Note: That said; the words of a presidential candidate and/or the words of a president like Obama can also appeal to the worst aspects of human nature as well; as I highly suspect the discrimination I faced and still face in this largely Democratically run region is the direct result of this kind of talk that can just as easily cause institutionalized discrimination against whites as it can against blacks etc...What is needed is a unifying dialogue to bring everyone into the fold without pointing fingers at each other for political advantage...As elusive as it is and/or no matter how ridiculous it sounds to people who have been falling for all of these ridiculous divisive narratives; we desperately need the political advantage of unity at this point in time...

Due to my obvious off the charts racial/spatial abilities; it is becoming more and more clear that I need to be POTUS like my Gramma once suggested...She was obviously right but it has taken me years to see what she really meant -- how amazing of a thinker that I really am and how great of a man I am...

If for some odd reason you choose to eventually attend a city council meeting in the future (even though the only reason people generally attend city council meetings is for land usage issues the council has already decided upon); DO NOT give out your address on camera...Just say you live in Sunnyvale (or whatever city you reside within) because if you are particularly successful or influential like I was; then your life could be in danger from retaliation as well...

Everyone in the city can see that video of your council appearance and there are all kinds of evil freaks out there who can mess with you...

For instance; city employees willing to do dirty work often live down the street...And If you do something against their governmental wishes; they might not only just refuse to protect and serve you like POS/DPS did for so long to me in retaliation -- but they might also participate in this purposeful destabilization and subjugation of you at your residence as well. So beware and hold no illusions about local government. 

Cops can find out your address very easily anyway and they often watch the council meeting footage -- but don't make it easy for cops or other people to find where you live to protect your privacy and peace of mind. For instance; a friend of mine was pulled over by Sunnyvale POS/DPS after speaking at a Sunnyvale City Council meeting MANY YEARS AGO; so this is a definite pattern and/or practice of behavior on their part...It appears to me they have a retaliatory underground network 10 miles deep...So I would say don't go to council meetings altogether because with SB-50 local government cares less about your input and opinions than they ever did. 

But that would also signal the end of democracy as we know it like our supposedly 'democratic' Governor Newsom seems to want; so that is probably not the best idea. Just realize that people in government ARE NOT your friends; and ARE NOT here to help you out necessarily (and almost all council decisions are made illegally ahead of time) they basically just want your tax dollars and for you to agree with them or shut the fuck up. But shutting up is not an option -- so using email is probably best...

The height of POS/SCPD cop arrogance was exposed during the 2006 mob-style sit-down closed administrative hearing where: 1) My various attackers (including Crazy Tom Foley and Mister Olenak) were not held responsible for their viscious and sometimes conspiratorial attacks; and instead used as 'witnessess to duck feeding' that ex-Mayor of Santa Clara Judy Nadler gave me permission to feed at a city council meeting (btw: the council meeting footage of my appearance was destroyed when I asked for it; therefore I will never attend another city council meeting ever again due to this slimy trickery ~ and/or the way I was obviously retaliated against by being stalked and harassed and menaced nearly to death for merely being successfully involved in stopping a housing development in the Peterson field etc) -- 2) But my father was also held against his will after this bogus closed-door hearing and bullied by the violent; crazy; dysfunctional and psychopathic Olenak familia (the Olenaks' are catholic btw) ~ along with POS/SCPD Officers Seagrave and Lopez (btw: Danny Olenak is a dangerous ex-felon who went on an interstate cocaine fuelEd liquor store robbing spree and spent time out of state in prison many years back)…

While Danny Olenak once scribbled a swastika into fresh cement at a jewish neighbors' house without recourse; I gave Nazi Officers Seagrave and Lopez a very fitting Nazi salute as I left the bogus hearing with a neighbor lady/witness...Then some freakish Santa Clara employee followed me home after this mob-style hearing -- but didn't dare question me because of the truths that had just been blurted out by crazy old mister olenak at the hearing -- causing their argument to rapidly go south; letting the truth come out and showing everyone at the hearing that he was in fact a crazy violent old monster of sorts...

