SCUSD REMOVES OWL BOXES INSTALLED WITH TAX DOLLARS FROM THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA

California taxpayers paid for owl boxes installed during Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's administration; but the SCUSD has apparently removed some of them -- therefore; I have brought this situation to the attention of CalEPA...

SCUSD has destroyed this iconic shot that I take every week to show the slow passing of time and constant change that is inherent in the universe. Not all change is necessary as some of it is clearly avoidable and unnecessary...

"Owl boxes installed by the State of California at the Peterson Middle School field for natural non-pesticide based California Ground Squirrel management have been removed by the SCUSD. It is not known whether they are undergoing maintenance; or have been removed completely. Either way; please order the SCUSD to re-install these boxes and stop killing these all-important animals. 

The Peterson field is a key wildlife corridor needing extra protection; as not only is it an extension of the Brian J Osborne Nature Area at Peterson Middle School (my old high school) but it is also about a mile or two away from the new Apple Spaceship; which in the future will inevitably act as a connective wildlife corridor to the Peterson field for all avian wildlife living in or passing through the Birdland neighborhood. 

That's right; this is the Birdland neighborhood and they don't call it that for nothing. I want to keep this neighborhood as the most environmentally diverse wildlife habitat here in the Silicon Valley; the old Valley of Hearts' Delight that has been largely paved over since moving here with my family back in 1967.

California Ground Squirrels are a keystone needing increased protection due to land loss and over development; and the California Department of Fish and Wildlife needs to finally acknowledge this regardless of Governor Jerry Browns' recent anti-environmental agenda forcing the San Francisco-ization of California without environmental review (It is very sad to see the Democratic party lose it's soul this way -- this is why I am an intependent voter now).

Adding to this; Burrowing Owls used to live at the field as recently as a decade ago -- there used to be many living at the Peterson field.

(The mainstream media tends to make it look like the environment is only under threat from governments in other states or countries -- when the truth is: the State of California needs to finally acknowledge this science and stop blaming the Trump administration for ignoring science when Governor Brown has been ignoring science for 4 years and wants to continue doing so...)

In attempt to keep out the news media, they accused Dan Noyes of ABC News of threatening to kill one of the residents and this is stated ON THE COURT RECORD to 1-12-CV226958. Just to give you some background & hope you can understand my frustration. Santa Clara County Sheridf detective David Carroll, Sergeant Samy Tarazi and assistant DA Barbara Cathcart are recklesly endangering Heidi Yauman and also the residents of this appartnent complex. PSYCHOPATH VERSUS EM PATH

The 50/50 political divide clearly shows the separation between em path and psychopath...while one should not generalize; democrats tend to be empathetic and republicans tend to be psychopathic...the Republican party dialogue is defined by psychopathic tendencies...but just remember that if you have to choose between em path and psychopath to lead; it always comes back to the em paths -- because if left on their own the psychos would likely nuke the place...whereas em paths would not...but then I suppose em paths can be a problem too (for instance) during times when the weather is bad and vegetation perishes...leaving only animals to eat for survival...I would likely perish before I killed something to eat (em path) but either way our omnivorous nature shows both sides of this equation...and there is a good reason for both tendencies...as both sides can experience empathy and psychopathy depending upon circumstances...for instance; em paths can become karmic/psychopathic when dealing with violent psychopaths...

So it's easy to come to the general conclusion that the two major political parties are roughly one half psycho and one half em path...but after really thinking this through it is apparently not really that simple; because there are people on both sides of the aisle that have empathetic and psychopathic tendencies -- for instance; while the Republican party (GOP) at first glance seems entirely psychopathic; if you look more closely this is not necessarily the case...and while the Democratic party (DNC) at first glance looks entirely empathetic; this is not necessarily the case either...while the GOP is definitely off-the-charts psychopathic when it comes to war; guns; cops and money (etc etc etc) the DNC is equally psychopathic in some ways too...for instance; abortion and/or babies; and/or the killing of germs and/or bacteria (see: Obamacare) when it comes to tiny organisms the DNC is clearly psychopathic and bent on destruction...but then on the other hand; the DNC can be very empathetic when it comes to war; guns; cops; bathrooms; race; and the natural environment etc...and while you generally cannot and/or should not generalize about anything or anybody; it occurred to me that the 'average' GOP male is often quite psychopathic (war; Ted Nugent; hunting; money etc) while the 'average' DNC female is often equally psychopathic in her own ways (abortion; your money = my money etc) but then again; some GOP females can be equally psychopathic in some ways too (your money = my money; Sarah Palin etc) and your 'average' DNC male can also exhibit psychopathic tendencies (Obama's drone strikes; taxation and/or your money = my money; etc) leaving me to come to the uncomfortable conclusion that there is no 'average' as both sides can be quite similar depending how you look at it...

