ALMOST 30,000 SPECIES FACE EXTINCTION BECAUSE OF HUMAN ACTIVITY

Overfishing, hunting and land development have pushed more species closer to extinction, according to a new report. The Red List report by the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) found that 27% of the more than 105,000 species the organization has analyzed are at risk of extinction, a total of 28,338 different species. IUCN also found that no species on its list have shown any sign of improvement since it was last updated in December 2018. 

“Things are not getting better, they are getting worse,” Craig Hilton-Taylor, 

head of the IUCN Red List unit, tells TIME Magazine.

The Red List places the 105,732 species of plants and animals that it analyses into different categories: the number of species that are considered threatened fall into the categories of vulnerable, endangered and critically endangered. However, there are an additional 6,435 species that fall into the near-threatened category.

The endangerment of species is not only a critical issue for animal and plant life but can also have a detrimental impact for humans. “The future of humanity — food, fresh water, drinking water, clean air — is all dependent on maintaining the biodiversity around us,” Hilton-Taylor says. “We can’t afford to lose any of these species.”

A keystone species for the state’s grasslands, the California ground squirrel provides food and shelter to numerous other species. Golden eagles, coyotes, and rattlesnakes depend on squirrels for food, while rare amphibians like the California tiger salamander spend most of their lives in the squirrels’ burrows. Note: I am the unelected; power usurping; self-appointed; unapologetic; unafraid ‘Mayor of Southwest Sunnyvale’ who initially brought the Full Circle Farm (FCF) to Sunnyvale through my valiant activist efforts. But while FCF was not financially solvent; they were better protectors of wildlife at the Peterson field than SCUSD.  I have been monitoring the keystone species California Ground Squirrel population at the field for over a decade and I see zero activity on the field lately coming into their breeding season. SCUSD farm needs to allow the ground squirrel populations that were forced across Dunford Way when FCF took over and allow them to connect with the original population to avoid inbreeding. While an entire faux wildlife habitat was created about a mile away at the Apple Spaceship; the naturally occurring wildlife populations at the Peterson field are being severely degraded by this invasive human activity and need to be fully supported and managed in a more natural fashion; not wiped out of their original territory like what is happening now.

It also must be noted that when the FCF initially bull dozed the Peterson field to make way for FCF; it essentially ‘pollardized’ the original ground squirrel population to the point where a ground squirrel actually popped up in a front yard of a newly deceased neighbor on Lillick Avenue about 100 + yards away (!?!) A neighbor who had helped with my campaign to protect the ground squirrel population at the Peterson field!?! Making this ground squirrel appearance rather unexplainable and  mystical; unless you consider the slight possibility that the ground squirrel was actually placed there purposefully as retaliation for his compassionate efforts. Probably not though. I saw it as a clear sign that he was being thanked for his efforts with the appearance of that ground squirrel. I understand how some may have a problem with this theory. Too bad. That’s what I believe happened although I cannot prove it. Furthermore; I suspect the knee-jerk reaction of some psychopathically leaning individuals may be to bring this to the attention of law enforcement even though most cops know absolutely NOTHING about wildlife conservation and/or have absolutely zero control over freedom of speech and expression and/or quite honestly don’t care. 

Beleive it or not; about a year ago I was driving along Dunford Way when out of the corner of my eye I saw a ground squirrel running along the ground by the cyclone fence along the roadway...I then looked again and it was gone. And this happened during the day of all things. From what I gather; some say spirits show themselves to you for a reason -- just like the ghost dog I saw running across the Peterson field one night a few years ago. So I kept this in the back of my mind; and you can consider this blog post to be inspired by that ghost squirrel I saw last year...I do not claim to understand what occurred...

And this is really all about the protection of humans as well in a roundabout way; as humans are essentially only protected as much as animals are -- therefore there is no other option than to protect all species -- human or otherwise -- as equally as possible to ensure a safe future for everyone...

The bottom line is; not only would that be a violation of my unalienable First Amendment rights; but it would also violate my basic civil rights as well; so just wipe that dirty little thought out of your heads. I already have an active case against the City of Sunnyvale that I will be eventually compensated for due to a decade of egregious civil rights violations; so don’t attempt to violate my rights any further because “Life; Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness” – for humans or otherwise – and/or quantum civics -- including wildlife who cannot speak for themselves – is our inevitable future based upon the sins of inhumanity from the past; so get ready for this inevitable future...

It seems there is an increased effort to silence me as my email messages keep getting blocked by Google...I'm thinking it's high time to start breaking up Google and make them more complaint with the law...This is the last straw...I have several email addresses so I can bounce this email all over the place and keep sending it to you all so stop the suppression efforts already -- it's not going to work...I keep having to remind you all that I don't live in Russia or China so deal with it...I am an American citizen who is under duress in my own country with no other country to run to...So it's not ok and I will NOT shut the fuck up...

The City of Sunnyvale was whoring around with Google yesterday (as usual) so that could explain what seems to be collusive censorship...Regardless; the DOJ is watching Google very closely right now; so I tend to think Google fucked up a little more if they did this because everyone else is watching and it's not ok...

