The above "FRIENDLY RETALIATION AGAINST A JOURNALIST?" video is further proof of a total disconnection from important issues that matter most; and also coming one month after possibly two of my cats were possibly been hit by cars (Meesha and Cali) as the cause of their deaths is undetermined at this point in time...Whether or not these cats were hit by cars; it is still a major quality of life issue to have vehicles traveling at safe speeds at all times in this neighborhood...Adding to this; the City of Santa Clara promised to beef up traffic calming many years ago in the late 1990s but never accomplished this...Amounting to a fraudulent claim...

Mister Olenak is clearly acting as a government-sponsored public nuisance in more ways than one...He has not only been and/or still is being utilized to impede much-needed traffic calming efforts (first by SCPD ~ now by POS DPS) but he also is showing proof of defamation of character and/or slander on the part of SCPD Officers Seagrave and Lopez; when those who are a harm to themselves or others need psychological testing...People like Mister Olenak...And Mister Olenak is also displaying disorderly conduct as well; and he seems to be having mental health episodes on a regular basis...Making some officer-involved shootings seem almost necessary and justified sometimes...

QUESTION: Why wasn't the RPF deemed to be a public nuisance etc as well?
On 23 October 2020 I found a message from a phone call by a Sunnyvale DPS Officer who had obviously read my blog post about Mister Olenak creating a road hazard...Perhaps realizing that this new development of Mister Olenak consciously creating a road hazard -- coupled with highly questionable past actions on the part of Mister Olenak -- could affect the outcome of my eventual and/or inevitable rock-solid unbeatable lawsuit against the City of Sunnyvale (Which included voting rights violations)...Therefore; I believe it was the usual attempt to spin and/or control the safety cone narrative...The DPS Officer was courteous in the phone message; but I still wonder if any procedural protocols were technically violated in calling this way...It is beyond frustrating to have spent so much time on this issue; yet still have cops go on matter of factly about other municipal code violations other than speeding...
That is why I am thinking about getting county sheriffs to take over the investigation and process the animal cruelty evidence I have; because after all of these cat deaths; police seem to refuse to be part of the solution and only want to help out Mister Olenak as usual...While a (redacted) was shut down by SCPD on Saturday night with a contingency plan I encouraged the development of...What's that about safety cones DPS? Either way it all adds up to negligence in the end as more important issues are ignored for lesser issues...
The City of Cupertino has by far superior traffic calming methods and policies; truly caring about their neighborhoods...I have been a distribution driver for almost 40 years and I can attest to this...While Sunnyvale and Santa Clara -- and especially San Jose -- lag far behind Cupertino on this issue; with San Jose being one of the worst...While The Mercury News encourages the City of Cupertino to make a similar mess in their city...
And with vehicular-related deaths being just as numerous as gun-related deaths; while local democrats are more concerned with the gun issue than the vehicle issue -- all I can say is: Houston we have a problem here...
As so many pedestrians were and still are being run over on SF bay area region streets; many leaders still more often than not unknowingly distract us all with the gun issue which is a by far lesser issue; and especially comparatively here in this SF region of a zillion dangerous cars and way less guns per capita...
FURTHERMORE...

Discrimination and/or unethical selective enforcement -- In other words; you need to pull the safety cones from Laurelwood Elementary crosswalk as well...But WHAT ABOUT THE CHILDREN?!? And anywhere else they may be...There is also my neighbors who are a Gold Star military family and who also support safety cone usage...And vehicles on Dunford Way violate municipal codes on a regular basis; and safety cones work towards stemming these municipal code violations...
So DPS needs to get the City of Santa Clara to stop these on and off rampant speeding violations that are causing other lesser technical violations regarding safety cones...Santa Clara has a history of ignoring constituents in regards to traffic calming issues; and Sunnyvale is not much better at this task...
And Mayor Lisa Gillmor has been seen laughing about traffic problems she helped create within the City of Santa Clara as well...But this is partially good since Dunford is within the City of Santa Clara jurisdiction and ultimately Santa Clara's responsibility; and apparently this city doesn't mind the safety cones...Officer Schmidt knows about these noble efforts and does not seem concerned...
B) The speed limit for a blind intersection is 15 mph. An intersection is considered “blind” if there are no stop signs at any corner and you cannot see for 100 feet in either direction during the last 100 feet before crossing. If your view is blocked, move slowly forward until you can see. Note: Dunford Way @ Thunderbird Avenue is technically a blind intersection...
C) Dunford Way @ Thunderbird was also designated as being a 19 MPH speed limit by the City of Santa Clara Traffic Engineering with the help of Chris Fernandez during the late 1990s; assuming it would bring about a desired average speed limit...
D) Laurelwood Elementary School (my old elementary school) has safety cones in front within the crosswalk; and this is where I got the idea from...So removing my safety cones that are part of an important connected "path to school" that I and so many other once took and still take to Laurelwood Elementary IS NOT OK!

