laurelwood Elementary IS NOT OK!

E) Neighbors across the street really like the safety cone outside their house in the crosswalk not only to slow down traffic so they can actually pull out of their driveway when they want to; but also becasue it makes pedestrians using the crosswalk more safe; as well as improving the overall quality of life by slowing traffic down a bit to a more desirable level...

F) And other neighbors are concerned about their kids out front and the traffic and speeding in front of their house; so they like the safety cones...And my friend Bobby Martinez is equally fed up with the speeding in front of his house along with the rest of his family; as well as the relatively poor condition of Dunford Way which is badly in need of repair causing noise and the possibility of collateral vehicular damage from errant chunks of loose flying pavement...

NOTE: Safety cones can occasionally get trapped within wheel wells and cause vehicles to seize up (I just researched the topic) but it is rare...It has never happened on this street...Loose chunks of pavement on Dunford Way can cause vehicle damage though...

OTHER MOTIVATIONS BEHIND SAFETY CONE USAGE: 

1) The death of my brother on Christmas Eve 1999 > https://addendumblog1.blogspot.com/2014/06/rest-in-peace-brother-carl_24.html > Note: This singular fact makes my noble efforts unstoppable...2) 9 accidents on this property over time...3) Bicyclist recently run over and killed on Dunford Way...4) 3 cats dead in 3 weeks during September 2020; two possibly hit by vehicles; not sure yet as Sunnyvale Animal Control dropped the ball along with HSSV...5) 19 MPH sign stolen at Dunford and Thunderbird then replaced with crosswalk sign instead of 19 MPH sign...The street was then painted with 25 MPH instead of the new 19 MPH mandate causing more unnecessary speeding...(The 19 MPH crosswalk sign can be seen being stolen in the video in this link: GO TO: "THE REVOLVING DOOR OF VIOLENT STALKING AND HARASSMENT" VIDEO DELETED BY YOU TUBE @ https://lreblogger.blogspot.com/2018/05/the-revolving-door-of-violent-stalking.html)...Adding to all of this; the non-coincidental harassment seen therein in the above video could have been easily stopped by Sunnyvale DPS and/or SCPD numerous times; as well as the FBI who was contacted regarding this non-coincidental; conspiratorial RPF etc harassment/stalking/vandalism/menacing etc campaign that by default and/or by choice as well became police-sponsored not only due to their gross negligence and/or decisive inaction (SCCDA Rosen); but also due to an SCPD Officers' vehicle being utilized during this campaign to accomplish these purported complicit tasks...What is needed is a highly visible sign pole wrap with SLOW DOWN 19 MPH written on it vertically; with a new crosswalk sign that combines both crosswalk and 19 MPH concerns all at once as opposed to one or the other...And the street needs to be painted with 19 MPH as well on both sides of the street to drive the point home...With a new State-law crosswalk sign in the middle of the crosswalk like I said back in 2006...See: 14 jun 2006 / WHAT CROSSWALK SIGN? below...6) Thursday, October 1, 2020 / PUBLIC HEARINGS = DUE PROCESS (ETC) @ https://lreblogger.blogspot.com/2020/10/public-hearings-due-process-etc.html...7) What could be seen as friendly yet malicious Sunnyvale DPS retaliation against a journalist and/or victim of SCPD police-sponsored criminal...8) Ex-Santa Clara Traffic Engineer Chris Fernandez gave me permission without stipulation to help out with traffic calming in this neighborhood before he retired...9) There are obvious special circumstances surrounding this issue; circumstances that need attention and expedient resolution ASAP...10) Public meetings during the 1990s with the City of Santa Clara Traffic Engineering promised increased traffic calming in this neighborhood that were never carried out; making these promises fraudulent claims of sorts...And the related blog post seen below exposes a pattern and practice of hasty; often illegal decisions that work to disaffect countless interests; from stadium lights distracting pilots at SJO (it should have been constructed with a closable roof); to local quality of life neighborhood concerns; to poor planning on parking etc issues...

