"I found this quote a few years ago and it explains a lot...Many cops have strong psychopathic tendencies; but this psychopathy is often hidden from public record; putting the public at risk in the process...For instance; Sunnyvale POS/DPS Officer Lima has killed 11 people on the job and gets vacations every time he kills...

While I cannot imagine going to work and harming anyone in any way...

It is unthinkable that this is allowed to occur...

So I not only deserve a fucking medal for forcefully busting out the information about Officer Lima killing 11 people on the job; but I also OWN this story as I took a chance with my life to expose a killer on the loose; and caused a judge to order the release of the information...This is HUGE and not to be ignored...I am a hero to many...And like I have said before; the State of California not only willfully obstructed justice by sitting on the police misconduct records; but they also created an illegal enterprise to defame and slander others while carefully protecting their own shitty reputations in the process...Xavier needed clarity; so I gave it to him...

So now I'm thinking of writing a book about it...Hmmm...

Adding to all of this; my DoD buddy told me about how crooked Officer Paolinetti was; that Officer Paolinetti had been reprimanded numerous times and was still on the job (doing paperwork at home...And this is probably why POS/DPS refused to intervene when a neighbor down the street tried to get POS/DPS to stop a wild party happening at the old Paolinetti residence on Bluebird Avenue...Because Don Paolinetti was likely already in trouble doing desk work; so they didn't want him to get into even more trouble...That's my guess)...

And my DoD buddy also complimented me on my intelligence; saying I was not crazy like the cops were suggesting ~ but instead very intelligent and onto something with my independent research (see link below) I was offered to go to a school for genius kids in elementary school (which I declined) and later could have graduated early from high school when I had 108.5 out of 210 credits at the end of my sophomore year needed to graduate...I was clearly on a mission; and the mission was accomplished when I toured the southern United States and played in arenas with a band who had played with the biggest band in the world GNR...

I climbed to the top of the mountain and warmed my hands on the flames of stardom; then turned on it all to become a singer after that...And karaoke was happiness that I found in the years after my brother died in a head on collision...Happiness that was ended by POS/DPS Officers Smith and Ochoa who had me illegal ejected from a private business of public accommodation the Oasis Nightclub in 2012...

Furthermore; I will be submitting an amended complaint to GHC before the end of May as an addendum to my previously submitted claim to the City of Sunnyvale...It will contain all pertinent LRE Blogger posts created since the last submission; and will help to further explain my case to those who it may concern...

Main points; the City of Sunnyvale called Lee Bagly to his deposition hearing one morning without warning after I had explained to the city council that both of our cases needed to be combined for increased compensations -- ignoring me in the process as usual -- then giving what essentially amounted to hush money to an allegedly mentally ill Lee Bagly; who went from promising to have his lawyer help me out to resolve my case ~ to the city council pulling this slimy move which caused Lee Bagly to disappear and probably go on a shopping spree instead of helping me out...Lee blocked my text messages the very same day he got compensated...

And Lee had musical recordings that my deceased guitar player friend Jim Finley gave to Lee for me to play drums over; as Jimmy probably knew his time was short...Lee is sitting on them now...

So Lee Bagly really is a freaky dude; totally turning on someone he promised to help...And the last time I saw Lee Bagly at his trailer court; he charged at me like he was going to attack me causing me to leave...

So it looks a whole lot like you gave money to the wrong person...

I am the good soul here who is worthy of compensation; not Lee Bagly...

The City of Sunnyvale was already a bunch of POS low down dirty motherfucking justice obstructing arrogant self-serving bastard/cunts from HELL; but these actions made things worse...They not only kicked me when I was down; but then spit on me and probably laughed about it too...So fuck off Sunnyvale City Council...

You're dirty bastards from HELL...

Therefore; you all owe me more money than every now for this purposeful and malicious increased emotional distress that you caused; and I don't care if I am a man whose emotions who  are ignored; I will identify as a fucking woman in court if needed and maybe even wear a wig and makeup to drive my point home...Adding to this; Sunnyvale POS/DPS ABSOLUTELY REFUSED to intervene when several active threats existed outside my residence over time; yet lamely attempted to criminalize the presence of safety cones; which goes against the core mission of Sunnyvale Public Safety...Safety cones increase safety...Period.

