For instance; my Dad has recently lost faith in the fairness of The Mercury News; a newspaper who should be trying harder to actually be fair and balanced as opposed to being a liberal whore rag...It should be more important to tell the truth in a balanced fashion rather than lying to bring about 'justice'...And CNN attempting to say that Trump "continues to sow mistrust in election" is nothing more than a reflection of all this nonsense...If anything; CNN sows mistrust on a daily basis...

So that Newsom clown has never really been into deepened democracy and/or legal constitutionality; therefore it's good a judge finally put him in his place recently...I noticed the story was on the back page of the front section; Mercury News...Hidden...Your golden boy was badly embarrassed for violating our sacred constitutional rights; and was seen lamely making excuses for his unconstitutional behavior with a mask on the next day...An now he has suddenly disappeared...
And fraud was also obviously involved in the 911/USA Patriot Act situation; where a hand-held missile was used to attack the Pentagon as opposed to an airliner (as exposed by Anonymous etc)...Why were no windows broken on this newly fortified section of the Pentagon where the impact supposedly occurred? So this further exposes the deep lies and mischaracterizations of events that led up to the 911 report; which seems to be a usual practice here in America...What I am getting at is; since there was fraud involved initially in the formation of the 911 investigation; then the USA Patriot Act was based upon that fraud and is therefore no longer valid...
Whether is it the 911 investigation; shady election results; or the sham RPF trial -- it exposes a deep chasm of lies and deceit that is what our country is all about...Occasionally truth is allowed out there; but generally only if it helps their government case...And judges are their CEOs who decide what is real...
Adding to this; the FBI admitted to the ACLU right after 911 to actively destabilizing activists for roughly 25 year prior to the 911 attacks; and the USA Patriot Act then turned this dirty little secret into law...So not only was the FBI involved in criminal activity prior to 911; but they also were unleashed upon the public after the passing of the USA Patriot Act to further violate their rights...All based upon fraudulent claims...
But once one faulty court case is found (for instance) the usual response is to rip open all other cases that court has overseen and redo them all...Which is a logistical NIGHTMARE that costs jobs and reputations and therefore is avoided at all costs by most judges wanting to protect their community trust...

QUESTION: Since so much local media focus was placed upon a cat killer in San Jose recently; how is this any different and/or less important and/or how is the City of Santa Clara and/or the City of Sunnyvale not grossly negligent in this instance?
2A) WITNESS Z -- Another witness who recently came forward with new information about the harassment John experienced is a person who lives down the street from John. At least two cats that belonged to this witness were returned dead and "crushed"; not run over but instead "crushed" as the witness said; just as Precious was apparently crushed to death. I always felt there was something peculiar about Precious Cat's death; and it just occurred to me that when I found Precious; she was completely smashed flat except for her head; which looked like it got stepped on and crushed at the last minute...And her head was forward not off to the side where a tire could have missed her head; her head was in the exact center not off to the right or left side to avoid being hit by car tires...Therefore I am almost 100% certain now that Jake Paolinetti killed Precious Cat that day...But even though I fell into a deep depression for about two years; sleeping 10-12 hours a day trying to make up for the lost sleep the RPF caused over a multi-year period after losing my beloved cat -- and only coming out of it realizing I did not want t miss the last few good years of my Dads' life -- SUNNYVALE POS DPS AND/OR SCPD DID NOTHING TO BRING JUSTICE TO THIS SITUATION; AS WELL AS MISSY CAT'S DEATH TOO!?!So it should be more than obvious that I was put through the liberal wringer on purpose -- and very likely to make me pay for my ultra-successful activism; and I was even put under surveillance (Gary Perez? etc?) while the RPF was being allowed to rage on in the background...