"First off: 1) I got permission about 20 years ago from a Santa Clara Traffic Engineer (Chris Fernandez -- see attachments below) to place safety cones in the street and help out with traffic calming efforts; and I am personally responsible for starting the effort to place signage up and down Dunford Way back in the 1990s when localities actually did good things like this...2) And this occurred after roughly 9 accidents happened on our property over time on Dunford Way; causing public meetings with the City of Santa Clara Traffic Engineering; and finally leading to an agreement to lower the speed limit on Dunford Way to 19 MPH...3) Dunford Way is within Santa Clara jurisdiction; not Sunnyvale -- therefore Sunnyvale has no power to enforce on this Santa Clara street...4) The letter sent to my father said something about safety cones "blocking parking" which they are not as you cannot park in front of a fire hydrant and/or on the side of a crosswalk where people almost get run over all the time...5) Ex-Santa Clara Traffic Engineer Chris Fernandez promised to place permanent traffic calming on Dunford Way at a public meeting held at the old Santa Clara Library in the late 1990s; then failed to do so (which is a fraudulent claim of sorts)...6) The economy has rebounded since then making it more important than ever to accomplish due to the nearby Apple Spaceship etc...7) But even the State of California seems adverse to the installation of permanent traffic calming surround all new SB35/50 development; as there seems to be an eerie collective aversion to the placement of permanent traffic calming that will ultimately improve quality of life for residents as well as greatly reduce traffic-related injuries and/or deaths that happen often in this region...8) Like the bicyclist that got hit and died on Dunford Way right after my military veteran neighbor saw POS/DPS failing to assist while standing over the cyclist with his head face down on the pavement "gurgling blood"; and the entire neighborhood was swarming with cops yet lacking the usual obligatory obsessive news coverage; making me suspect this cover up was perhaps to help fend off any possible related lawsuits by burying the story...9) We are now entering duck mating season and with the addition of legally placed duck crossing signs these animals MUST be protected and the safety cones help out with this...And I don't care if you don't care about ducks because I do and that's that...10) The neighbors are with me on this one; as pretty much the whole neighborhood wants traffic to slow down and be drastically reduced; so get with the program already dumbasses!...I am losing my patience with you!...11) I regularly see people almost run over in that same crosswalk so I am going to make it safer ONE WAY OR ANOTHER WHETHER POS/DPS LIKES IT OR NOT...12) And If an accident happens where someone gets hit or run over in that same crosswalk -- guess who will be liable now even though it is not their jurisdiction? That's right; In other words the City of Sunnyvale could face increased liability and maybe get into big trouble at a later time due to these negligent actions; sticking their nose into places it does not belong...13) I'm sicker than sick of psychopathic freaks who see things upside down trying to throw a wrench into my good deeds (duck feeding; litter cleanup etc); so we are going to have a safe street whether the City of Sunnyvale Traffic Engineering Department wants it or not...Got it?! 14) Adding to all of this; ex-City of Cupertino Planning Commissioner Don Sun agreed at my suggestion to get all 3 cities surrounding the new Apple Spaceship (Santa Clara; Sunnyvale and Cupertino) to finally make the much needed collective traffic calming efforts to mitigate the damage done by both the spaceship and those anti-safety cone/safety coneheads down at POS/DPS as well...15) And there is no number fifteen right now; but when I think of one I will tell you...I could go on about this subject endlessly...

California state law says a lot of crazy things; as does Governor Gavin Newsom...State law says I cannot wash my car right now for instance...Or use a hose to wash down the pavement...Or sing karaoke at a bar...Or have a gun or baseball bat to protect myself...etc etc etc...Then again; state law also aims to do a lot of good things too; like stopping arbitrary discrimination with their denial of service law that Sunnyvale DPS has misinterpreted; along with so many others...So either apply state law equally and fairly or go fuck yourselves DPS! And let's face it; so many laws have been broken in the last few years without any enforcement; and so many criminals have been set free for doing way worse things that policing safety cones in the street...So honestly; I'm not the least bit worried about this...

IN RETROSPECT: As a proximate result of various Respondent's conduct and/or ensuing non-coincidental harassment; stalking; menacing; vandalism etc caused by hatred actively fomented by various unnamed respondents within the SCPD; Claimant suffered severe emotional and mental distress; fear; nightmares; sleep deprivation; flashbacks; anxiety; depression; humiliation; embarrassment and loss of appetite for many years -- along with massive loss of finances and ruined credit ratings -- along with loss of his sense of security; dignity and pride -- due to a years-long conspiratorial and illegal siege upon Claimants residence by various Defendants...