I HAVE COME TO THE UNCOMFORTABLE CONCLUSION that the 'average' GOP male (war) and the 'average' DNC female (abortion) have inherent psychopathic similarities...similarly; the 'average' GOP female (anti-abortion) and the 'average' DNC male (pro-environment) have inherent empathetic similarities as well...

That said; while one should not generalize; war (and chemical pollution etc) is generally the main Republican depopulation method; while abortion is generally the main Democratic method...Democratic women tend to be psychopathic with their abortions like Republican war men; and Democratic men tend to be more empathetic like republican women and their fetuses...and for me this is not all about pleasing one side or the other...it's all about telling the truth even if it pisses both sides off...

And perhaps the reason some people do not 'get' or laugh at certain jokes is not necessarily always because they are stupid; it is at least sometimes connected to the fact that the jokes are either rooted in empathy or psychopathic thought...in other words; when an empathetic joke is told; people laugh for different reasons and vice versa...it is not always the case; but em paths sometimes laugh from a 'good' place; while psychopaths laugh from a 'bad' place...either that or varying amounts from both sides do not laugh at all for a variety of reasons...joke for joke it gets very complicated no doubt -- anyway; now that I am completely confused -- for me as a general em path (when it is actually not good to generalize) any joke making fun of either side (when there are always at very least three sides to everything) is generally not funny to me personally if a joke is based on misfortune...I dated a German lady once; and she told me Europeans do not laugh at other peoples' misfortune as Americans are trained to do...deep truth is often cloaked within humor; so the older I get the more I focus on the deep truths than superficial humor...that said; it is easier to laugh at things when you are drunk at a comedy club because small amounts of alcohol actually makes you smarter and more able to sense brutal ironies...

Then when it comes to "local control"; Jerry Brown likes local control when determining where pot clubs end up; but then again Jerry Brown doesn't like local control when it comes to building development -- even though people get far angrier over bad development decisions than they do over prospective pot clubs -- and/or equally angry...

One thing I realized is that filing lawsuits on a local level can be the same as filing claims against government and being stuck in a procedural loop as I was for so long with the George Hills cover up agency. The next level of procedural loop can just as easily turn into crooked local judges using their powers to ignore exculpatory evidence and guide cases along the wrong way like what has happened to me. That is why no matter what happens to any lawsuit filed on my behalf; it will inevitably be appealed to the highest levels of government to avoid any more problematic procedural loops. All for now...

While I'm probably the biggest fan of whistle blower protections; after having worked so many different jobs I know that anyone who rocks the boat by speaking out about anything at their work place better be doing excellent work otherwise the attention you bring to yourself could end up getting you fired a few months later for some other unrelated issue...

I tend to think that the main reason the television etc media is tending to focus on sexual harassment rather than harassment in general is because television etc media coverage causes people to become targeted individuals and be stalked and harassed on a daily basis...every day someone else gets their life ruined with excessive and biased media coverage...so let's demonize the participants of long-established reproductive rituals instead? we did that back in the 1990s and it didn't stop anything...I will be first one to say the human population needs to be controlled; but it needs to be controlled pragmatically through (for instance) better birth control methods and sexual freedom; not abstinence and violating peoples' unalienable first amendment rights...

Just like the terrorism issue or the flu issue; society cannot and/or should not seize up and stop due to various isolated incidents...and not just to protect the economy. In other words; the sexual harassment issue (and/or any particular type of flu virus strain for that matter) should not put a damper on living your life freely (male/female relations etc) any more than government-funded ISIS terrorists should be allowed affect your nightclub patronage...

In other words; don't let the daily media shit show affect your lives too adversely...take it all in with a grain of salt and just carry on with a new understanding of your old miss-understandings (Happy Valentine's Day?)...

The bass (guitar) hung on my wall for years right by my bed and I would wake up every morning and look at it but not play it...I bought it because me and Jimmy got sick of waiting around for his brother Michael to stop avoiding us...I brought it over for Jim to play along with some tequila because he wouldn't play without alcohol...I left the room to go to the bathroom for a minute and came back to find Jimmy had guzzled a bunch of the tequila and was already wasted and not studio worthy...so I picked up the bass and actually recorded something pretty decent and sorta funky if not simple; using available open notes hanging right in front of my face AC/DC style...then a US military helicopter flew up to the apartment bedroom window and peered in then flew off and disappeared; not hovering above...then Mister Finley got mad at me for Jimmy being drunk and told me to leave...then CIA chief Porter Goss quit his job the next day...and that was one of the last times I saw Jimmy...but that gave me confidence that maybe if I practiced enough I someday could become a jukebox hero...true story...