E) Neighbors across the street really like the safety cone outside their house in the crosswalk not only to slow down traffic so they can actually pull out of their driveway when they want to; but also becasue it makes pedestrians using the crosswalk more safe; as well as improving the overall quality of life by slowing traffic down a bit to a more desirable level...
F) And other neighbors are concerned about their kids out front and the traffic and speeding in front of their house; so they like the safety cones...And my friend Bobby Martinez is equally fed up with the speeding in front of his house along with the rest of his family; as well as the relatively poor condition of Dunford Way which is badly in need of repair causing noise and the possibility of collateral vehicular damage from errant chunks of loose flying pavement...
NOTE: Safety cones can occasionally get trapped within wheel wells and cause vehicles to seize up (I just researched the topic) but it is rare...It has never happened on this street...Loose chunks of pavement on Dunford Way can cause vehicle damage though...

"First off: 1) I got permission about 20 years ago from a Santa Clara Traffic Engineer (Chris Fernandez -- see attachments below) to place safety cones in the street and help out with traffic calming efforts; and I am personally responsible for starting the effort to place signage up and down Dunford Way back in the 1990s when localities actually did good things like this...2) And this occurred after roughly 9 accidents happened on our property over time on Dunford Way; causing public meetings with the City of Santa Clara Traffic Engineering; and finally leading to an agreement to lower the speed limit on Dunford Way to 19 MPH...3) Dunford Way is within Santa Clara jurisdiction; not Sunnyvale -- therefore Sunnyvale has no power to enforce on this Santa Clara street...4) The letter sent to my father said something about safety cones "blocking parking" which they are not as you cannot park in front of a fire hydrant and/or on the side of a crosswalk where people almost get run over all the time...5) Ex-Santa Clara Traffic Engineer Chris Fernandez promised to place permanent traffic calming on Dunford Way at a public meeting held at the old Santa Clara Library in the late 1990s; then failed to do so (which is a fraudulent claim of sorts)...6) The economy has rebounded since then making it more important than ever to accomplish due to the nearby Apple Spaceship etc...7) But even the State of California seems adverse to the installation of permanent traffic calming surround all new SB35/50 development; as there seems to be an eerie collective aversion to the placement of permanent traffic calming that will ultimately improve quality of life for residents as well as greatly reduce traffic-related injuries and/or deaths that happen often in this region...8) Like the bicyclist that got hit and died on Dunford Way right after my military veteran neighbor saw POS/DPS failing to assist while standing over the cyclist with his head face down on the pavement "gurgling blood"; and the entire neighborhood was swarming with cops yet lacking the usual obligatory obsessive news coverage; making me suspect this cover up was perhaps to help fend off any possible related lawsuits by burying the story...9) We are now entering duck mating season and with the addition of legally placed duck crossing signs these animals MUST be protected and the safety cones help out with this...And I don't care if you don't care about ducks because I do and that's that...10) The neighbors are with me on this one; as pretty much the whole neighborhood wants traffic to slow down and be drastically reduced; so get with the program already dumbasses!...I am losing my patience with you!...11) I regularly see people almost run over in that same crosswalk so I am going to make it safer ONE WAY OR ANOTHER WHETHER POS/DPS LIKES IT OR NOT...12) And If an accident happens where someone gets hit or run over in that same crosswalk -- guess who will be liable now even though it is not their jurisdiction? That's right; In other words the City of Sunnyvale could face increased liability and maybe get into big trouble at a later time due to these negligent actions; sticking their nose into places it does not belong...13) I'm sicker than sick of psychopathic freaks who see things upside down trying to throw a wrench into my good deeds (duck feeding; litter cleanup etc); so we are going to have a safe street whether the City of Sunnyvale Traffic Engineering Department wants it or not...Got it?! 14) Adding to all of this; ex-City of Cupertino Planning Commissioner Don Sun agreed at my suggestion to get all 3 cities surrounding the new Apple Spaceship (Santa Clara; Sunnyvale and Cupertino) to finally make the much needed collective traffic calming efforts to mitigate the damage done by both the spaceship and those anti-safety cone/safety coneheads down at POS/DPS as well...15) And there is no number fifteen right now; but when I think of one I will tell you...I could go on about this subject endlessly...

California state law says a lot of crazy things; as does Governor Gavin Newsom...State law says I cannot wash my car right now for instance...Or use a hose to wash down the pavement...Or sing karaoke at a bar...Or have a gun or baseball bat to protect myself...etc etc etc...Then again; state law also aims to do a lot of good things too; like stopping arbitrary discrimination with their denial of service law that Sunnyvale DPS has misinterpreted; along with so many others...So either apply state law equally and fairly or go fuck yourselves DPS! And let's face it; so many laws have been broken in the last few years without any enforcement; and so many criminals have been set free for doing way worse things that policing safety cones in the street...So honestly; I'm not the least bit worried about this...