SCUSD JANITOR A FEW YEARS BACK

Last night I experienced an incident involving SCUSD janitorial misconduct...I parked as usual in the back parking lot at Patrick Henry School to run on the track as I have for the last 30 or so years; like my father did for roughly 20 years before this...Patrick Henry is where I went to middle school by the way; and is also right down the street from my house where I have lived for over 50+ years now...I started playing drums after I got to play a drum set in the music room connected to the Patrick Henry School cafeteria once in 7th or 8th grade -- I can't remember exactly...Making the cafeteria building somewhat of an historic monument...Anyway; so while I was running on the track I saw two SCUSD janitor maintenance vans pull into the back parking lot after dark when they should have been off work on a Friday night; about 9 pm or so...After this I saw what looked like flashlights flashing around the field from where my van was parked; like they came back to find something they lost or something I had no idea...I then jogged back to my van and finished exercising then got into the van and drove off...I then noticed flashlights pointed at me from behind as I started my engine; but I figured it was probably just the SCUSD janitors; and since they have no authority over my civil liberties I ignored them...Their vans were parked right in front of mine with their lights on; but again I was doing nothing illegal or wrong so I just assumed they lost their minds or something and were looking for them with their flashlights...And in case they were pretending to be cops; since I don't even take wanna-be cop security guards seriously I drove away...But since I was semi cornered in a back alley so to speak; I pulled a 007 and sorta drove around their vans and left...I am extremely street smart -- so sorry but not sorry...No wanna be cops are gonna fuck with me like this...I'm the only real wanna be cop in these parts and I don't need no stinkin' badge...And speaking of that; a Sunnyvale DPS unit saw me parked in the exact same spot a few months back and did nothing; and this happened after I called DPS about let's just say "multifarious activities" going on in the same parking lot at night (fireworks etc)...I then watered a tree that I planted near an old girlfriends' house awhile back; then came back to my van to find these same two SCUSD flashlight janitors waiting to harass me...A total abuse of power and not something they would have done to anyone else of any other color parked in that same parking lot...One SCUSD janitor was a Caucasian and other Latinx...Guess which one was a jerk? I'm not gonna tell you...So I told the latinx male who came up close to me without a mask "I don't have to answer to you; you're not fucking cops!" Which backed him off a bit; mainly after he noticed I was about a foot taller than him and not going to back down...I am taking care of a 94 year old stroke patient (my Dad) and I am therefore avoiding needless contact with strangers; AND I EXERCISE TO RELAX...So if that POS comes near me again I will have a video camera ready and post it on my blog...Neither of those janitorial jokers even live in this neighborhood...I then pointed across the street and told them the truth that "I've been exercising here for 30 years and I brought this fucking farm to the neighborhood" (and I also went to high school at the same school where the farm is located)...I then got into my vehicle and drove away...But after this; they both proceeded to go into the SCUSD farm THAT I HELPED BRING TO THIS NEIGHBORHOOD WITH 10,000 FLIERS with their flashlights searching around aimlessly looking for God knows what...Maybe they're minds...I doubt they found them...It was kind of bizarre actually...I have lived here almost my whole life and never seen anything so weird as this...And I have known a few cool SCUSD janitors too -- but just like cops you never know who you're going to be dealing with cop to cop ~ janitor to janitor...Either way; there's still an opening by the old Patrick Henry locker room where I used to have PE class in middle school; so until the front gates on the street are unlocked any Birdland neighborhood resident can still access the running track until school is reopened perhaps in January...The gates to the street have been opened for the entire 50 years I have lived here and they will continue to be so Birdland neighbors can enjoy the field...And exercise keeps people healthy; which is a main goal during this time...But when school starts try to use the Peterson track before 7:30 am and after 5:30 pm...Since people have payed taxes for so long for public schools; these public parcels are essentially owned by those taxpayers and all other free individuals as well...And since life liberty and pursuit of happiness is the law of the land; we're all "free to be free" and we can pursue our happiness as we so desire until further notice regardless of what our crazy state leaders in charge might think about it...If you experience any similar janitorial misconduct like I experienced send an email to likroper@yahoo.com and tell me about it so we can expose it...Because our collective freedom matters...Thank you...

 

 

UPDATE -- Email sent Mon, Oct 19 at 1:48 PM: "I wrote this on Saturday and have been editing it ever since; it makes me have more respect for newspaper editors who have to proofread tons of material every day...I also added the Facilities Department lead to the email to bring him up to date...

 

I am concerned that one of his SCUSD employees almost accosted me last Friday night after exercising...It was overly aggressive and unnecessary and masklessly violated my sovereign social distancing territorial boundaries...

Basically many people are waiting for the Dunford Way gates to reopen; and just like supermarkets who only have one door open at a time lately; it makes more sense to have as many entrances and/or exits open as possible to allow appropriate social distancing for exercisers; as many neighborhood people are using the field anyway; as they should since they have paid taxes for it and essentially publicly own the parcels in question...School is not even open; so there is no reason to keep Birdland neighbors away from their favorite field...

 

And those street gates have been open since I moved here 50 years ago; so let's not set a new trend that kills freedom for needless fear and irrational non-logic-based paranoia; which is the new form of mental illness by the way (Governor Newsom)...

Also; why do I and so many others who try to communicate with the SCUSD never get any return email correspondence? They are worse than the city council when it comes to that...And worse than the FBI too...

Also; why were the line of redwood trees taken out by the tennis courts without any due public process? I established a noble and proud tradition of deepened democracy in this neighborhood with the introduction of the Full Circle Farm that is now the SCUSD Farm; and also sacrificed my good life for the good of the neighborhood; paying a HUGE price as a local dissident in seemingly hateful; vengeful liberal region full of angry idiots like that SCUSD employee who almost accosted me after exercising last week...And now without any public process or approval; the SCUSD started building what appears to be an expensive new sports facility; taking out all of the basketball courts so many people used without any public input; and the swimming pool which was used for vibrant (loud) summer swimming lessons...

And what about the neighbors in the adjacent condos who will inevitably hear more noise from the school and get increased heat from the summer sun and privacy invaded with the removal of all of those protected redwood trees? 