One time when I was a drum roadie for the band Jetboy; the band got to record their very first record at the record plant in LA...walking in the entrance and by one studio; we looked in the window on the door and saw Rod Stewart's drummer Tony Brock...Tom Allom of Judas Preist and Billy Idol etc fame was Jetboys' producer...I played Jetboys' drums for a minute and they sounded incredible because the engineers had tuned them up them all night...I started playing a simple U2-ish bass drum pattern with a slow roll between the high hats and snare and Tom Allom looked at me from behind the studio window like "why aren't you in the band?" as the sound of the drums was blasted through the entire studio -- including Rod Stewarts' room...anyway to make a long story short; about a year later Rod Stewart had a new song called "Forever Young" with a very similar bass drum part to what I was doing that day...leading me to suspect that I perhaps inadvertently helped them choose a drum part for their new song...I will never know the truth...but I love the song so that's pretty cool... > https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yGEe_zpddNI

"I have lived in the Birdland neighborhood for over 50 years now and the traffic is worse than ever. During the peak of the 1990s the traffic on my street was roughly one vehicle passing by my house every 13 seconds at peak hours; but now it is more like every 3-5 seconds at the peak so something must be done ASAP.

I have seen all of the open space in this valley disappear over time due to lax environmental protections; as the Valley of Hearts' Delight is now a polluted, overcrowded mess called Silicon Valley.

But it not as overcrowded as San Francisco and most here certainly don't want it to end up that way. Poor planning has led to the lack of housing; but this is the norm around here.

For instance; the City of Santa Clara and their poor planning regarding Levi Stadium: 1) insufficient parking; 2) crowd and traffic nightmares for local residents; 3) SJO flights affected by bright lights at night etc.

Yes; not only is the natural environment under siege in this valley; but also the human environment as well -- as cities cram more and more people in like sardines ruining the lives of long time residents. Immigrants running from problems in other countries sometimes create even more problems where they end up. There are no simple solutions.

And the City of Sunnyvale has also allowed the Stratford School to take over the old Raynor School parcel; which is bringing in even more traffic. They would not allow a 711 or a pot club in the middle of a neighborhood. Why? Obviously due to traffic concerns -- so why are so many entities being allowed on the Patrick Henry and/or Raynor campuses?

Using children as an excuse for anything and everything is definitely politically correct on both sides of the aisle; but it gets a little old for some of us who have no children. Children are cute and fun and all of that; but too many children can be a burden -- especially on someone like me who has chosen to have none but ended up with a bunch anyway being brought into the neighborhood in vehicles. When I went to Patrick Henry Middle School in the mid 1970s; students from Alviso were brought into the neighborhood to Patrick Henry in ONE SCHOOL BUS.

Sometimes progressive ideas are old ideas that obviously need revisiting...

I actually worked part time for Cupertino Planning Commissioner Don Sun and he is my good friend now; and we have already both spoken about increasing traffic calming in this neighborhood because Cupertino is the definite leader when it comes to traffic calming. I do delivery routes all over the valley so I know all about it. It was wait and see; and we all waited and saw way more traffic. Leading us directly to the lack of housing issue which will only bring in more traffic if done the old way. Not only have I suggested to Don Sun about turning Vallco (and many other mall properties for that matter) into night time entertainment centers (nightclubs; bars etc) but they can also be used to build more housing.

In other words; Vallco should be considered for housing Apple employees as well. I said a few years ago that Vallco could even have a new medium sized high rise built in to it instead of destroying the wildlife habitat at Tantau and Stevens Creek Boulevard.

The City of Cupertino has been throwing around various ideas and eventually something will stick. In my humble opinion; the Vallco property should be used for entertainment; education and housing etc purposes. 

I get the feeling unregulated Waze apps are as much a part of the problem as the Apple Spaceship situation and/or the Stratford School and/or the Patrick Henry property. Regardless; Don will hopefully help me get the Cities of Santa Clara; Sunnyvale and Cupertino to all work together and come up with some permanent long-term solutions.

Leading us all directly back to the irresponsible building development issue once again: Silicon Valley is already way over-developed -- therefore cramming in even more sardines will only intensify this preexisting problem. Like every other Mammalian species; at some point the human race must become a more sustainable species over time -- as humans have no other predator other than themselves at this point (war and/or abortion and/or carcinogens and/or officer involved shootings etc)..."