Adding to this; there are some people on this email list who actually want to hear my story -- so too bad Google...Google feels they are above the law as they censor content that they disagree with much like Nazis would if they had the chance...A Santa Clara police detective once told me that he regularly tries to compel video evidence out of Google/You Tube with no luck (see: obstructing justice) So for all intents and purposes Google thinks they are above the law in more ways that one...I used to think Google was awesome but not anymore...GOOGLE FUCKING SUCKS!

When people are being driven to doing things like shooting Google / You Tube employees for having their accounts deleted; that should be a wake up call that people take their lives very seriously whether Google / You Tube does or not...Deleting peoples' online souls never goes over very well; so Google / You Tube better start thinking about giving people more control over THEIR content before government forces them...Not Google /You Tube's content; THEIR CONTENT...PERIOD.

Google employs countless immigrants who escaped oppression in their home countries; only to work for a company that does the exact same thing they were trying to escape from...And as an immigrant who got abused with slavery was on TV yesterday with people proudly stating that this immigrant was telling his story of his abuse to local city council members!...

As an America citizen with the same kind of complaints I got blocked by Google...It the usual race-based discrimination...They don't do anything else in this region but discriminate based upon class; race and gender...

Google also deleted a You Tube channel WITH KARAOKE VIDEOS OF ALL THINGS stating it violated their community standards...Ex-bartender Stephanie would love to see the videos of her singing before she got married for instance...Her young daughter would LOVE to see mommy sing too...So how did these videos violate the standards? Expound please...No prior knowledge of the deletion; no due process...The videos were suddenly just GONE...It's sorta like "disappearing" people as the government intelligence agencies do; just a little bit different -- but every bit as insidious and in violation of basic human rights to free expression...

A chiropractor who used to sing at the Oasis and adjust a bartender on one of the pool tables passed away and I am sure his family members if there are any would love to see their relative singing karaoke before he passed away...

Someone is trying to say that my life does not matter with these blocking actions; so it's the same shit next day I suppose...Luckily I will not stop my efforts until fully compensated...I already won this case; they all are just running scared...Either way; I and many others are getting sick of these censoring billionaires who think they run the fucking world...And I am not the only one angry about it and unwilling to shut the fuck up until necessary changes are made...

(Note: I'm not sure if Google is aware of this; but these blocked email messages are part of a very important civil case; and Google/You Tube has not only deleted innocuous karaoke videos; but also important evidenciary materials regarding my court case as well from their You Tube site -- as well as blocking my emails too --- the shit never tops...And this happens all the time without due process or need of an explanation from the various content creators...Which is why the EU is completely fed up with Google...Adding to this; my friend Nishesh who works at Google is afraid to speak out about it because he will probably be FIRED for speaking out; AND HE IS A TIBETAN IMMIGRANT FLEEING OPPRESSION!?! But since I am white Google/You Tube probably feels like I am easy prey / fair game  for them to silence right? WRONG...Once again; the main people shot by police in this region are low income white males (see: class/race/gender discrimination) and since CNN is in an area that is largely populated by blacks; [for instance] CNN's coverage of officer involved shootings is skewed and not in line with the facts...It's not the same everywhere...)

TO MAKE A LONG STORY 'SHORT':