And in the meantime; I could have been shot dead by POS/DPS if I had actually called POS/DPS about the May 2019 Oasis incident; and the claim to the insurance company would probably be rejected too...I get that...You all don't care about dead people unless they are Corona virus-infected...

And George Hills Company is nothing but a procedural loop that I got caught in...I could have been shot dead if I actually was dumb enough to call POS/DPS after the last illegal ejection from the Oasis Nightclub and the DA would clear them...Trust is gone and cops are government sanctioned killers so no use calling them anymore...

Again; why is everyone so damn worried about the Corona virus killing;

when cops kill someone almost every day?

Also; I just heard the Xfinity commercial that stole my raw drumming parts and made them part of a TV commercial...I want to be compensated for this illegal theft of my proprietary information as well...The NSA feed is for financial advantage and all corporations get this private information feed; and this must END...No more stealing ideas from people you think are vulnerable; it's high time to even the score...

The bottom line is those who are a harm to themselves or others are considered to be 'mentally ill' and in need of help...So why was I considered to be mentally ill instead of Tom Foley or Mister Olenak or Jake Paolinetti etc etc etc? Why was I allowed to be attacked several times; and the minute I hit back I was threatened with arrest? These claims are not hearsay either; they are based upon ignored exculpatory evidence...

So why is Harvey Weistein considered to be dangerous and being locked up for 23 years; while my various violent physical attackers who obviously did this without consent are being let go? Why is the female body being treated like it is more important than the male body? And why was seemingly consensual sex Weistein allegedly had with Hollywood gold diggers who continued to date him for years after the initial non-consensual sex seen as more of a crime than the non-consensual attacks that I experienced?

I actually think that men attacking other men is a form of sex for the attacker; 

so the attacks that I experienced actually were sexual in nature...

And especially POS/SCPD Officer Pablo Lopez rubbing his genitals up against me all sweaty while falsely arresting me back in 2006...And Lee Bagly said the same kind of thing about Sunnyvale POS/DPS; many cops are gay or bisexual and like to molest people who they have in their custody...

It obviously REALLY bothers me or I would not be writing about it for so long after it happened...Right? But women's feelings obviously matter more than mens'...So where is my protection or am I expect to continue fighting off my attackers until you all pull your heads out of your asses and finally do something about it?

The other bottom line is women are generally allowed more emotional freedom than men...And this lack of emotional freedom leads to war and many other kinds of conflict...And women could allow men increased emotional freedoms; but many modern women tend to be caught up in their worn out old 'woman in peril' argument; making some women angry at men and wanting to hold men down emotionally as payback...It goes in a circle of karma like that...

So the answer to most of the worlds' problems is held by women; but women are too caught up in themselves as of late; feeling victimized and wanting to lash out at those they see as holding them down or back...

And as some women perceive men as being the main problem here; and continue obstructing men's emotional progress due to this semi-false narrative; women are IN FACT half of the problem; and men are the other half...

Anyway; my main goal here is to make sure all of this bullshit written down by cops that came from malicious people who hate me for various reasons IS EXPUNGED FROM MY RECORD so that the truth can finally be told about this so I can move on with my life and die happy eventually with my good reputation intact...Silicon Valley is full of malicious freaks and this is part of the reason so many people are leaving this region...Then again; we're all gifted and crippled saints and sinners...

Lastly; I wanted to discuss the usage of US Military helicopters used against unarmed citizens...The United States went to war against me in 1998 and 2007 when they did this...But! Kind; empathetic; non-violent 'enemies' like I was made into at this point in time generally do not give money over to their enemy attackers like the United States made themselves into when they essentially went to war against me during the post-911 frenzy that caused the US government go to war against it's own citizens and their unalienable rights...(because after all; almost everyone knows that 911 was an inside job done by the US and the Israelis etc etc etc -- and BTW: Porter Goss quit the CIA the next day after the Palo Alto fly over -- so who wants me to be afraid? Good luck with that one!) In other words; why are you sending me tax bills after I had my rights so egregiously violated by the US Military? Do you want me to pay for the wasted fucking helicopter fuel or what? What the fuck is going on here anyway?!?