NOTE: The Caribbean Drive region in North Sunnyvale should be considered for massive redevelopment by Google etc. A new building development could be created with a series of high rise mixed usage structures anchored into bedrock. (with extensive flood control measures due to nearby San Francisco bay waters -- a riparian mote etc) Light rail line could run the length of Lawrence Expressway to carry Apple employees to work and back. An entire new bustling community could be built in the Caribbean Drive area.

"Adding to this; When I was in the holding cell at the Santa Clara Police station (after being wrongfully arrested and/or kidnapped and/or sexually molested by Officer Pablo Lopez for feeding ducks with permission of ex-Mayor Judy Nadler at a City Council meeting) I was knocking on the window of the cell desperately asking to be let out.

Then when I got home and was watching TV later that night; there was a program on TV depicting the exact same thing that I had done that day -- a man knocking on his cell window desperately asking to be let out. So this suggests the NSA spy complex was also focused on me -- as well as others.

Also; in the process of getting violently attacked by so many people with no arrests made (Mister Olenak; Tom Foley etc) I ended up with a nervous twitch in one of my eyes that would not go away. Then around this same time; I believe ABC network was running shows depicting a supposed terrorist as having a twitch in his eye while being questioned in court. Yet another example of the nosey NSA spy complex gone awry.

I eventually got rid of the eye twitch after going to Bogart's lounge and playing drums on jam night with a bunch of black dudes I knew from singing karaoke at the old Acapulco Restaurant. I finally saw how bad it was that blacks have been historically treated (because it was happening to me too at the time) so I really identified with their struggles.

One of the guys had a joint to smoke out back in the alley; and after I took a hit my eye twitch suddenly went away. It was at that point that I realized marijuana did in fact have some kind of medicinal value; so I went out and got my medical recommendation shortly after that and have been medical ever since.

Also; the very same week I was wrongfully arrested was the exact same week Daryl Hannah was arrested down in LA for activism as well; so I tend to think my wrongful arrest was part of a "sweep" of sorts going on during the Bush administration -- much like what ICE is doing right now as well. And my Sunnyvale City Council meeting appearances also brought attention to me -- then bogus local dissent clauses were probably utilized as a lousy excuse to monitor my private movements.

But then again Democrats and Republicans both often use children (for instance) to deny adults of their civil rights as well. Playing the child card is about as dirty and low down as you can get; causing prison beatings and other forms of torture etc -- so therefore Democrats are just as bad in their own way. Regardless; like it or not before I leave this planet MY government is finally going to answer back to all of this government-sponsored bullshit. I want to hear all of your lousy excuses for allowing rights violations to occur to innocent law abiding dissenters like me.

For all intents and purposes; I have already won this case. I have blown your crooked police misconduct out of the water and into smithereens. All of your lousy arguments and stupid legitimizations have been found to be bogus and unfounded. But I also understand that you will make it as difficult as possible for me to collect settlement monies which I am due. I have been taken advantage of and had my civil rights violated for about 18 years now because MY government is essentially a bunch of dirty bastards who will stop at nothing to protect their wrongdoings. I also heard from an anonymous source (likely CIA) that the Bush administration granted the Santa Clara Police Department surveillance capabilities that gave them access to high resolution satellites allowing them to (for instance) look into my bedroom window. One time right after I called a Senator to bring attention to this situation (Senator Boxer I believe); a Santa Clara cop suddenly pulled up on the street right next to the Jack in the Box drive thru I was waiting in and "mean mugged" me. It was as if their surveillance was so deep that he knew I called a Senator to blow the whistle on them; and this was his was his lame way of trying to coerce and/or intimidate me. Then there was the time right after the 911 inside job attacks...I happened to sing the song "School's Out" by Alice Cooper one night at the Acapulco Restaurant; then rode my bike home to find a Sunnyvale Fire engine parked out in front of my old junior high school down the street at 2 in the morning?!? (in front of the Patrick Henry property > in other words: the "give me liberty or give me death" dude) They were obviously ridiculously reacting to the lyrics "my school's been blown to pieces". And with ex-FBI agent Robert Hanssen being involved in karaoke right before the 911 incident ; KARAOKE WAS SUDDENLY DANGEROUS LIKE IT (music) WAS BACK IN THE 1970S! COOL! So I sung School's Out every week for about a year just to be a dick; and just because I could. What a bunch of paranoid shit THAT was...WHAT A FUCKING JOKE! WHAT THE FUCK!?!

This suggests that at least some people who work for Sunnyvale DPS are perhaps mentally ill and/or paranoid for imagining such nonsense and using it as an excuse to over react. BUSTED! Nothing gets by me and I remember everything...