A) Sunnyvale POS/DPS refused to protect and serve me for the millionth time when Doug Ward left a threatening message on my windshield in May 2019 (you have to give POS/DPS credit for coming up with yet another clever excuse though); B) It looks a whole lot like the FBI was there the whole time at the Oasis Nightclub; and even the night I got initially illegally ejected in 2012 -- possibly bringing the federal government into the negligent land of prior knowledge; C) Jerry Grimes illegally ejected me from the Oasis Nightclub once again right before closing right after the FBI contacted Jerry about Dougs' threatening message; in a sense seemingly attempting to obstruct justice and cover it all up with this knee jerk reaction. Jerry Grimes also took zero action when tipped off about a criminal element that had taken over his Nightclub in 2012 as well; when a female Bartender was being intimidated and the bathroom stalls were kicked in; also ignoring my pleas for help when Doug repeatedly threatened to "beat me down" for asking how long it would take to get up and sing again. (the wait for singing another karaoke song was sometimes 1-2 hours) and perhaps most importantly; D) In 2014 George Hills Company failed to investigate the 2012 Oasis Nightclub matter regarding POS/DPS Officers Smith and Ochoa and other unnamed officers; negligently causing my civil rights to be re-violated and allowing yet more uncivil injuries to occur; in a very large sense slashing open an old wound that had never healed. And lastly; E) The State of California not only has facilitated this discrimination with their loosely interpreted and largely unenforced "denial of service" law (BTW: 'entry' and 'service' are not the same) but I also contacted the CA AG and Governor Gavin Newsom and told them both about this situation (including a CA DOJ employee) and that I was planning on returning to the Oasis to follow up on the initial illegal ejections; so they should have contacted the Oasis and/or at very least sent out a form letter telling this private business of public accommodation that they needed to step up their game and play by the rules by creating a 'business code' to run their business by. But no one at the State of California took any action; leading to the latest incident at the Oasis Nightclub. So here we have a nightclub that looks like it got shut down with the help of the FBI (an FBI who knew everything about the RPF while it was raging on in the background by the way; yet did not take quite enough action to stop this targeted; non-coincidental harassment -- some action was taken; but not enough and I am not going to get into details because I am loyal to my friends). F) Avent's Empty Band Karaoke host Doug Ward now works at Sunken Gardens golf course on Thursday nights; which is a City of Sunnyvale owned golf course. Doug left a threatening message on my windshield in May 2019 and Sunnyvale POS/DPS refused to follow up on the incident and make and arrest once again; even though a neighborhood flier of mine which was essentially a cry for help was somehow filed at POS/SCPD as if it was a crime asking for this help. This allowed an important witness (in other words me) to be intimidated and tampered with to help cover up the civil rights abuses a little further. POS/DPS Officer Smith and Ochoa did the exact same thing in 2012; and the May 2019 incident is just an extension of that 2012 incident in that Sunnyvale POS/DPS allowed a violent suspect who violated my rights to be let go without an arrest being made; and this potentially violent suspect is still a potential threat to my peace and security at my residence. Adding to all of this; 1) Avent's Empty Band Karaoke owner John Avent heard the 2012 attack by KJ Doug and did not fire Doug immediately for this attack that Sunnyvale DPS/POS refused to pull up the surveillance footage for; 2) Doug is involved in class-based discrimination and/or 'pay to play' at Sunken Gardens; whereas only singers who pay off Doug can sing after about 9 pm and 3) Avent's Empty Band Karaoke has become semi-monopolistic in locking out other viable karaoke companies (Mystic Moon Karaoke and/or MMK etc) with anti-competitive practices that undercut other companies ~ and then in turn pay their own employees shit wages. MMK also felt over-taxed by the State of California and stopped operations a few years back. Ex-MMK owners now receive public assistance from the State of California and are being ordered by the state not to seek any further employment; leaving them in a semi-stagnant financial state. G) The Blinky's Can't say Lounge; Woodham's Lounge and Acapulco Restaurant incidents also further expose an obvious pattern and practice of abuse that exists at other local nightclubs as well. While the State of California was repeatedly made aware of some of these incidents; once again the state took zero action and seems to be more concerned with regulating pot club$ at this point in time instead of shoring up regulation of their 'denial of service' law allowing private business of public accommodation to eject certain patrons who violate their preexisting business codes. Now is the time to either repeal and/or rescind this questionable and often abused discriminatory law and/or develop an online State of California business code registry; then give all affected businesses one year to comply with the new regulations to stop making arbitrary class/gender/race-based discrimination easy here in the state of California. H) Sunnyvale POS/DPS used the color of law to violate my voting rights at a federally-funded property where I vote that also happens to be my old high school and/or a place where discrimination cannot be practiced against any individual citizen lacking a criminal record. And I have lived in this neighborhood for almost 50+ years without incident -- therefore this voter elimination was done in clear violation of federal law. (I had the right of way from Officer Discher at Peterson ~ just like how I had permission from ex-Mayor Judy Nadler to feed ducks at Marina Playa Apartments etc) And for some reason the Obama Administration saw nothing wrong with this even though I brought it to the attention of Obama's DOJ; probably due to the fact that Obama spoke extensively about supposedly caring about voter rights. My gut level feeling is I was discriminated against by the Obama DOJ because of my Caucasian status. Adding insult to injury; Proposition 215 (which is one of the only good laws that has been passed by voters in the last 200 years or so) was forcefully replaced by the relatively shitty new Proposition 64 that effectively WIPED OUT most of the liberal gains of Proposition 215 after the State of California promised not to disaffect Proposition 215 Medical Marijuana users who enjoyed almost 20 years of deepened democracy. Proposition 215 was a simply written statute that allowed more freedom; while Proposition 64 had multiple pages -- mainly to appease the legalese loving freaks in the legislature and/or judiciary who seem to like confusing the electorate with their seemingly endless; confusing and often deceptive legalese quagmires. I was a legal medical marijuana user for 10 years until Proposition 64's shit hit the fan; and due to this unnecessary disruption by the State of California; I no longer have access to much needed medical products at the same price. Just like the BIG PHARMA price gouging that has occurred as of late; legal pot exponentially increased in price due to the negative affects of Proposition 64 -- which was largely seen as a new cash cow by the State of California -- more than a way to help out medical pot users. (I) The United States Military used helicopters on two separate occasions (1998 and 2006): "On May 4, 2006 John was at his friend Jim Finleys' apartment in Palo Alto re-recording an old song; when yet another U. S. Army helicopter flew extremely close to the window of Jims' room at fathers' apartment on Towle Drive in Palo Alto; about 30 feet away (this event was witnessed by various neighbors) they peered in Jims' the window; flew off and then quickly disappeared. Porter Goss resigned as Director of the CIA the very next day on May 5, 2006 -- For more information regarding these questionable incidents; A Freedom of Information Act (F.O.I.A) inquiry must first be submitted to the U.S. State Department. QUESTION: What was the official rationale for using the U.S. Military against unarmed United States citizens?..." (J) The computer industry in general has not only created and mass-produced devices that allow the theft of copyrighted materials without taking much needed corrective actions to prevent this and/or allow artists to prosper and thrive from their works ~ but the print industry has also been adversely affected as well by the purposefully disruptive and monopolistic computer industry that has shut down countless print media publications (among many other industries who were disaffected; malls shut down in the 1990s due to the computer industry) And the entire music industry has also been turned upside down since the onset of Napster and/or the legalized theft of copyrighted MP3 etc computer music files. (and collusion between Napster and various other computer industry players has made this all possible) Making it difficult if not impossible for music artists like me to profit from their hard work; causing many older once-popular artists to cease the production of new music altogether -- and also causing the rise of vinyl LPs once again (note: LPs cannot be stolen online). The combined affects of the computer industry upon: 1) the print industry which has been Johns' main source of income for 35+ years ~ and/or 2) the music industry which has so adversely affected all music artists' ability to profit from their works -- has caused John to make increasingly less money from magazine deliveries; and zero money from copyrighted online music as most people generally just want to listen for free without paying.