And Judge Louis Amadeo Junior took no action after Mister Olenak's courtroon admission which went something like "what's the matter? Can't take an old man beating the crap out of you?..." said right in front of the entire court room full of people -- including the judge...When the fact remians that I showed an immense amount of restraint in not injuring mister olenak because I could have and still could very easily win a fight against that shitty old bastard (but I knew better because no one was going to be arrested for attacking me -- I knew damn well they would arrest me for fighting back and defending myself much like blacks were during the pre-civil rights era) I instead forcefully pushed mister olenak back 3 times before disappearing into the house to get my father to witness this crazy monster at work...

MOUNTAIN VIEW, CALIFORNIA / CIRCA 1968

In 1968, I was six. My family was holed up in a tiny derelict shack on Stierlin Road in Mountain View, California, out by the city dump. The place was so small that my younger sister and I bunked on the back porch. Our neighborhood was made up of sprawling family farms interspersed with clusters of World War I era homes. There was a bar with six stools, a corner store, and a handful of weathered Victorian mansions. It’s all gone now. Our little enclave was bulldozed to make a parking lot for Shoreline Amphitheater. The rest has been swallowed up by the ravenous Googleplex. Amazingly, the impressive palm tree that was in our front yard is still there. Whenever I drive by and see it, I reminisce on those simpler times.

The Northern Rebels outlaw biker gang had a clubhouse around the corner from us on Plymouth Street, they occupied one of the old Victorians and raised unholy hell in it, day and night. The President and founder of the club was Danny Maupin, who had actually lived with us for a time just ahead of his one-percenter days. My mom took him in when he was a teenage delinquent in need of a place to crash. The two became lifelong friends.

Mom would drop me off at the clubhouse to hang out with Danny and other times she let me cut across the field behind our house to go for a visit. The gang would race their bikes up and down the street and it wasn’t too hard to get a ride around the block or even a joyride downtown. I once got a lift to my grandma's house. She turned three shades paler when I pulled up on the back of a three-wheeled chopper. After inviting me and my friend Chomp inside for chocolate chip cookies, she sent us on our merry way.

A pair of towheaded brothers lived on the farm behind our house, one was my age and the other was a few years older. They began ambushing me on my treks to the clubhouse, pelting me with rocks or sniping with pea shooters. One day, Danny was showing me his collection of colors; he had 13 club vests, or cuts, nailed to the wall of his office. Each represented a rival gang that had been vanquished by the Rebels. I figured he could give me some tips on how to deal with my adversaries. Sure enough, he handed me a slingshot and took me out to the yard. Once I was able to take out beer bottles at ten feet without missing he sent me on my way with his slingshot and a pocket full of rocks. The next run in with the towheads was the last.

Later that summer the Hells Angels stormed the Rebels’ clubhouse, laying it to waste. They busted out the walls with sledgehammers, shot out the windows, lit beds and couches on fire, then set off dynamite in the fireplace. They gathered the Rebels in the front yard and stripped them of their colors; officially disbanding the club. But it didn’t take long for Danny to become an Angel himself. They nicknamed him "Danny Reb” and he went on to become the much revered President of the Daly City chapter. He passed away last year and is fondly remembered by his brothers, as well as our family. CA PROPOSITION 215 AND PROPOSITION 64

Proposition 215 (which is one of the only good laws that has been passed by voters in the last 200 years or so) was forcefully replaced by the relatively shitty new Proposition 64 that effectively WIPED OUT most of the liberal gains of Proposition 215 after the State of California promised not to disaffect Proposition 215 Medical Marijuana users who enjoyed almost 20 years of deepened democracy.

Proposition 215 was a simply written statute that allowed more freedom; while Proposition 64 had multiple pages -- mainly to appease the legalese loving freaks in the legislature and/or judiciary who seem to like confusing the electorate with their seemingly endless; confusing and often deceptive legalese quagmires. 

I was a legal medical marijuana user for 10 years until Proposition 64's shit hit the fan; and due to this disruption by the State of California I no longer have access to much needed medical products at the same price. Just like the BIG PHARMA price gouging that has occurred as of late; legal pot increased in price due to the negative affects of Proposition 64. Proposition 215's compassionate usage was all about not overcharging patients for medicine they need on a regular basis to save them money and ensure they don't end up broke and living in an RV or tent.