 

Luckily I took a badass clone from one of the removed trees a few years back (see: Birdland Free Press photo); it was like an asparagus stalk growing from the bottom of one of the trees and I knew it was a winner from first sight...It has a strong DNA phenotype...SCUSD used to cut them off every summer; when they should have started a cloning program like mine to help student learn how to clone and also replenish burned forests...Now you know why I call myself the self-appointed Mayor or Southwest Sunnyvale...I am now calling a recess to this official proceeding so everyone can go play around in the Peterson field...Have a nice day everyone :)..."

NOTE: Individually humans can be quite intelligent; but collectively they get exponentially less and less intelligent depending upon the sheer amount of people involved...And there are literally billions of people on this planet right now; so we are collectively stupider than ever at this point in time (as too many doctors' conflicting opinions tend to spoil the soup so to speak)...And the reaction to Covid is a good example of this...For instance; if hoards of people can be allowed into big box stores like Home Depot to shop; them why can't people be allowed onto the Peterson field?...More doors than one at Home Depot and other stores need to be open as to not concentrate the virus in any one area; as well as more field gates needing to be opened at the Peterson field for the exact same reason...Again; those field gates have been opened for 50 years now; even during summer break; and you also certainly don't want to appease the CCP one iota by limiting personal freedoms here in America...This is what the CCP wanted to begin with...LIMITED FREEDOM like so many enjoy over in China...And this is also not a racial issue as liberals so want it to be; it is a nationalist issue that is not about race whatsoever...It is about an evil regime China that is run by the equally evil CCP that causes so many people to flee that country on a regular basis...Pretty simple...I am also a good friend of a member of the Citraro family who owned the Peterson parcel when it was a farm; and I can guarantee he does not approve of these limitations...Either way; it shouldn't matter whether the windfall folks profit or not from our potential risk taking while shopping...Like it's ok to take chances with our lives as long as someone is making money from it...Screw that...If we can all go to Home Depot; then we can all go to the Peterson field too...It's the exact same thing -- but safer since it's open air...Just remember to wear your masks if you get involved in any necessary grassroots activism government doesn't want you to be involved with while talking to neighbors at the field...I can't tell you how much important inside information I received from neighbors while exercising at the Peterson field...But who doesn't know that you need to wear masks and socially distance by now? We all have heard ad nauseum what to do and how to Covidly conduct ourselves; so we don't need any more advice; Vomit Launcher Newsom...The US Constitution needs to be suspended before civil liberties can be limited...But don't hold your breath waiting for this to happen unless Biden gets elected to help "Keep China Great"...And the fact remains that a very small percentage of those infected actually die from Covid...I know some of you may dislike Mister Trump and all; but he and his wife are perfect examples of Covid-related non-lethality...Covid is generally not that dangerous to most people; it is no more dangerous than the common flu...

 

(I also wanted to add that people like me who take care of 94 year olds are the main people who need to be careful about staying healthy...This is something I have been doing for a couple years anyway without strapping a bandana to my face; so it's nothing new to me...But if you are not in a situation like this; you likely have less reason to worry...Though I hear many sides to the Covid issue all of the time on social media; sometimes leaving me wondering what the real truth is...All I know is I hate being sick and always have; and now I have more even reason to stay healthy all the time...I have been taking timed release vitamin C since touring with a band through the Southern US about 30 years ago...The tour manager said he got sick of being sick all the time while on tour; and timed release vitamin C boosted his immune system...Your body gets rid of vitamin C roughly every 30 minutes; while timed release C keeps it in your system constantly...)

All this Mister Olenak-related nonsense started back with me calling the City of Santa Clara on Mister Olenak for pouring bleach into duck food to try and poison ducks in the early 2000s...Mister Olenak is truly a dangerous and deranged old fuck...He not only threatened to attack me and my father; but he also followed through with his threats and nothing was done about it...Allowing Mister Olenak to roam free and continue intimidating witnesses etc...Mister Olenak knows there are blog posts dedicated to his bullshit; and that is precisely why he is attempting to intimidate me once again like he has done so many times...Too bad Fred...Even when Mister Olenak admitted to this attack in front of a judge (Louis Amadeo Junior) still nothing was done to arrest him on the spot like they would do on some LA crime drama on TV...Making those TV shows very unrealistic...

NOTE: At one point during this administrative hearing; I brought up a particularly controversial issue that made the Olenak clan and the SCPD Officers absolutely go through the roof...But then I also put my hands together in the prayer position and said "We need order in this court" Which immediately calmed them down and made the judge smile...I would probably make a great judge...And a great agent provocateur as well...

And while I am not intimidated by Mister Olenaks' coercive behavior; that is his main nefarious goal here; so what Mister Olenak has done lately is the same old witness intimidation that he has been doing for many years now...

With the help of local police departments; and some wonder why so many are angry at law enforcement...I feel the discrimination with Seagrave was partially sexual identity-based; and partially racially-based too with Officer Lopez...

But since the City of Santa Clara is so obviously and publicly gender-biased against males (low income white males are discriminated against the most in this particular bay area region according to the results of Bagly v. City of Sunnyvale) partially due to the fact that the City of Santa Clara openly celebrates "women of courage" while they do not to the same for males...If females are so empowered now why do they need extra protections? Treat all people equally regardless of biological difference...