Note: There were roughly 80,000 medical pot users in Santa Clara County alone a few years ago; so how many people have been disaffected by this shitty new California law, Governor Newsom? (Governor Newsom promised to protect all of the backwoods [and now-bootlegging] pot growers who once made a livelihood on medical pot ~ but then were expected to cease and desist en mass and stop feeding their kids and cats and dogs and themselves etc)...The bottom line is: as of January 1st 2018; many things changed for the medical patient. Therefore; fraudulent claims have been made by the State of California and compensation needs to be doled out to the various disaffected medical pot users...And new California laws requiring employers to make all contractors into employees may cause countless publications to go under unless affirmative action is taken to stop this madness; as most part-time employees simply do no work enough to receive full health care coverage...

And adding to all of this; I spoke to a Santa Clara Police Detective recently who has had his evidence gathering efforts frustrated by Google; essentially amounting to obstruction of justice as Google pretends it is above the laws of the land...

UPDATE: 18 May 2019 -- I put the flier seen above on my distribution route in the last few days -- and believe it or not this happened. Then I also put a flier on an outside door at the Oasis Nightclub on 17 May 2019; and the next day I found the same flier from the Oasis at my residence on my windshield with a threatening message written on it (see photo above). I then reported this to the Sunnyvale POS/DPS via Facebook; and also told an undercover officer friend of mine as well. Doug Ward likely did this -- but intimidating a witness is against the law; so I went into the Oasis Nightclub again today to put out yet more fliers while my ACLU CA Justice app was running and the bartender illegally ejected me once again; claiming that I could not put out fliers at the bar. (Which is a First Amendment violation) But this time I recorded a video of it; and an old friend witnessed it too. This was my third illegal ejection from the now-defunct Oasis Nightclub; the first time in 2012 using the color of law to violate my civil rights (Officers Smith and Ochoa refused to pull up surveillance footage of KJ Doug attacking me outside the Oasis Nightclub after I called POS/DPS the week before and got a agreement from a female desk officer to pull up surveillance footage of the attack the next week if disallowed to sing). The second time was in 2016 with Jerry Grimes doing the dirty work (witnessed by ex-KJ Joe Soria) and the third time was a charm in 2019 with the bartender and Jerry both conspiring against my civil rights and violating my First Amendment rights as well in the process; and the State of California has essentially facilitated this discrimination with their often abused 'denial of service" law that has many stipulations. The Oasis Nightclub closed it's doors at the end of May shortly after this incident; after nearly 50 years in business when (UC Officer?) Gary Perez responded to my text message and backed KJ Doug off; getting KJ Doug to corroborate that KJ Doug was in fact responsible for the threatening note left on my windshield when Sunnyvale POS/DPS refused to take necessary actions via Facebook messaging. Sunnyvale POS/DPS would have likely tried to turn things around and criminalize my constitutionally protected actions for finally exposing their killer cop Jeromy Lima; so there was no use in calling Sunnyvale POS/DPS. And KJ Doug was just one of many active threats outside my residence that Sunnyvale POS/DPS and POS/SCPD absolutely refused to interdict and/or do anything about. The Oasis Nightclub was the place where I escaped the multi-year police-sponsored harassment/stalking/menacing/vandalism campaign that was directed at my residence; but that is just part of the reason why this is so egregious. At some point in time; people will start caring about my plight; and I will make sure of this happens one way or another. I have no doubt in my mind that I am on the right track...

So I guess it is a church thing to hear someone being attacked on the phone and do nothing about it; huh Mister Avent? And it's a church thing to stay silent about witnessed abuse? Or to remove an innocent individual from his group of friends at the non-denominational church known as the Oasis Nightclub? I actually used to go to church; and this is part of the reason I don't go anymore (hypocrisy)...

Note: In the future I will be drafting a flier to repeatedly distribute all over the Oasis Nightclub during peak business hours to explain the entire situation to everyone; naming names (Grimes; Ward; Ochoa; Smith etc) and also letting patrons know what their rights are as well -- so no more arbitrary ejections occur at the Oasis and/or any other private business of public accommodation that the State of California oversees and regulates to inform the Oasis Nightclub and it's patrons in a very public manner that I will be re-entering the Oasis Nightclub at a secret future time of my choice and will not be ejected arbitrarily as my ACLU CA Justice app records in the background...I will not leave if POS/DPS orders me to do so; so be forewarned...

