Santa Clara County Sheriff Detective David Carroll covered up the manslaughter of Robert Moss by judge Socrates Peter Manoukian. (Stalking, harassing and threatening witnesses). Hundreds of people insist Detective Carroll fabricated evidence and falsified police reports. 18 U.S. CODE § 1512 - TAMPERING WITH A WITNESS; VICTIM OR INFORMANT ETC? #2

What allegedly happened to John August 4th 2015 was apparently not an isolated incident; it appears this kind of misconduct is actually quite common:

"Heidi Yauman is being terrorized by the Santa Clara County Sheriff's department. On February 25th, detective Samy Tarazi followed her to Starbucks Coffee in Palo Alto, California and stole her computer after she walked away from her table. She does not consent to search and does not want to give her password. She is not on probation or parole. Detective Tarazi refuses to give her computer back to her.

She is terrified of the Sheriff's department after they covered up acts of fraud committed against her by County officials and judge.

For her to give her password to detective Samy Tarazi would be like giving her bedroom key to a brutal serial rapist. She is afraid that they will use her personal information to track her and inflict harm upon her! There is no legitimate purpose for detective Tarazi to terrorize her and re victimize her as he is doing. She is forced to live her life in terror and fear because she sought redress from the government officials who defrauded her of her housing. Detective David Carroll obstructed her from filing complaint with US department of Housing and Urban Development and was dispatched to stalk her after filing a whistleblower complaint..."