And whether or not the deaths of Meesha and Cali are accidental or not; the fact that animal cruelty is now a serious federal felony makes even accidental traffic deaths of our pets and/or wildlife an all-important issue that must be dealt with...Defensive driving is what I was always taught and is one of the reasons I drove for a living for almost 40 years without any accidents and two tickets...

Furthermore; if I had not been illegally and/or unconstitutionally removed from Nextdoor.com after Missy Cat died (and/or Yahoo Birdland neighbors after I spoke about the Struble/Discher incident -- see link below) illegal actions that caused me IMMENSE emotional distress -- I would have been in the loop about important local issues like the possible presence of coyotes for instance...

Therefore it is imperative that ALL animal deaths be treated differently in the future...I asked the Sunnyvale Animal Control lady if she took photos of the animals she gathers at work and she said no...I suggested that whether she is required to do it or not; all dead animals that she comes upon should be treated like crimes scenes and documented and photographed not only to help people identify their missing pets; but to also add an extra layer of protection as well just in case...I told her "it's no skin off your back to take a photo of the dead animals you find...It takes about a second...Why don't you use your smart phone?..." etc...So why doesn't animal control just start doing this now? We need a new directive for animal control...Most dead animals animal control finds likely died accidentally; and some dead animals were victims of tangling with wildlife; but for that small percentage of animals who were killed purposefully; further documentation of all incidents must occur...

For instance; the story about Baby Cat being killed by a wild animal is still suspect to me since I can see no wild dogs running around on surveillance the night she disappeared...Adding to this; there was a solar light that was suspiciously moved around on my property the same night she disappeared...And that light may hold clues to who took it apart; as a human had to have done it...But since Sunnyvale DPS handled my own situation so badly and with such disdain for my life; why would they suddenly start caring about cats more? After all; one particular DPS officer has killed 11 PEOPLE so far without being arrested...

And many times it is people with knives they could have easily stopped without killing them...For instance; I have had 3 people come at me with knives in my lifetime and I successfully got away from all of them without killing any of them...And protecting and serving the public is what cops are really supposed to be doing; not killing the public while they are at it...But again it all gets back to the usage of semi-obsolete guns and tasers; which either kill or maim or jolt people with thousands of volts of electricity; which is obviously a form of cruel and unusual punishment...Guns will always be needed for certain law enforcement situations; but for many encounters they should not be used...For instance; killing mountain lions here in California is now illegal; so why is it still legal to shoot humans? 

Therefore humane restraint techniques used to capture wild animals without harming them must be considered for usage on human subjects in the future...Net guns for instance that shoot a net over someone to render them helpless while not harming them; allowing certain unruly suspects to be apprehended without harm...

And cops are not going away any time soon; so doing violent things like BLM/Antifa are doing only causes government to bolster police forces...I know damn well that many current protestors do not like this humane restraint technique idea even though it will prevent unnecessary deaths; mainly because they feel like they will be treated like animals...But without any other better options it is more than obvious to me that this is the future...And as long as people continue acting like animals; they should be treated that way...And conversely; animals must be exponentially treated better as well so humans can receive better treatment in return...it's very simple...

Therefore; Sunnyvale Animal Control and all other animal control agencies must increasingly step up their games to meet the new higher standard of animal protection since animal cruelty is now a federal felony...The evolution of human consciousness will never cease; and it must continue on in an upwards fashion..."

"Sun, Oct 4 at 2:28 PM: It occurred to me many years ago when my brother was killed in a head on collision on Xmas eve by a person who had a history of unsafe driving here in Santa Clara Valley at a location along Pacheco Pass that others had been similarly killed (which should have been a class-action suit) on a roadway within State of California jurisdiction while driving a KIA back when KIA was running TV ads encouraging their potential customers to use their products in an unsafe manner...And if I remember correctly; the guy who killed my brother (Danny Matos) was also using a cell phone at the time of the accident...So since gun manufacturers (for instance) cannot run TV ads showing people driving around shooting guns from their vehicles for obvious reasons; and since there are already laws requiring the safe usage of portable cordless phones -- why not create legislation to force car companies to run ads encouraging their potential customers to use their products in a safe and sane fashion?..." 

 

UPDATE / 10 OCT 2020: The main offenders I see are Toyota and Nissan who score a big fat zero with their irresponsible ads attempting to equate reckless driving with women's empowerment of all things (!?!) with Nissan showing vicious little cunts driving around recklessly on city streets...And Volvo scoring a big fat 10 with their TV commercials encouraging passenger safety...And while I admittedly own the entire 007 DVD collection; along with Jason Bourne movies as well -- Movies like these; as well as Bullitt and others that came after set an exciting new trend in movie making no doubt...But there was also an internal struggle at General Motors when John Delorean introduced new muscle cars that essentially encouraged racing on the streets and highways right around this same time...And while even I was initially enamored by the muscle car scene at one point in time (I still think they look very cool) including my brother who once had a Ford Mustang with an oversized engine before he got a Volkswagen van -- my brother later died in a head on collision on a state highway; hit by someone who had a history of racing around on the streets of Santa Clara Valley for many years...And my neighbor Gilbert Martinez almost died in a car that crashed into a tree; in a car driven by someone else one fateful drunken night...And it took Gilbert many painful years of recovery to get past that one accident that only took a few seconds to occur...