(The State of California ultimately facilitated these ejections and/or discrimination with lax statute enforcement and zero follow up after bringing it to their attention [Kamala Harris; Xavier Becerra etc])...

George Hills Company ultimately needs to either release the results of their supposed investigation and/or admit that they dropped the ball and did nothing so they can finally compensate me for my rights abuses and subsequent losses and/or their gross negligence in the mishandling of my case...

Note: I found out right before being illegally ejected from the Oasis Nightclub that regular patron Gary Perez is very likely an undercover officer (a security guard at Shoreline Amphitheater told me that he sees Gary hanging around the cops all the time during concerts -- he's probably an FBI agent) and Gary would also seek me out to hang out and talk to me for some reason; then go off to Vandenburg AFB in the middle of the night. Question: if Gary Perez was at the Oasis nightclub the night of the first illegal ejection in 2012 when I got attacked buy KJ Doug Ward; why didn't Gary stand up for me and help me out? UPDATE / 19 MAY 2019: Gary Perez helped me out last night by talking to Doug Ward at the Oasis. Doug admitted to leaving the threatening flier on my windshield; and the Oasis Nightclub is closing at the end of May.

ROSA PARKS = CIVIL JUSTICE!?! -- The $11 million dollar lawsuit by the Black Woman's Book Club for being arbitrarily ejected from the Napa Wine Train using the color of law from a private business of public accommodation should have been a major wake up call for the State of California; causing them to take necessary action to avoid further arbitrary discrimination...I am confident that my valiant efforts will finally drive this point home once and literally FOR ALL ~ because once I finally know justice ~ I will also finally know peace as well -- All for now...

I have come to the inevitable conclusion that if the US government was a person; it is a racist; a liar and a cheat...Largely populated by arrogant self-serving bastards who actually think that it's 'all about them'; as they go on and on with their taxpayer funded follies that rip us all off and pander to their special interests...Leaving a trail of emotional distress 100 miles long; yet not caring about who is affected and/or disaffected by their often questionable governmental rampages...

Note: One thing Senator Ocasio-Cortez needs to realize is that no one should pay extra taxes for a government and/or police force that is out of control and does not respect the laws of the land and/or the will of the people...Unless police are held accountable for their actions; and unless transparency is allowed regarding past and present governmental and/or police misconduct; no one should pay any extra taxes...Extra taxes should only be paid when extra effort is being given to the protection of people and the things that matter most to them -- like civil rights...

And many other severely disaffected persons who experienced similar kinds of abuse that I experienced have more often than not committed suicide and/or gone on shooting rampages etc; because for some reason our society finds it acceptable to treat certain human beings like shit...(POS/DPS; POS/SCPD; Fulvio Cajina; Rebholtz/Paolinettti Familias; Struble Familia etc etc etc)...

But! While other lesser souls resort to violence or self-mutilation etc; I resort to intelligence instead as payback...I resort to premeditated video shooting rampages...I also resort to writing my own Declaration of Independence and cutting the governmental umbilical cord; which is a very liberating feeling...I feel more free than ever now...I didn't know it was so easy to sever ties with My government...I also resort to federal statutes when state statutes and/or state Attorney General's stall and/or balk at doing their job and effectively work to obstruct justice...

I resort to Pattern and Practice when they allow the statute of limitations to run out to save them money and shove me under their taxpayers funded rug like human trash...I resort to writing songs about the abuse I experienced and naming names too to take out the human trash; hopefully/eventually getting the songs out to as many people as possible to shame and scream at your corrupt governmental asses even as I eventually lie dead in my fucking grave...

I also resort to filling out State Bar complaint forms about corrupt lawyers and/or attorneys like Fulvio Cajina to hopefully have shitty; racially biased liberal lawyers like him who flubbed my case disbarred...I resort to the same kind of dirty tactics government resorted to in dealing with me; then double up on it and get creative too to add an unpredictable wild card element to my dissent and push back...

And this is sort of similar to Roger Waters the bass player of Pink Floyd and his experiences; as Roger witnessed his grandfather killed by a bomb during World War 1...Roger could have easily become a terrorist like so many others that militant activities across the world have inculcated into terrorist violence inspired by military violence...But he didn't...

Roger Waters instead channeled it all into music and became a songwriter and major political muckraker ~ which in turn caused Roger to become a cultural icon of sorts for millions of people around the world who now see him as being a major truth teller and change agent...He also co-wrote one of the biggest selling records of all time; Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon"...So this is my inevitable path; as the short life spans of terrorists and/or suicidal people does not help anything or anybody other than their enemies...The main goal is to PISS OFF your enemies; not give them the upper hand...And this is my main goal... 

Furthermore; I have a list of other items to approach and/or reproach so here goes: 

One day years back I noticed Rebholtz Familia members going up into Tom Foley's apartment at Lake Terrace one Saturday afternoon (I may have photos -- I'm not sure) suggesting there may have been some level of collusion between them...Dark SUV type vehicle(s?) that I witnessed on surveillance several times outside my house at night mainly belonged to the Paolinetti Familia and/or Officer Don Paolinetti; but it happened so many times the question remains whether some of those black SUV vehicle(s?) belonged to Tom Foley; who was video recorded making threats at my residence and attacking me and stalking and harassing me for a few weeks after POS/SCPD let him go (Tom Foley was a drunk felon at the time) Tom Foley has a very similar dark black SUV type vehicle...