IN RETROSPECT: While Jimmy Finley and I will hopefully eventually go down in rock n roll history as some of the baddest ass motherfuckers ever -- With fleeting fingers and dangerous musicianship worthy of pulling out all the stops for with the US Military...Not only were our civil rights egregiously violated with the usage of military helicopters in two separate attempts to intimidate and/or coerce Jimmy and I (one pre-911 as a precursor to the martial law and/or general heavy-handedness that came after 911 ~ and the other post-911) causing unthinkable uncivil injury and the need for eventual financial compensation perhaps for both of our families -- but they also failed to scare me and just ended up pissing me off in the process...

And that was one of the last times I saw my old friend Jimmy Finley; who died a few years after this...So not only did the US Military come between an old friend and I; but the City of Sunnyvale also doubled up on this by giving a person who they condidered to be mentally ill and vulnerable $150,000 hush money; making Lee cut off all ties and keep drum tracks that Jimmy wanted me to play drums over as his death wish...

So it could not get any dirtier or low down or mean spirited...Ok wait it could and it did with Fuji and Gantt taking TWO MONTHS to respond to the purposeful death of Missy Cat and/or Holt and whatshisname showing up to question my emotional distress involving the diagnosis of my dying cat Buster...Or Sunnyvale POS/DPS accusing me of mental illness after a half decade of violent attacks and non-coincidental harassment and stalking by the police-sponsored RPF etc...Or with POS/SCPD Officer Pablo Lopez saying "Do you want your Daddy" during the 2006 government-sanctioned duck feeding SWAT team raid...Or seemingly ordering an ambush on me and my residence a few days after requesting a public hearing from the City of Santa Clara for the bogus duck feeding SWAT team raid...Or Santa Clara and/or Sunnyvale both ignoring my plight for so long as I spent all of the money my dead brother left to insure my life dealing with the emotional/physical/repercussions of all of this...

Either way; it kinda backfired on y'all because of this and/or Gavin Newsom and/or flush it down Jerry Brown destroying medical pot in California etc etc etc I doubt I will ever vote again and have lost all faith in government due to all of these actions and many others I hear about regularly; and this was before Trump so don't go patting yourselves on the back democrats as you largely co-own this mess and I still don't see any democrats too concerned about my plight...To many democrats I am an entitled white person who is not worthy of helping out because I obviously have too much help to begin with...Right? Wrong. This shows you how discriminatory and compartmentalizing that democrats can be at times...

For instance; the way I was accused of being mentally ill after being attacked several times ~ while it is unlawful to treat those considered to be disabled in a discriminatory fashion ~ and even if the disability is imagined as it obviously is in this case...Or like the way Tom Foley (who was a drunk felon on parole at the time who should have been locked back up) and/or Mister Olenak and/or Jake Paolinetti etc who were all showing signs of mental illness and/or mental instability through their anger and violent behaviors that brought irreparable harm to me and the surrounding community who witnessed this madness ~ while I was being accused of being mentally ill instead all the while...Adding to this; Jake Paolinetti and Mister Olenak both actually entertained delusions that I was homosexual -- clearly making their anger and violence towards me into hate crimes...And I have video evidence of both of them to prove it...Adding to this; Mister Olenaks' daughter is actually homosexual...

But democrats generally don't like heterosexual white males ~ and especially low income white males with no money to steal...And this democratic anti-white bias has now gone viral as xenophobia spreads from their half-truthed white entitlement argument...When the whole truth is; anyone with money is entitled and many people of various nationalities have tons of money...And the only people entitled enough to make it to America legally need money to do it...If I am guilty of anything; it is extreme intelligence and lack of fear ~ and perhaps being a white minority in a diverse region...These are my main percieved faults as far as I can see...

And I will admit extreme intelligence can seem a little crazy and even annoying at times to some lesser folks out there -- I totally get that weaker minds have a hard time keeping up with me ~ as other equally strong minds may often disagree with me...Which is adds much-needed balance...

And I also get that people who need to create fear in others to get their way are mentally ill in a way as well...I totally get that...But my main intelligence is within my extreme emotional intelligence that did not seem to show up in one of the previous sentences for some reason (I'll work on that one) As emotional intelligence is the most important form of intelligence of all; and something I get the feeling Anna Eschoo actually has tons of...I tend to think that the nice person I was before all of this has been tarnished a bit by all of the mean-spirited Silicon Valley freaks and idiots who I have been forced to deal with...Money has destroyed this regions' soul...

So it's not entirely my fault...That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it...