BTW: In my 40+ years of driving; I've been in zero accidents -- with only two minor speeding tickets...

And I have been a distribution driver for a very long time; almost 40 years now...

So there you have it; automobiles are every bit as dangerous as guns; and therefore need to be focused upon to avoid needless serious deaths or injuries in the future...So while democrats want to cram people into high density housing units like sardines near evenly spaced residential properties; therefore creating various territorial conflicts in the process -- they also help to exacerbate the existential problem of vehicle-related deaths; including in once quiet neighborhoods where pedestrians are regularly run over...Meaning more traffic safety officers are needed; along with mainly more permanent traffic calming like what our neighborhood was shown by the City of Santa Clara (a book full of various traffic calming measures) but never brought forth due to the dot com bust at the end of the 1990s...We've had enough official overarching grossly negligent non feasance... 

 

The Birdland neighborhood has shown itself to be problematic when it comes to traffic calming that does not exist other than my valiant efforts the City of Sunnyvale has tried to cease...Like those two speed hump petitions that the City of Santa Clara allowed Mister Olenak to kill...And with the sheer volume of non-public school child educational-related businesses being allowed into the neighborhood (Isn't that a zoning violation?) this neighborhood is still in need of permanent traffic calming measures as promised in the 90s...If there is no pot club or 711 allowed into the neighborhood (due to traffic and quality of life issues and concerns) why are other similar businesses allowed in? What's the difference? 

 

There is an elementary school; a middle school; a Stratford school; an Appleseed school; annual youth league soccer and baseball games etc; and Apple Spaceship cross-through traffic that needs attention...And with a pedestrian recently run over -- and beloved family members of mine as well (Cali and Meesha Cat) apparently run over by a car as well (not sure yet what happened to them); and with the Martinez family at the arc of the turn on Dunford Way making it dangerous for the kids next door to play etc etc etc...We need some assistance here... 

 

This is more than enough reasons to focus traffic calming efforts on this particular neighborhood so Birdland residents can enjoy an increased quality of life that rampant traffic and speeding does not provide for them...Traffic has slowed a bit lately; but if local Democrats have their way it will ramp back up ASAP with no traffic calming to slow this potential vehicular mess...The main problem with SB 35 and SB 50... 

 

Therefore; it will very likely take the combined efforts of both the City of Santa Clara; and the City of Sunnyvale as well...Just like what happened when I worked with both of those cities to install signage on the Santa Clara section of Dunford Way...It needs to happen again...With the City of Santa Clara finally joining in this effort once again (as promised back in the 90s) to stop needless speeding and traffic and ensuing death of pedestrians and pets and wildlife in this neighborhood; as well as other similar regions that experience the same kind of vehicle-related problems...

While equality and equal justice under law are now more romantic notions than actual realities here in America...I'm just not sure where legal non feasance/injustice and/or slave reparations intersect...Universal compensation and/or reparation based upon non feasance and grossly neglecting to prevent -- with post; prior and present and knowledge of mass illegality could get very costly in the end as government lawyers represent criminals and fail to mollify victims...

So this is good news for everyone who has been violated regardless of when it occurred; but bad news for government who now must offer equal compensation to all...What likely needs to be done at this point in time is to finally raise Caucasians to an equal level of protected class status as other minority races; since Caucasians are now minorities in so many regions; needing federal protected class status...But this is something that many Democrats will not like (Kamala Harris in particular) as Democrats prefer to openly discriminate against Caucasians as a rule; like all Caucasians deserve to be punished...

(In my many years of doing delivery jobs; I have seen countless animals who were obviously not killed accidentally [particularly on the east side of town] so animal cruelty has obviously been a problem for many years now...Therefore; like I have said before many times; animal control agencies across the nation need to step up their games and acknowledge this new federal law with affirmative action...)

Years back I called the CA AG and asked Kamala Harris for help after the RPF siege; not realizing that harassment and stalking and vandalism and menacing etc are a regular practice for many liberals (Maxine waters for instance) As legal non feasance is a new way of life for many democrats; as democrats tend to (illegally) represent criminals from a government position like those criminals are their clients; which is essentially against the law -- including illegally representing illegal aliens...And SCCDA Jeff Rosen even declined to press charges regarding the egregious SJ State incident as well...So democrats now provide legal representation for 200+ year old violations; and illegal aliens entering the country -- but no equal legal representation for violations by and/or against Caucasians -- along with many others who need it as well...And that's not simply fair...It's the same liberal shit ~ next day -- as usual...