Note: Tom Foley once followed me into the bathroom at the old Acapulco Restaurant; and after I came out I noticed he was with a group of people glaring at me while I was singing (they were likely from the Lake Terrace apartments) leading me to initially suspect this group of individuals may have been behind the late night July 2007 ambush attack outside my residence...

One other point I wanted to make is that receiving $11 million dollars for being ejected from a wine train or a bar is way too much...

A) Lee Bagley should be getting a settlement in the million dollars range; while people like me and/or the ladies from the Napa Wine Train etc should be getting more in the hundred thousand dollar range; if that...

B) I strongly believe that the focus should be more on fixing the problem than turning it into some money making opportunity...

But in the case of great bodily injury like Lee Bagleys' case; I tend to think situations like this deserve larger settlements...Then again; my sustained emotional distress over time and/or the egregious nature of sleep deprivation and psychological torment -- not only from the various violent attacks that were allowed to go down ~ but also the Rebholtz/Paolinetti Familias night time Nazi/KKK style raids which caused so many nights of lost sleep (much like George Gascon experienced; but with multiple suspects involved in this ongoing active threat -- with absolutely zero help from above) along with the roughly two decades of on and off police misconduct and/or lying I experienced makes me wonder: Which is worse? Being beaten nearly to death and attacked by a police dog like Lee Bagley was and/or being tormented nearly to death and separated from your long time friends at the Oasis Nightclub etc etc etc like I so was?

And speaking of nightclubs; I was told that Joe Soria is no longer working for Avent's Empty Band Karaoke company...Joe is the one who witnessed me being attacked at Woodhams Lounge in San Jose; and Doug Ward is the person who's employment should have been immediately terminated after John Avent in a sense witnessed the attack by Doug Ward...I was on the phone at the time with John Avent complaining about not being able to sing after over a decade of patronage to the Oasis Nightclub when Doug attacked me...But not only did John Avent do nothing; but POS/DPS doubled up and refused to pull up surveillance footage the next week...

Moving right along to another subject...Lee Bagley told me that he was not notified ahead of time when the deposition was going to occur with his lawyer and representatives from the City of Sunnyvale...Lee found out the morning of the deposition and if Lee had not answered his phone that morning he would have missed the deposition...

And now Lee is unhappy with his settlement and is considering appealing the decision (Lee was promised in the $22 million dollar range -- but then again Lee also did wrongful prison time too so...that seems somewhat appropriate) Which may be a good idea; because while Lee seemed hesitant to complicate his case by adding my case to the mix -- we likely could have gotten a better outcome for both of us if we had just combined our testimonies and expanded the time frame of events back 20 years to make it a more pattern and practice like case...

I also feel the City of Sunnyvale was very likely quite aware of this possibility; as I had been discussing it with them in the weeks prior to the deposition via email...So I suspect that is very likely why the surprise attack deposition event occurred for Lee the way it did; probably because not only are Sunnyvale City Council members dirty lawyers like almost all government lawmakers are ~ but they also perhaps wanted to keep me out of the picture (once again) to help hide the truth and let roughly 20 years of on and off police misconduct down off their meat hooks... 

I understand that even single incidences of police misconduct and/or use of force that occur are seemingly/purposefully made into literal logistical nightmares to discourage average people from attempting to represent themselves...I totally get that...

Because as I said before: justice here in America is and always has been largely a class-based / discrimination-based / financially-based system of justice and/or injustice...A pay to play system for the rich ~ and a pay with your life system for the poor who are more often than not shown the door that I FORCEFULLY just jammed my foot in to keep it open so I too can finally be compensated as well...

And lastly; when my Mother was diagnosed with cancer back in the early 1970s everyone in my family knew about it ahead of time before she passed away except me...And since then I have become a believer in truth at all costs; whether it be about the AIDS synthetic biological agent and/or abuse I experienced or whatever...I want to know the truth...And I also want others to know the truth no matter who has a problem with it...POS/DPS or otherwise...Truth at all costs...

3 MAR 2019 / I can't help but find uncomfortable comparisons between Cory Bookers' story about facing housing discrimination ~ and me facing similar race-based discrimination where almost everyone in government that I turned to for help totally ignored me and turned their backs on me even though I had a strong case and lots of evidence to back it up...In other words; while the Black Woman's Book Club got $11 million dollars for having their rights violated; I got treated like dirt and ignored and kicked out of the Oasis Nightclub etc without any help from ANYONE...And while many others received legal help for being attacked like I was; I got no help whatsoever...

In other words; If I was African-American the various sometimes violent enterprises that were formed against me; aimed at destroying my good reputation and my good life and times would have been held accountable by now...

And SCCDA Jeff Rosen has repeatedly refused to do anything about my case; even though if the exact same thing happened to a Jewish family (for instance) someone not only would have been held accountable by now; but the story would be all over the news and TV and it would be considered a hate crime...So it is not just the Trump administration who obstructs justice and abuses power and discriminates...This is quite common in government...Therefore; there needs to be some kind of middle ground between doing absolutely nothing ~ and doing way too much ~  when it comes to the prosecution and/or persecution of individuals...