Moving right along; going back to the traffic calming issue; in the past local police seemed more worried about non-issues like my Santa Clara mayor-approved duck feeding and/or Officer Discher-approved litter cleanup (they sent two SWAT teams for this -- with police from both the City of Santa Clara and Sunnyvale both times) as opposed to focusing on actual issues like speeding and ensuing pedestrian etc deaths...And you can once again blame liberal mentalities for this lack of traffic calming since it always ends up being a racial issue when a large percentage of certain minorities are pulled over in an area where a large percentage of those certain minorities live...All I can say is; cops see a speeding vehicle first -- then who is actually driving the vehicle after...

So many of the questionable police encounters regarding race are largely non-issues as people make bad excuses for their bad driving behavior all the time and turn around and blame the speeding tickets they receive on their race -- when that is not the issue most of the time...Which is why permanent traffic calming is needed in many neighborhoods...People just need learn how to be nice to police officers and unafraid as well...Treat police kindly like they are your friend and you will be surprised what happens...Because it is usually not about race; it is about your internal spirit and what you do with that spirit; not your external color...

 

As many people of different colors who argue and do not necessarily get along are usually having spiritual conflicts; not racial conflicts...While sometimes those spiritual conflicts are race-based...Also; I was told yesterday by a neighbor that there are other factors affecting traffic patterns in this neighborhood...Apparently Google has named our street as a 'shortcut'; similar to what Wave apps do...

 

So forget about police for a minute here; as we now have heartless computer technology shooting vehicles through our neighborhood and other neighborhoods as well -- with seemingly equally heartless people working at those computer companies causing all of the trouble...So this is yet another issue that needs to be focused on; as people need increasing local control over issues that actually matter to them...Like all people owning their own computer data; and allowing that data to be sold only if given permission to do so by the owners...

So during this time of low and/or no income; people can make a bit of money off their computer habits to keep them going until the current situation changes...Homeless people in particular and others who have been marginalized by Covid and/or the CCP...Allowing those companies to take a small percentage of those computer-generated profits; but no more than perhaps 10 percent...

(Other things to consider; Cali Cat was owned by a neighbor of mine who publishes the Epoch Times (a newspaper my Dad loves and reads every week now -- Dad likes it better than the SJ Mercury News which he thinks is not telling the whole truth all of the time lately) And the Epoch Times publishes all kinds of damning articles about the CCP and/or Republic of China...So there is that CIA and/or FBI...Was Cali killed on purpose and if so why? Also; I put out neighborhood flyer a few days before Baby Cat was killed and it said something like "The quality of life in this neighborhood has improved drastically due to less speeding and traffic in our neighborhood..." etc etc etc...Right after that Baby Cat was found dead...Or perhaps was someone feeling down from the Covid shutdown and not wanting to hear about a good side to it all? Also; the lady who witnessed Baby Cat lying dead and called animal control is now questioning why Baby Cats' body was not consumed and just left their mangled to death much like Cali's? Why would hungry coyotes not consume their prey? And why have there been no wild dogs seen yet on surveillance footage? It just doesn't add up and I suspect foul play and have since day one...For instance; the solar light that a human had to detach that I found on my property the morning Baby Cat disappeared...This is now secured evidence awaiting processing...Along with the surveillance footage of all 3 nights and mornings when Baby Cat; Meesha Cat and Cali Cat went missing and were found dead...)

3) Causing loss of important evidence in Baby Cat's body in the process because; 4) I called the Silicon Valley Humane Society (SVHS) about Baby Cat after being referred to them by Sunnyvale Animal Control; but I was not given an event number by SAC for Baby Cat...To make a long story short; SVHS never returned Baby Cat's body to me; causing IMMENSE emotional distress in the process and this action opened the door to yet another claim against the City of Sunnyvale (go to: 30 MAY 2020 UPDATE TO AMENDED GHC CITY OF SUNNYVALE CLAIM SUBMITTED 25 MAY 2020 @ https://lreblogger.blogspot.com/2020/05/30-may-2020-update-to-amended-ghc-city.html); 13) But SVHS then referred me back to Sunnyvale Animal Control -- even with an event number (#AC202700078); 14) So I am getting the runaround and no one seems to know where Cali Cat's body is now; which has caused a ton more emotional distress for me and other who care about Cali Cat deeply; 14a) And lack of sleep not only due to worry caused by lack of trust in law enforcement who would not investigate this as needed if I called them (due to years of discrimination against low income white males; and even though animal cruelty is now a federal felony); 14b) But also due to that fact that seemingly novice individuals working for animal control are mishandling very important matters along with the potential presence of trespassers on my property killing my cats; 15) You would think after 3 cats dead in 3 weeks this would be a red flag for SAC; but apparently not; 16) And it would be convenient for all of you if I was a typical heartless male who was to afraid to show his feelings; but those feelings are an integral part of my eventual lawsuit against both the City of Sunnyvale and Santa Clara; so hiding them like most frightened males do would be inappropriate at this particular juncture; attempting to stop me from making this a safer neighborhood for the people and pets and wildlife etc; 19a) Including the death of Meesha Cat on Thunderbird 17 Sep 2020 where the safety cone was placed to protect animals and slow vehicles; effectively amount to gross negligence among many other serious charges...And while SAC may be better than many animal control departments in middle America that I read about on Facebook (gas euthanization etc) and while what just occurred may be considered to be totally acceptable by those who oversee this process; SAC is obviously in need ot extensive restructuring and retraining so evidence can be gathered at potential crime scenes where animals have been found dead for more reasons than one...And it is now glaringly obvious due to the situation with Cali Cat and Baby Cat...And I know government will fight tooth and nail against my claims as they never admit to any fault (as they force 'average' people who fund their follies to make plea deals in court) but I know damn well my preexisting case against local government has now expanded exponentially and there is no way in HELL they can win at this point in time after all of this official negligence...