But! the State of California and/or lawyers and attorneys in general reacting to the Trump administration set this divisive tone to begin with; helping to obstruct my justice a bit further by (for instance) helping immigrants under duress fill out forms...(When all Fulvio had to do was simply fill out a form for me; but I feel that since I am low income a white male that Fulvio did not even open up the package I sent to him that took about two days to put together -- a package I still possess)...so it should be obvious to you all that I am under duress in my own country ~ but with no other better country to escape into -- along with many other Americans facing similar kinds of official discrimination and abuse I suppose...

5 March 2019 / The story in the link below about the lady who allegedly made too many 911 calls shows a similar situation to what Lee and I experienced; sort of a combination of both cases as I called 911 and/or non-emergency numerous times ~ while Lee was attacked by a police dog...I called 911 a few times until I realized that every time I called; the people outside my house would be gone when DPS responded...

So I resorted to calling non-emergency instead many times over -- but the suspects kept disappearing into the night and the night time disturbances kept occurring...

At some point I finally gave up; especially after I knew there was a morning police briefing dedicated to my situation with no affirmative action taken to stop it (See: You Tube link below)...But one night the Rebholtz/Paolinetti Familias were outside my window once again bothering me; so as a knee jerk response I actually called POS/DPS again; and Sunnyvale DPS Officer Jim Carrell responded...I got his email address and started sending messages to Officer Carrell and the DOJ; but no affirmative action was ever taken to address the problem as it continued on for a few years after this...And both DPS and the DOJ have some explaining to do about dropping the ball...

And for some odd reason it turns out the Rebholtz/Paolinetti Familias actually thought repeatedly disturbing me was funny; but then again the Chowchilla kidnappers thought they were being funny too -- so this is not much different and every bit as insidious...

For the first couple years I heard what I thought were death threats and/or threats in general coming from right outside my residence as I woke up from a deep sleep...And a few months after the ambush attack outside my house; I honestly thought the sounds that occurred outside my residence were from someone who wanted to kill me...It took about two years of independent investigation to finally figure out who the fuck was behind the various night time disturbances; but the more I tried to stop it -- the more angry and threatening the suspects became and the less POS/DPS did to help me...

Rebholtz/Paolinetti Familia members seemed to be convinced that I was homosexual; calling me "faggot" over and over -- but this is a typical thing that sexually frustrated teenage boys do to convince themselves and others within earshot of their own heterosexuality...But the fact remains that it is essentially a hate crime to do this...

Even though I am obviously not homosexual; these unrestrained teenage brats assumed I was anyway based upon their own teenage sexual insecurities -- but no one was ever prosecuted for this...Zero action was taken to correct this situation; but I am going do something about it one way or another regardless of the official negligence I have experienced...And I don't care how fucking long it takes...

Note: I had been sending emails to Officer Jim Carrell for about one year prior to the following “POLICE-SANCTIONED GANG ACTIVITY (CONTINUED)” event...And while Officer Jim Carrell was the best Sunnyvale police officer I dealt with over time; Officer Carrell did not take any action to help me after this initial event (like showing up in court for to represent me for instance - I actually requested this) and neither did the DOJ whose email address was cleverly attached to this email chain to Officer Carrell...Suggesting a certain level of federal negligence as well... 

I am also wondering why there is so much attention being brought to the Giants CEO story; while the videos of me being repeatedly attacked and harassed and menaced have been all but COMPLETELY IGNORED and/or ERASED by You Tube?

What the fuck is up with this shit? Questions: Why the fuck were the Rebholtz/Paolinetti Familias never held responsible like the lady who made too many 911 calls for causing so many Sunnyvale POS/DPS resources to be deployed and utilized over time for their unrestrained essentially police-sponsored teenage follies? And why was no action ever taken to either address and/or prosecute my various attackers like with the Giants CEO? And who is going to delete the video of the Giants CEO attacking his wife like all of my evidence videos which were essentially deleted and/or covered up by You Tube? (obviously making You Tube at least partially liable for my civil injury and/or First Amendment abuses and/or violations) It does not matter more that a woman got attacked by the Giants CEO; this is the same crazy, biased fantasy that you've all been entertaining for many years now -- a fantasy and/or false narrative that must be ended and/or tempered with my cold reality as you finally wake up to the truth regarding your obvious gender-biased/class-based discriminatory practices...Therefore; civil law must be given increased precedence and focus mainly as a way to curb criminal activities and/or uncivil behaviors at large...

6 March 2019 / I saw this story in the San Jose Mercury News this morning and had to comment...Apparently the writer of this story and many others too have no idea that in the State of California no one can be ejected from a private business of public accommodation without good reason...Like I have discussed before; private businesses of public accommodation are required to have a business code that determines what is expected of their patrons (Like Sunken Gardens which has a $10 dollar minimum purchase etc) Adding to this; entry and service are two different things so individuals cannot be ejected for breaking the business code; just denied service (drinks; food etc)...Adding to this; it doesn't matter what color you are; this law applies to you as we are all protected equally > GO TO: https://www.mercurynews.com/2019/03/06/why-fairmont-cant-bar-homeless-or-anyone-else-from-its-san-jose-hotel/ 

And another interesting story regarding San Jose State students a few years back brought up some other issues for me that need some discussing as well...Around the time that this incident occurred; Democrats like Gavin Newsom and Governor Brown etc were talking about the negative affects of criminal convictions; and decided that if you are going to school then you should perhaps be let off the hook for your criminal activity due to the negative affects of criminal convictions upon your record...