Other than that; I discussed some ideas with future Sunnyvale Mayor Goldman a few weeks back; and instead of wasting hard-earned tax dollars building a new multi-million dollar civic center as currently planned during a time of drastically reduced revenues; it would be best to follow my lead and hold important public meetings at local schools within neighborhoods like the public hearing I arranged for the neighborhood at the Peterson cafeteria a few years back...

It obviously totally freaked out the City of Sunnyvale personnel who attended the meeting (they were like fish out of water not in control for once -- as raw people power ruled the night -- but this is actually good and an important aspect of deepened democracy)...Every major neighborhood block has a school or park etc already built and paid for by tax dollars that has a room large enough for public meetings...

 

Why am I thinking this? Because the trend I have noticed is that the most important meetings that people really want to attend are inevitably about land usage issues; while the City of Sunnyvale (for instance) more often than not pushes back those meetings until after the November time change when it gets dark early so almost no one attends public meetings since it is around dinner time and dark or raining etc in mid-November...

And many of those meetings have decisions made before the meetings even occur -- which is technically illegal...For instance; if Goldman doesn't win the Sunnyvale Mayoral seat; Mister Goldmand says the civil center plan will likely happen anyway (unless perhaps challenged in court) But then again; it is illegal to make those kind of important decisions without the due process of public hearings...Whether dealing with dead cats or land usage; due process is necessary...And whether 'Democratic' California Governor Gavin Newsom and his band of deepened-democracy killers like it or not...And in light of this Newsomian-led death of democracy; which was totally bludgeoned to death by California Legislator Weiner; why would anyone even want to attend any public meeting ever again with the onset of SB 35 and SB 50? Public hearings clearly matter less now than they ever did...It was always an act of futility to attend a city council meeting and go against their grain; and now it really is...So why do you need a new civic center if due process doesn't matter any more anyway? 

 

All you're really doing is building a big extravagant

And Mister Olenak's freakish daughter Denise (who actually looks a whole lot like Oakland's "Permit Patty") is the one who called SCPD for the wrongful SCPD arrest / kidnapping for duck feeding I officially received permission to do at a city council meeting from ex-Mayor Judy Nadler...Denise lied to police when she said I was dealing drugs (Officer Lopez asked if I was on drugs ~ when I was on the pavement [see: semantics]) and Pablo Lopez turned white as a ghost and let me out of the holding cell a few minutes later right after I told him that I had $65,000 dollars in the bank at the time; proving this wrongful arrest was a form of class-based discrimination...The same $65,000 dollars that forcefully went down the drain during the years-long police-sponsored RPF siege on my residence...

So not only did Mister Olenak vandalize the street light pole; but he also gets to act like a crazy 3 year old without psychological testing; and he also gets to violently attack people without consequence as well...If there is a from of white entitlement; that's it...But again; I get the feeling it is more about money than being white; as government is our money -- and those who have lots of money are seen as being favorable or helpful to their lost cause...So it's the usual parallel propaganda bullshit designed to sway the public and/or potential jurists just like the BLM story did right after submitting my last claim...This time coming out of NY...Because my privacy is obviously being violated by those who desperately want to control this narrative...And all corporations have 'secret' the NSA feed with all of our private information available to them for financial advantage...But in light of this clandestine knowledge; I can successfully push back the nonsensical and get to the truth...

I have new actionable incidents with: 

1) Farmanian (who was acting up again yesterday with more non-coincidental stalking and revving his engine -- someone who Sunnyvale DPS refused to arrest for misdemeanor assault even with video evidence -- and someone who is now harassing me wrongfully thinking I am vulnerable (and I don't care if I am not a teenage girl or someone else you help out with discriminatory police practices) and 2) Mister Olenak is obviously a new and unpredictable threat every morning outside my residence; emboldened by SCPD negligence (Seagrave/Lopez) and 3) KJ Doug Ward who attempted to dissuade a witness (me) during the time right before the Oasis Nightclub finally shut down at the end of May 2019; also attacked me in front of the Oasis Nightclub as well with no arrests made...It's officially called 'discrimination'..."

 

The 'Great Depression' was ultimately solved with money -- not BIG PHARMA drugs;