But! This is nothing more than yet another form of class-based discrimination -- because if you don't have enough money to go to college then you could be prosecuted for the exact same offenses while others who are wealthy are not... 

Much like the Rebholtz/Paolinetti Familias who were obviously definitely involved in a multi-year criminal conspiracy campaign against my life and residence and/or even the Trump Family for that matter...Same exact kind of thing...

The bottom line is: the Rebholtz/Paolinetti Familias are rich white familias who suffer from 'affluenza' if you will; so they got special treatment...If they were Black or Mexican they would all be arrested for what they did due to selective enforcement of Civil Rights etc laws...Just like the Trump Family or even the Manoukian Family too...If you are rich you get a free pass for pretty much anything... 

And Democrats should be concerned about this because the fact is that most civil rights violations and/or injuries arise from class-based discrimination and not race...Whereas people should not be punished for their low income statuses any more than rich people should be over-charged for their wealth...

And this is not all about racial superiority as some divisive assholes in governemnt would like you all to believe to keep us all fighting and hating on each other; it is instead all about RACIAL EQUALITY...As I AM A RACIAL EQUALITY-IST -- so don't try to portray this as anyting other that -- because I know all about how the rights of certain whites are being minimized ~ while the rights of certain blacks etc are being expanded and bolstered...But all this does is create necessary division that needs to be forcefully WIPED OUT and totally eliminated to bring us all together...Adding to this; it is not all black and white -- it's more like a rainbow -- and all of the colors of that rainbow need to be acknowledged so we can all live together peacefully...

7 March 2019 / In retrospect; the question is not whether or not I have had my civil rights violated; the real question is how many times has my civil rights been violated? 1) The Struble Familia incident was the first time where intimidation and coercion was used to violate my civil rights; 2) The Tom Foley incident where a drunk felon on parole was allowed to stalk and harass me using intimidation and coercion; 3) The Olenak Familia incidents involving POS/SCPD/DPS Officers Lopez and Seagrave are yet another example of where intimidation and coercion was used as a means to an end; 4) The voting rights violation that finally ended in November 2016 (with 5 years statute of limitations for voting rights violations) where intimidation and coercion was used to stop me from voting ~ as well as the color of law; 5) The June 2010 and 2011 incidents where a 2010 SWAT team was called for cleaning up litter and/or where the Rebholtz/Paolinetti Familias used intimidation and coercion in 2011 on a video camera man/local news publisher etc (me) who they were stalking and harassing and menacing; 6) The illegal ejection from the Oasis Nightclub in 2013 -- brought forward by an illegal ejection by Owner Jerry Grimes in 2016 and facilitated by Sunnyvale POS/DPS in 2013 -- amounting to even more intimidation and coercion -- using the color of law to violate my civil rights etc; 7) The illegal ejection from Woodhams Lounge in 2013 where violence; intimidation and coercion was used as well etc etc etc...

So that is roughly 8 civil rights violations that I can remember; and there are probably more (like the 2003? Acapulco Restaurant incident where SCPD helped illegally eject me and a friend on a class-based basis because I only spent about $20 dollar per week at the establishment) Regardless; a clear pattern and/or practice of uncivil rights discrimination and/or corruption and/or police misconduct is emerging that needs to be officially addressed so I can finally be compensated for these various overlooked uncivil injuries and get on with my life...

The thing that seems the most unconscionable about all of this is that 1) the Oasis Nightclub was my safe haven during the years long Rebholtz/Paolinetti siege on my residence; until Officers Smith and Ochoa illegally ended that and local government carefully worked to cover it all up -- including the arrogant idiotic Lawyer Fulvio Cajina -- and 2) the 2016 incident with Buster Cat where POS/DPS showed up and actually had the gall -- AFTER ALL OF THIS UNCHECKED BULLSHIT -- to suggest that I finally be removed from my residence after -- once again -- all of this illegal behavior was allowed to go down without any arrests or prosecutions...Needless to say; not only does SCCDA Jeff Rosen need to go fuck himself for his inaction and/or complacency regarding my case; but this is also the biggest stinking motherfucking pile of fucking God damned sleazy; inexcusable; malicious; mean spirited and/or EVIL; Nazi-like governmental bullshit I have ever been served up in my entire life; therefore I won't stop until that same messy shithole is legally shoved back down their useless PSYOP POS/SCPD ~ POS/DPS throats...There is hell to pay for these various violations of my good life and times and I will not stop until justice is finally DONE...All for now...

By the way; any judge who wants to tie my hands and shut me up -- good luck with that one...I would rather be DEAD than shut up about the abuse I have experienced...And I will not shut up about it until THE DAY I DIE...And besides I am a fledgling nation now...Just weighing in...Other than that; how is you day going? :D

Note: Cops who interpret that last written segment as an invitation for suicide by cop are just part of the problem and essentially need to FUCK OFF.
